Judicial report: Race 3 SEDGEBROOK ASSET ( F Kite ) was stood down rule 79.1b ( failing to pursue ) 1st offence 28 days and to the completion of a satisfactory trial/s
Race 5 Trainer M Roberts admitted to a charge after his phone activated on the track whilst parading prior to the race the charge has been referred to the JCA for consideration

Race 1	ABSOLUTELY ELECTRICAL C0 - C0 - 305	ANNIE WAY was away well from box 8 and raced handy out wider to the home turn, AVEDON JETTER improving through on the inner of ANNIE WAY bumped this runner sideways ANNIE WAY lost momentum and was unbalanced for several strides going back towards the rear finishing in 7th at the line ANNIE WAY appeared to favouring and was referred to the vet for assessment where she has pain to the lumber region right side In the run to the first bend there was tightening and jostling as CHASE ME APATCHE angled in on to TANK'S ROB, SCOTT NO VALUE, HOMEBUSH INQUIRY,AVEDON JEETER and PLAITING PUSS all these runners were checked losing several lengths ,SCOTT NO VALUE was the worst affected as he was severely tightened and cut back to the rear losing all chance there after
Race 2	KEENAN CONCRETE C0 - C0 - 305	Racing from the start MAGIC DANDY and THATZ MARION bumped THATZ MARION and MAGIC DANDY were severely hampered at this point for a couple of strides as,SCOTT SOME TICKA ran in to MAGIC DANDY,SAMMY MCBELL ran in in on to SCOTT SOME TICKA all these dogs were checked ,MAGIC DANDY was tightened back to the rear losing momentum to be a clear last in to the first bend he made good ground around the top bed wide and weakened in the run home racing in to the bend SAMMY MCBELL angled in on to SCOTT SOME TICKA both dogs were hampered for several strides ,GOODTIME MONI racing midfield improving angled in on to these runners ,GOODTIME MONI improved to be handy to the home and also weakened to finish towards the rear at the line
Race 3	ADEPT ACCOUNTANTS C0 - C0 - 305	CAWBOURNE SATIN box 8 went up with the lids missing the start by 6 or more lengths he soon after improved rapidly between runners getting out widest nearing the home turn to finish strongly to the line SEDGEBROOK ASSET box 1 began well getting away to a clear lead in the middle stages soon after turning for home SEDGEBROOK ASSET appeared to lose concentration for some strides turning his head out towards the other runners for several strides losing momentum finishing in 3rd placing at the line SEDGEBROOK ASSET was referred to the vet for assessment where no abnormalities were found The connections of SEDGEBROOK ASSET were shown a replay of the run down the home straight where the dog was shown to have turned his head for 3 to 4 strides The Stewards preferred a charge of ( failing to pursue ) 1st offence against SEDGEBROOK ASSET and has been stood down rule (79.1b ) 28 days and to the completion of a satisfactory trial/s
Race 4	J P PRINT C0 - C1 - 305	From the jump TEPERITA AVEDON ran in sharply on to CHAIMBO pushing this dog in across the face of and checking ALLEGRO STYLE, QUEVADO had to angle in across heels on to BIG BEN pushing over on to MOMMA RAE and TAKEAWAY who was bumped sideways Racing in to the first bend CHAIMBO was bumped out across the back of BIGTIME REDFO in to the side of QUEVADO as ALLEGRO STYLE on his outer angled in these three runners came together ALLEGRO STYLE went sideways, QUEVADO was severely checked back from between runners to be a clear last in the running and was unable to get back in to contention finishing in the rear at the line QUEVADO was referred to the vet for assessment where no abnormalities were found
Race 5	PALAMOUNTAINS - EQUIDAYS STAND E19 C1 FINAL - C1f - 520	Racing from the start SHERLOCK IZMIR and FAST RIGBY bumped FAST RIGBY stumbled for a stride losing a length racing in to the bend on the first occasion CAWBOURNE GABLE drifted out slightly forcing SHERLOCK IZMIR to race widest in to and around the bend in to the back straight racing in to the far bend SHERLOCK IZMIR angled down towards the ail racing up on the inner of ALAMEIN JUDE FIVE KAY LEG racing on their outer angled down on to ALAMEIN JUDE pushing this runner in across the face of SHERLOCK IZMIR who caught heels losing several lengths he went back to the rear and was unable to get in to contention there after
Race 6	THE ROCK 95.2FM C1 - C1 - 305	Racing in to the first bend SPRITE ON TIME angled inwards pushing FIVE KAY LEG in on to the hind of CAWBOURNE ARROW followed by SPRITE ON TIME also on to the hind of FIVE KAY LEG severely hampering the runner NUI MAGIC and CAWBOURNE LEGS were tightened and checked these runners all lost momentum and ground allowing PIXIE DUST to get away to a clear lead and was never headed there after
Race 7	WANGANUI CHRONICLE C1 - C1 - 520	Racing in to the bend on the first occasion CAWBOURNE DALLAS caught the heels of ARCHI BALE, CAWBOURNE DALLAS went back a couple of lengths at this point wider out HUGGLEMONSTER made contact with FOX IN BOX ,HUGGLEMONSTER ran outwards, OPAWA EXTREME closer in came out on to HOMEBUSH NAKI bumping this runner in to FOX IN BOX who stumbled for a stride out towards HUGGLEMONSTER these runners covered some extra ground in the run to the back straight in a strung out field they were unable to make ground there after finishing in the rear at the line
Race 8	AON CPF C1 - C1 - 305	Racing in to the first bend WAIMAK DAVE angled across on to SCOTT THE LOOKS (fav ) forcing him in on to THRILLING ORLA just ahead ROSIE FOSI angled in on to LIZ WATTO and JOBS RITE these runners were tightened for some strides ,SCOTT THE LOOKS, THRILLING ORLA went back to the rear ,SCOTT THE LOOKS was forced to race wide on to the bend when attempting to improve ran on to the heels and was checked by THRILLING ORLA and BLAZE'S CORPORAL as these runners moved out wider on the track SCOTT THE LOOKS lost momentum was unable to get in to contention there after finishing in the rear at the line
Race 9	FIRST SECURITY C1 - C1 - 520	Racing around the bend on the first occasion CAWBOURNE ROMAN came out on to I'M A CATCH and LENA ALLEN pushing these runners out in to the line of OPAWA LARRY knocking him sideways for a stride or so OPAWA LARRY lost ground and after attempting to make ground around the outer along the back straight was unable to get back in to contention
Race 10	FIVE STAR KENNELS AND RUNS C1 - C1 - 520	All clear
Race 11	LIQUORLAND WANGANUI C1 - C1 - 305	Racing from the start DON'T MUZZLE ME ran in to SNOW DEMON and KRIBATI GIRL, SNOW DEMON was checked back several lengths and was last in the run to the first bend ARIZONA SKY and LAGOON FAME came together for a stride Racing to the first bend INTO THE FRAY box 1 angled outwards causing himself to be checked on a couple of occasions losing ground back past midfield Racing in to the bend KIRIBATI GIRL and SNOW DEMON ran wide both dogs covering a fair amount of extra ground to the home turn finishing towards the rear at the line
Race 12	VETS ON CARLTON C1 - C1 - 305	Soon after the start OPEHU FLYER angled in on to INDEFINATE ORDER and DOWNGRADE KING hampering these runners for a couple of strides, INDEFINATE ORDER went back stumbling slightly for a couple of strides Racing towards the first bend OPAWA TOKEN in the rear angled across towards the rail becoming unbalanced for a couple of strides as he went in to the bend losing ground Racing in to the bend CABELLE and OPEHU FLYER bumped in behind SUNDAY DRIVER on the inner moved out bumping INDEFINATE ORDER out on to the hind of MR ZAFONIC, INDEFINATE ORDER was unbalanced for a few strides running out off the heels of MR ZAFONIC Turning for the run home OPAWA TOKEN on the improve came out forcing SUNDAY DRIVER out on to OPEHU FLYER for a stride or, PAWA TOKEN made good ground in the run home to finish in 4th placing at the line
Race 13	Non Tote - Tier 2 - 305	WORKING PIZZAZZ and PEAJAY PRINGLES ran widest in to and around the bend covering a fair amount of extra ground there after
