Judicial report: OPAWA BUCKS EYE (Lane/Wales) completed a satisfactory trial which was required under Rule 80.1. Trainer R Adcock was fined $50.00 after he failed to present SALLY (R1) by the specified kenneling time.

Race 1	Super Pets Sprint - C3 - 295	BUTTERBEAN (2) was slow to jump (5L). REPLAY (7) ran inwards abruptly from the boxes tightening TEPIRITA HENDRIX (6) which lost ground. REPLAY continued to shifted ground and collided with SALLY (5) soon after the start. KNOW PRIDE (3) and EL GRAND SHANDOW (4) jostled for a distance in the early stages. HOMEBUSH BRUNO (1) contacted the hindquarters of SALLY rounding the home bend resulting in SALLY becoming unbalanced briefly.
Race 2	Power Farming Canterbury Dash - C3 - 295	WEARS THE GOLD (4) was crowded on jumping between AIR EXPRESS (3) and BO'S BUSINESS (5), both of which shifted ground. JINJA LUCA (1) stumbled shortly after the start losing ground. ABOUND ran outwards entering the bend pushing MUST DESIRE (6) outwards into the line of JEWEL EAGLE which was severely unbalanced, with HOMEBUSH ERROL (8) having to check to avoid that runners heels. WEARS THE GOLD ran outwards upon straightening pushing ABOUND wider on the track. JEWEL EAGLE was referred to the Veterinarian following the event and cleared of injury.
Race 3	Thursday Place Pick Sprint - C4 - 295	MICKEY TEE (6) stumbled soon after the start, losing ground. CAWBOURNE JELLY (3) and SPIDER GIRL (4) raced in restricted room entering the bend when to the inside of SHOWROOM (7) which was forced down by HUMAN INSTINCT. SPIDER GIRL and HUMAN INSTINCT (8) collided rounding the bend resulting in both runners becoming unbalanced. SPIDER GIRL and HUMAN INSTINCT collided again rounding the home bend resulting in HUMAN INSTINCT becoming unbalanced briefly. HUMAN INSTINCT was referred to the Veterinarian following the event and found to have soreness in the right wrist.
Race 4	Mac Developments Dash - C3 - 295	KINLOCH ACTION (7) ran inwards sharply from the boxes checking HARKONEN BALE (6), KNOW CONTEST (5) and HOMEBUSH ZIPPY (4) which lost several lengths. KNOW CONTEST, HARKONEN BALE and KINLOCH ACTION came together and bumped entering the bend, with HARKONEN BALE and KINLOCH ACTION being forced wider. TELL THE BOYS (3) lost ground entering the straight when contacted from behind by the improving KNOW CONTEST. TELL THE BOYS was referred to the Veterinarian following the event and cleared of injury.
Race 5	I Pave Concrete Stakes - C3 - 520	ZIPPING SONNY (8) and BENJAMIN BLACK (2) were the last pair to leave the boxes. KNOW LAPSE (3) and LAGOON BELLE (4) collided on several occasions in the early stages.
Race 6	David Emerson Consultancy Dash - C4 - 295	GET READY FREDDY (5) was very slow to begin. NO LEAF CLOVER (8) ran inwards through the early stages colliding with COLLECTING MONEY (4) which was severely unbalanced, losing ground. KNOW MAGIC (6) was dragged down rounding the bend when contacted from behind by the improving CAWBOURNE MATTY (7). KNOW MAGIC was referred to the Veterinarian following the event and cleared of injury.
Race 7	Christchurch Casino Stakes - C4 - 520	ALBIE JAY (3) clipped the heel of KIRKHAM JACK (2) entering the first bend when in restricted room and fell to the track, with the trailing WILLIS (6), OPAWA STRETCH (7) and IZZEY BALE (9) being inconvenienced. ALBIE JAY was referred to the Veterinarian following the event and found to have superficial lacerations to the left foreleg. KNOW ANSWER (1) checked outwards rounding the first bend when crowded for room between KIRKHAM JACK and JESSIE SURFS (4), which had improved to its inside.
Race 8	Shirley Vet Clinic Stakes - C5 - 520	TAKAMORI (5) ran inwards though the early stages placing KNOW MENTION (2) in restricted room. KNOW MENTION ran outwards shortly after pushing CHIPPA LATA (4) and ZIPPING ANGEL (6) wider. TAKAMORI ran outwards into the first bend pushing CAN'T CATCH TIM (7) over extra ground. KNOW MENTION was checked entering the final bend when awkwardly near the heels of TAKAMORI which ran inwards. Also hampered in was the trailing CHIPPA LATA which had to check when unable to avoid the heels of KNOW MENTION. ROADWORKS was examined by the Veterinarian following the event and found to have soreness in the right-hind leg.
Race 9	C.T.V. Sprint - C5 - 295	KNOW KNOWING ran inwards from the boxes colliding with BARNICLE BULLET (1) which was unbalanced, losing ground. WUNZEE (8) was slow to begin. HOMEBIUSH ROCKY ran inwards through the early stages hampering QUEDRAGO (4) which in turn ran inwards inconveniencing FIREMANS GALAXY (3). FIREMANS GALAXY then ran wide entering the bend pushing WUNZEE wider on the track. BRENDAN'S PUZZLE (6) ran inwards over the concluding stages placing GOLDSTAR CHUMLEE (6) in restricted room.
Race 10	Camside Stud Distance Feature - C2d - 645	KNOW ATTEMPT (6) was last to leave the boxes. KNOW ATTEMPT checked outwards passing the winning post on the first occasion when awkwardly near the heels of UNOVA BALE (4). CAWBOURNE BRIGHT (1) ran inwards upon straightening crowding CAWBOURNE WAR (5).
Race 11	Jinjarango At Stud Dash - C5 - 295	RICK'S TREASURE (2) ran inwards sharply from the boxes hampering MOJO BURST (1) which lost its footing and stumbled, losing ground. OPAWA ROCKET (5) was crowded entering the bend when between RODRIGUEZ (6) and KERAMUS (3) which ran outwards.
Race 12	Protexin Sprint - C4 - 295	PORKY PIG (4) AND RED HOT FURY (5) came together and bumped leaving the boxes. CAWBOURNE PEEJAY (8) was inclined to race wide rounding the bend. Entering the straight, PORKY PIG checked outwards off the heels of HOMEBUSH FLYTE (6) resulting in BUMP (7) being pushed wider on the track. CARNEGIE HALL (2) was examined by the Veterinarian following the event and found to have soreness in the right shoulder.
