Judicial report: NICKY MCBELL ( J T McInerney ) was a late scratching from race 2 due to being scratched from the Southland meeting for Monday the 28-9-2015 a 7 day stand down was imposed on that day
J T McInerney kennel admitted to a breach under the minor infringement table for the late scratching with a fine of $200-00 imposed
CAWBOURNE MACY ( T McCraken ) was a late scratching at kennelling due to a metacarpal injury

Race 1	ABSOLUTELY ELECTRICAL CO - C0 - 305	VEE SINTILATING box 8 stood when the lids went up missing the start by 7 or so lengths he made ground along the rails there after finishing in to 5th placing at the line Racing in to the first bend SCOTT NO VALUE angled over to the rail and was checked out of his position as SAMMY BAXTER and ANOTHER CASINO moved in pushing HOMEBUSH INQUIRY in on to SCOTT NO VALUE who fell HOMEBUSH INQUIRY galloped over the top of the fallen runner ,SAMMY BAXTER was also checked SCOTT NO VALUE recovered his footing to finish on to the lure some distance back as did HOMEBUSH INQUIRY both dogs were referred to the vet for assessment Racing in to the home straight LICK IT UP ( fav ) angled in on to ANOTHER CASINO bumping this runner for a stride HOMEBUSH INQUIRY was found to have generalised bruising
Race 2	KEENAN CONCRETE C0 - C0 - 305	NICKY MCBELL was a late scratching due after the dog was scratched from Southland meeting on the 27-9-2015 a 7 day stand down was imposed Racing to the first bend BEV NEW POINT was tightened and jostled racing between APOLLO BAXTER and ANOTHER CHARM for a couple of strides, BEVS NEW POINT checked back losing several lengths In the run across the top bend to the home straight SCOTT SOME TRICKS was forced to race wide around the outer of APOLLO BAXTER both runners covered extra ground finishing in midfield at the line
Race 3	ADEPT ACCOUNTANTS C0 FINAL - C0f - 520	Racing to the bend on the first occasion CAWBOURNE DALLAS angled in across the hind of BIGTIME OCKA checking this runner for a stride ANOTHER VESPA box 5 angled across behind the field in to the first bend making contact with the rail dropping out further to the rear and was observed to be uncomfortable in his galloping action there after ANOTHER VESPA was referred to the vet for assessment where he was found to have a small laceration to the left hind
Race 4	J P PRINT (PETONE) CO - C0 - 305	MR JULES box 7 was slow away racing in the rear in the run to the first bend MR JULES attempted to improve along the inner of ANOTHER PENNY running on the heels of this runner MR JULES lost momentum going back a couple of lengths racing in to the home bend MR JULES and ANOTHER PENNY bumped for a stride KAPAI LANA after racing wide across the top bend in to the home straight finished well for 3rd placing at the line
Race 5	LIQUORLAND WANGANUI C0 - C0 - 305	racing from the start SEDGEBROOK ASSET ran inwards across the face of ANOTHER PRINCE bumping in to BANSHEE BOY and MAIA BAXTER In the run in to the first bend SEDGEBROOK ASSET angled in between runners being pushed back on to SCOTT TO GO and BANSHEE BOY as SCOTT NO ODDS raced towards the lead angling across forcing ANOTHER RUSS in on to these runners BANSHEE BOY made contact with the rail coming under the neck of SCOTT TO GO ,BANSHEE BOY stumbled for a stride or so when recovering his balance and finished on in to 3rd placing at the line Racing across the top bend SEDGEBROOK ASSET pushed ANOTHER RUSS wide out on the track SEDGEBROOK ASSET went back catching the heels of ANOTHER RUSS going off stride was then hampered turning for home as ANOTHER PRINCE caught his heels SEDGEBROOK PRINCE appeared to be uncomfortable in his galloping action in the run home and was referred to the vet for assessment where no abnormalities were found
Race 6	THE ROCK 95.2FM C1 - C1 - 520	SHERRIF ROSCOE missed the jump by a length Racing down to the bend on the first occasion HUGGLEMONSTER ran on to the hind of NINA BAXTER soon after HUGGLEMONSTER ran out wide across heels to be the widest runner in to the bend, near the lead MIGHTY BABA and BIGTIME RANSOM bumped and jostled for a couple of strides running inwards resulting in SILVER TOKAM having check out over their heels losing 5 or more lengths at this point racing along the back straight SILVER TOKAM raced wide towards the rear she angled in closer across the top bend bumped with HUGGLEMONSTER as they turned for the run in finishing strongly in the latter stages to be a close up 5th at the line
Race 7	WANGANUI CHRONICLE C1 - C1 - 305	CONSUMATE EASE box 8 and MAD MUSIC were both awkwardly away MAD MUSIC stumbled slightly coming off the mat she recovered her stride to race handy finishing in to 3rd placing at the line Racing in to the first bend DIAMOMD LULU angled in bumping OPAWA LACHLAN unbalancing this dog for a couple of strides, DIAMOND LULU ran wide in to and around the bend covering a fair amount of extra ground finishing in last placing at the line
Race 8	AON CPF C1 - C1 - 520	Racing in to the bend on the first occasion GLORY HOG was tightened for room in midfield running on to the hind of I'M A CATCH for a stride or so COME ON MICKEY drifted back racing around the first bend appeared to be uncomfortable in his galloping action there after finishing in the rear at the line and was referred to the vet for assessment with pain over the left pectoral muscle was detected
Race 9	FIRST SECURITY C1 - C1 - 305	BOSTON SPIRIT box 8 was away well in the initial stages rifted out to the rear arcing across the top bend and appeared to be uncomfortable in his galloping action finishing in the rear at the line and was referred to the vet for assessment GUMMY GUMSTA ran extremely wide nearing the home turn and down the home straight finishing in 2nd placing at the line
Race 10	FIVE STAR KENNELS AND RUNS C1 - C1 - 520	Racing in to the bend on the first occasion there was tightening to the back runners as SPEEDY FEET came across on to THAT'S KING,RUBBED OUT on his inner moved out at this point to avoid the heels of LENA ALLEN as this dog bumped CAWBOURNE GABLE, ANOTHER CRUISE ran in to the hind of SPEEDY FEET as this runner was bumped outwards by THAT'S KING ANOTHER CRUISE, SPEEDY FEET, RUBBED OUT and THAT'S KING all lost ground and were unable to improve there after in a strung out field
Race 11	PALAMOUNTAINS SCIENTIFIC NUTRITION C1 - C1 - 305	DO MORE raced handy to the first bend was bumped in the hindquarters by LORD DE AIR, DO MORE ran on to the back of WAERENGA STAR losing momentum back towards the rear where soon after HOMEBUSH STEW an on to the hind of DO MORE hampering this runner further DO MORE dropped back to a clear last finishing a margin in the rear at the line and was referred to the vet for assessment where he was found to have lacerations to both hind
Race 12	VETS ON CARLTON C1 - C1 - 305	TRENDY LASS box 2 missed the jump by a stride Racing in to the first bend TRENDY LASS attempted to improve in to the body of the field and was checked as HOMEBUSH DAWN came back off the heels of CAWBOURNE CRAZY, TRENDY LASS lost momentum back to a clear last in the running finishing in the rear at the line
Race 13	Non Tote - Tier 2 - 305	Soon after the start there was jostling and bumping as HOMEBUSH BUTTON ran out sharply across the face of PEAJAY PRINGLES, CAWBOURNE ROMAN who stumbled for a stride HOMEBUSH BUTTON then ran in to DARK FAERYTALES bumping this runner out on to RUNS FOR GAS all these runners lost ground CAWBOURNE ROMAN recovered back in to stride to finish on in to 3rd placing at the line
Race 14	Non Tote - Tier 2 - 305	Racing from the boxes BLACK MAGIC ROCK ran in bumping FIVE KAY LEG and THRILLING ORLA,FIVE KAY LEG went back slightly across the heels of THRILLING ORLA wider out KIRIBATI GIRL angled across tightening in on to MIGHTY TWIST, SHE SAID MAYBE in to HOMEBUSH MARLOW forcing this runner in across the face of BLACK MAGIC ROCK and THRILLING ORLA turning this runner sideways for several strides, HOMEBUSH MARLOW was checked back to the rear and was unable to improve there after finishing in the rear at the line
