Judicial report: 1/ Trainer J McInerney admitted a breach of Rule 69.11 in that he presented HOMEBUSH CORAL (Race 4) to race at 2.1 kilograms in excess of its last racing weight and was fined $100 per minor infringement table.

Race 1	Homebush Hounds Maiden Sprint - C0 - 310	ANOTHER PENNY was slow to begin. ANOTHER PRINCE was squeezed between runners at the start losing ground. DEVILSKIN was placed in restricted room in the run down back straight between MAIA BAXTER and JOHNNYBRUCE who shifted ground outwards. On the final bend JOHNNYBRUCE has checked off the heels of HOMEBUSH KAYLA. At the same time ANOTHER PENNY has checked outwards off the heels of MAIA BAXTER.
Race 2	www.greyhoundsaspets.org.nz - C1 - 310	THUNDER DRAGON bounded at the start and lost ground. BUSINESS BOSS was slow to begin. In the run down the back HOMEBUSH CRASH shifted in crowding and checking THUNDER DRAGON. Racing into the bend THUNDER DRAGON and OPAWA CRUSADE jostled. Further into the bend BRINDEE'S BRO has checked out off the heels of GIGANAIRE.
Race 3	St Kilda Veterinary Centre Stakes - C0 - 545	OPAWA KEVIN was slow into stride. ESTER ACTION was squeezed between runners and lost ground. OPAWA SMOKE shifted ground outwards in the run down the first straight checking JINJA ROMAN. Into the bend RIO ACTION has bumped with LIGHT THAW which has sent RIO ACTION outwards taking JINJA ROMAN and NO TINKERBELL very wide into the bend with all 3 runners losing their chance. RIO ACTION ran wide on the last bend.
Race 4	Speedprint Shop Stakes - C1 - 545	PUKEKO BOLT bounded at the start and lost ground. In the run down the first straight NINA BAXTER shifted in crowding and buffeting WAR CLOAK. As the field compacted making the first bend WAR CLOAK being crowded and falling losing all chance. PRIVATE ACTION and HIP HOP SOFIA were both checked at this point and PUKEKO BOLT was forced wider by the fallen runner.Stewards ordered a post race veterinary inspection of WAR CLOAK which did complete the race. The subsequent veterinary inspection revealed no abnormalities.
Race 5	Brian Bagley Driver Licensing Sprint - C1 - 310	CRYSTALL MCBELL and LEMAQUIS WILLOW were crowded and buffeted between SAILORS COLLAR and KENTARO BAXTER which shifted in shortly after the start. LEMAQUIS WILLOW gave ground quickly after this and was awkward in its galloping action. Stewards ordered a post race veterinary examination of LEMAQUIS WILLOW which revealed a sore left shoulder. BIZZARO and UNO BRENT jostled in the run down the back straight.
Race 6	Green Island Barber Sprint - C1 - 310	THRILLING SHRIMP was slow to begin. Just after the start ANOTHER KEY was crowded and lost ground when DEBORAH BAY shifted in. Also PUKEKO THUNDER was crowded when ROBBIE MCBELL shifted in. ANOTHER KEY was again crowded in the run down the back straight between GOING PRONTO and DEBORAH BAY. GOING PRONTO ran wide into the first bend taking DEBORAH BAY and PUKEKO THUNDER wider on the track. Entering the home straight ANOTHER KEY has had to check outwards sharply when improving onto heels of THRILLING SHRIMP.
Race 7	Robbie's Bar & Bistro Dunedin Sprint - C2 - 310	BRISEUR DE REVES was slow to begin then further hampered when outside runners shifted in. Into the bend NO BRO shifted out taking PUKEKO WARRIOR and SMOKING MARLEY wider on the track. OPAWA LEAN MEAT raced wide throughout.
Race 8	Norwood Farm Machinery Mosgiel Stakes - C1/2 - 545	IDOL LEEANNE, OPAWA KENDAL, KNOW SCHOLAR and OPAWA PAUL were all buffeted and lost ground when IDOL LEEANNE shifted out abruptly at the start and OPAWA PAUL shifted inwards. STICH UP made the first bend awkwardly losing momentum. STICH UP dropped out over the concluding stages and was found to have shoulder pain.
Race 9	Racing Series Graduation Final - NZRSf - 545	ANOTHER MESSAGE shifted in shortly after the start crowding and hampering AMBILIGHT. KNOW DECISION shifted out into the first bend taking OPAWA VAL and OPAWA SHACKLEY wider on the track. OPAWA KURU ran wide into the first bend taking KNOW VALUE very wide on the track. AMBILIGHT was held up for racing room off the back straight before racing in restricted room rounding the final bend.
Race 10	St Kilda Veterinary Centre Sprint - C4 - 310	OPAWA OPAL was slow to begin. Into the bend HUMAN INSTINCT has been crowded and lost ground when HOMEBUSH FLYTE shifted in. Further into the bend TELL THE BOYS and WUNZEE were held up when HUMAN INSTINCT gave ground.
Race 11	John Cee's Big 70th Birthday Bash - C3 - 310	SLEEPER AGENT was slow to begin. BACKCHAT HARRY and MUST DESIRE jostled in the run to the turn. Into then bend MUST DESIRE shifted outwards to find racing room checking HOMEBUSH GRU and taking JINJA LOCH wider on the track.
Race 12	Racing Again Friday 6th November - C2 - 310	From the jump GOSSIP QUEEN shifted in and bumped MONACO DENVER who in turn bumped with MATTY HOOKY who forced inwards. When re-correcting MATTY HOOKY has lost further ground when making contact with the rear of MONACO DENVER. Into the bend and GOSSIP QUEEN has checked off heels and lost ground. On the home bend MATTY HOOKY shifted wider on the track.
