Judicial report: Trainers M & P Binnie were fined $100-00 under the provisions of rule 69.11, after ARBRE CHENE (R11) was presented to race 1.6 kilograms above its last start weight on 3 September 2015.

Race 1	Super Pets Sprint - C3 - 295	VITO BAXTER (4) and EYREWELL HAWKE (3) were the last pair on jumping. NORMAN JEWEL (5) and CAWBOURNE PEEJAY (2) collided shortly after the start. CAWBOURNE PEEJAY shifted outwards entering the bend when awkwardly near the heels of STIRLING DANN (7) which shifted inwards. This resulting in NORMAN JEWEL being pushed wider on the track. EYREWELL HAWKE checked outwards across the heels of NORMAN JEWEL rounding the bend, losing momentum. BAD WEEK (1) raced in restricted room entering the home straight and shortly after was contacted from behind by STIRLING DANN which shifted outwards across that runners heels. BAD WEEK was referred to the Veterinarian following the event and cleared of injury.
Race 2	Active Electrical Christchurch Dash - C3 - 295	HOMEBUSH FLYTE (6) was dragged down entering the bend when shifting inwards into the line of EXPECT DELAY (5) which was unable to avoid that runners heels and checked, with the trailing OPAWA IDOL (7) having to taken evasive action to avoid heels. Following this event OPAWA IDOL was referred to the Veterinarian for assessment and found to have a sprained toe. REPLAY (2) and KNOW PRIDE (1) came together and bumped rounding the home bend. EXPECT DELAY was referred to the Veterinarian following the event and cleared of injury.
Race 3	Thursday Place Pick Dash - C3 - 295	HANNA THE SPANNA (6) was a late scratching at 9.20am with a vomiting bug. MARY MARLOW (8) was last to leave the boxes. WUNZEE (9) and ADROIT (5) came together and bumped in the early stages. MARY MARLOW ran inwards and collided with TEPIRITA HENDRIX (2) entering the bend, resulting in MARY MARLOW being unbalanced. STAND UP GIRL (1) was crowded for room rounding the home bend when between TEPIRITA HENDRIX which ran inwards and MARY MARLOW which had improved on the inside and shifted out. STAND UP GIRL and TEPIRITA HENDRIX were then further hampered, with both runners becoming unbalanced.
Race 4	Kolorful Kanvas Sprint - C3/4 - 295	KNOW CONTEST (3) was slow to begin. ZIPPING JYE (2) ran inwards entering the bend checking WINE TIME (1) which lost several lengths. WINE TIME was referred to the Veterianrain following the event and cleared of injury. GRAND APACHE (7) and ABOUND (5) were tightened for room rounding the bend when between ZIPPING JYE and COLLECTING MONEY (8), both of which shifted ground. KNOW CONTEST had to shift outwards across the heels of OPAWA ROCKET (4) entering the home straight to obtain clear running.
Race 5	Power Farming Canterbury Dash - C3 - 295	WEARS THE GOLD (8) ran inwards approaching the bend colliding with KNOW FAVOURS (6). KNOW FAVOURS was then crowded for several strides between HOMEBUSH SLINKY (4) and WEARS THE GOLD which continued to shift ground inwards. Favored runner WEARS THE GOLD remained toward the rear throughout and disappointed, with a veterinary examination following the event clearing this bitch of injury.
Race 6	Fast Archer At Stud Stakes - C3 - 520	BIRCHWOOD (2) was the last to leave the boxes. JESSIE SURFS (5) ran inwards shortly after the start colliding with CAWBOURNE WAR (4). JESSIE SURFS then ran inwards abruptly entering the first bend bumping heavily with CAWBOURNE WAR which was unbalanced, losing ground. BIRCHWOOD which trailed this pair had to take evasive action and shift ground outwards to avoid the heels of CAWBOURNE WAR. KNOW LAPSE (3) and DIRK THE JERK (8) came together and bumped rounding the first bend.
Race 7	I Pave Concrete Sprint - C3/4 - 295	LOOK AT LUCY (4) was slow to begin. COSTING MONEY (8) ran inwards abruptly from the boxes colliding with SPIDER GIRL (6) which was forced down the track into the line of HOMEBUSH ROCKY (5), ABOUT TOWN (3), ZORBA THE GREEK (2) and FIREMANS GALAXY (1), with all runners being unbalanced for several strides. COSTING MONEY and HOMEBUSH ROCKY were checked approaching the bend when racing between OPAWA OPAL (7) and ABOUT TOWN which was forced outwards by FIREMANS GALAXY. ZORBA THE GREEK ran outwards abruptly off the heels of ABOUT TOWN rounding the bend resulting in HOMEBUSH ROCKY being severely hampered and the trailing SPIDER GIRL having to take evasive action to avoid heels. HOMEBUSH ROCKY was referred to the Veterinarian following the event and cleared of injury. Following the race it was noticed that FIREMANS GALAXY was bleeding after a wart had burst which required Veterinary treatment.
Race 8	David Emerson Consultancy Stakes - C4 - 520	CAWBOURNE KENNY (9) was slow to begin. CAN'T CATCH TIM (2) and TINA (1) collided in the early stages. CAN'T CATCH TIM ran outwards entering the first bend crowding GOLDSTAR JUNIOR (6) which lost ground. TINA raced in restricted room entering the bend when racing to the inside of LAGOON BELLE (3), with TINA shifting outwards off the runners heels resulting in CAN'T CATCH TIM being forced into the line of MYSTIC ACTION (8) which was unbalanced. TINA was then crowded for room when racing between GOLDSTAR JUNIOR and MYSTIC ACTION which ran inwards.
Race 9	christchurchgreyhounds.co.nz Dash - C5 - 295	RODRIGUEZ (9) and GOLDSTAR CHUMLEE (8) were the last pair on jumping. LITTLE REGUS (2) ran outwards entering the bend hampering RICK'S TERRA (3) and GET READY FREDDY (5) which came back onto the trailing HOMEBUSH ARIEL (1) RODRIGUEZ contacted the hindquarters of LITTLE REGUS on straightening.
Race 10	Hampden Tavern Stakes - C5 - 520	HOMEBUSH CHOPPER (10) ran inwards approaching the first bend hampering OPAWA ROSIE (2) which was unbalanced, losing ground. This resulted in the trailing IZZEY BALE (5) becoming awkwardly placed near the heels of OPAWA ROSIE, shifting outwards and colliding with TRUST ISSUES (6) which in turn bumped with the hindquarters of KNOW MENTION (9). IZZEY BALE was unable to make up any discernible ground thereafter and was referred to the Veterinarian for assessment where no injury was detected.
Race 11	C.T.V. Sprint - C5 - 295	KNOW KNOWING (4) was last on jumping. ARBRE CHENE (6) ran inwards abruptly from the start colliding with TEE TIME (5) which in turn bumped with SMASH RUMOR (2). ARBRE CHENE then ran inwards sharply across the heels of IMPERSONATOR (3) resulting in HETFIELD (1) being checked. Entering the bend AIDEN BAXTER (7) was tightened, then checked when between IMPERSONATOR and PAPERBOND (8) both of which shifted ground. ARBRE CHENE ran wide rounding the bend forcing KNOW KNOWING wider on the track. HETFIELD and KNOW KNOWING came together and collided rounding the home bend, with both runners becoming unbalanced. Following the race IMPERSONATOR was referred to the Veterinarian for assessment and found to have triceps muscle soreness.
Race 12	Livamol Sprint - C3/4 - 295	JINJA LOCH (4) was the last on jumping. JAMAICAN ARCHIE (2) ran outwards entering the bend checking OPAWA SISTER (3), HOMEBUSH ERROL (7) and KNOW MAGIC (5) which went back onto the trailing STARBURST TERRY (6) which clipped that runners heel and blundered. KNOW MAGIC and STARBURST TERRY were referred to the Veterinarian following the event and cleared of injury. OPAWA SISTER dropped out over the concluding stages and was referred to the Veterinarian where no injury was detected.
