Judicial report: Trainer C.Roberts was fined $ 100-00 under the provisions of Rule 69.11 when VERNON BALE was presented weighing 1.6 kilograms down in weight from his last start weight on 10.09.15.

Race 1	Formpro Ratings Free Every Monday C0 - C0 - 375	Tightening soon after the start resulted in checks to CAWBOURNE LOCH and CAWBOURNE DALLAS and they were shuffled back to the rear. CAWBOURNE LOCH recovered from the incident and finished in 4th place but CAWBOURNE DALLAS stayed back to finish in 2nd last place.
Race 2	J P Print, Petone C1 - C1 - 457	LADY ZEENA shifted in from the start and hampered MAGIC WHITELOCK, MISS ELDORA and TENNESSEE SMILE and they lost ground and settled back. ALLGAIER was handy to the lead going to the first corner but the drifted back through the field and finished in last place. FOX IN BOX and TENNESSEE SMILE were both checked as ALLGAIER went back and they lost three lengths. ALLGAIER was referred to the Vet for assessment, was cleared of injury and the Trainer will advise the Stewards if anything untoward becomes apparent in subsequent days.
Race 3	Greyhounds As Pets C1 - C1 - 457	FAST RIGBY shifted in going into the bend and crowded ARCHI BALE which brushed against the rail for a short distance and lost three lengths. Soon after, PEACOCK PRINCESS shifted in across the line of GOODTIME LADY which was checked and unbalanced and she shifted out forcing WORBOYS wide over extra ground.
Race 4	Affordable Pet Accessories C2 - C2 - 457	OPAWA MESSINI shifted in from the start and bumped with TRIDENT which was briefly unbalanced and settled back. A short distance further on, OPAWA MESSINI and RALPHONSO bumped together and were both hampered and lost momentum for a stride.
Race 5	Manawatu Harness Racing Club C4 - C4 - 457	VARGA FROST began awkwardly losing a length and he settled at the rear and stayed back throughout the race.
Race 6	Brooks Timing C1 - C1 - 375	ZAMADDIS LASS escaped from the Handler for a brief period prior to parading to the start and was examined by the Vet and cleared to start. ZAMADDIS LASS and CAWBOURNE GIL were awkwardly placed in restricted room going into the bend and were checked losing three lengths.
Race 7	Personal Protective Services Ltd C2 - C2 - 375	BOX OF FLUFFIES began awkwardly losing ground and settled back. WORKING JEWEL was checked when tightened as the start was made and she went back to the rear. WORKING JEWEL then drifted further behind the other runners and finished several lengths last and was referred to the Vet for assessment and found to have bruising and abrasions.
Race 8	Grant Irvine Pharmacy C3 - C3 - 375	STAND UP GIRL and HANIFY ACE were slow to begin losing two lengths and they stayed back throughout the race.
Race 9	Outback Trading Company C2d - C2d - 660	LAGOON VICTORY and ZIPPING RORY collided when the start was made and ZIPPING RORY settled back. ZIPPING RORY then eased over the heels of CAWBOURNE BRIGHT going into the first corner and ran wide into the bend forcing LAGOON MYTYE wide over extra ground.
Race 10	Buck Fever At Stud C5 - C5 - 457	IZZEY BALE went down behind when coming out of the boxes and lost several lengths and all chance and was classed as falling. KILCHURN was slow to begin and he settled back. KILCHURN then raced a little wide on the bend covering extra ground but ran on well to finish in 3rd place.
Race 11	wheeldeal.co.nz C4 - C4 - 375	WILD EFFECTIVE and WHEELIE RASCAL collided when jumping from the boxes and WHEELIE RASCAL was unbalanced and settled back. WHEELIE RASCAL then shifted out going into the bend and collided with OPAWA COLIN and they were unbalanced and raced wide on the bend losing ground and finished in the rear group.
Race 12	Shakey Jakey At Rocky Ridge C3 - C3 - 457	VERNON BALE and WHERE'S SHIRAZ were the slowest to begin and they stayed back throughout the race to finish in the last two places.
Race 13	Tier 2 - Tier 2 - 375	THRILLING ORLA and SMIRNOFF shifted in abruptly from the start and caused checks to FORTIS MEMORIES, NOMINAL LILY and HOMEBUSH DODGER which all lost ground and settled back. SMIRNOFF was handy to the leaders going into the bend but then drifted back through the field and finished several lengths last and was referred to the Vet for assessment. SMIRNOFF was found to have an injury to a paw.
