Judicial report: Trainer R Adcock was fined $50.00 as per the Minor Infringements Table after admitting a breach of Rule 68.8(b) when failing to present the registration papers for DEFINITE.

Race 1	Super Pets Dash - C0 - 295	SHANE MCBELL (9) was tightened for room approaching the bend when between ANOTHER RUSS (1) and HAVANA STOGIE (4), both of which shifted ground. FERAL HOKI (5) had to check briefly entering the bend when awkwardly placed near the heels of OHOKA BILLY (6) which ran inwards. HAVANA STOGIE ran outwards on the home bend pushing NARITI (7) wider on the track.
Race 2	Shirley Vet Clinic Sprint - C0 - 295	DALLAS BAXTER (5) was inclined to shift ground outwards in the early stages after being initially slow to begin. ANOTHER CASINO (6) ran inwards shortly after the start forcing LICK IT UP (4) into the line of FIRST OFFICER (3), with both runners jostling for a short distance. FIRST OFFICER ran outwards entering the bend contacting the hindquarters of LICK IT UP which was dragged down. ANOTHER RIDDLE (7) which raced to the outside of FIRST OFFICER was also hampered in this incident and forced to race wider on the track. ANOTHER CASINO and KABLITZ (1) came together and bumped rounding the home bend, with KABLITZ becoming unbalanced momentarily. FIRST OFFICER was referred to the Veterinarian following the event and cleared of injury.
Race 3	Yella Mustard At Stud Dash - C0 - 295	ANOTHER JET (2) was slow to begin. DEFINITE (7) ran inwards from the boxes colliding with CRONOS (6). CRONOS then shifted inwards sharply contacting the hindquarters of JOEY BAXTER (5). MARK BE GOOD (4) and ANOTHER CHARM (3) came together and collided shortly after the start with MARK BE GOOD becoming unbalanced, shifting outwards into the line of DEFINITE which was inconvenienced. DEFINITE ran inwards approaching the bend tightening MARK BE GOOD which lost ground and came back onto ANOTHER JET which had to take evasive action to avoid that runners heels. ANOTHER JET was referred to the Veterinarian following the event and cleared of injury.
Race 4	The Turf Bar Stakes - C0 - 520	CAIRNELLA (6) and ANOTHER VESPA (8) were the last pair on jumping. OPAWA O'GRADY(2) ran outwards entering the first bend forcing RUSHCUTER ACTION (4) into the line of ANOTHER VESPA (8) which clipped that runners heel and fell. The trailing CAIRNELLA was severely hampered as a result and had to take evasive action to avoid the fallen runner. ANOTHER VESPA and CAIRNELLA were referred to the Veternarian following the event and cleared of injury. RAPAKI KATH (9) and RED HOT ACTION (7) came together and collided rounding the first bend resulting in RED HOT ACTION being unbalanced and losing its footing momentarily.
Race 5	Garrard's Horse And Hound Sprint - C2 - 295	EYE ADAM (3) and GO TOMMO (6) were the last pair on jumping. WEE TERRA (4) was tightened for room entering the bend when between GO TOMMO and OUT BACK BILL (1) which shifted outwards off the running line. HARKONEN BALE ran inwards and collided with EYE ADAM entering the home straight. HARKONEN BALE was referred to the Veterinarian following the event and cleared of injury. WEE TERRA was referred to the Veterinarian following the event and found to have groin pain. LITTLE MIDNIGHT (7) was examined by the Veterinarian following the event and found to have a shoulder injury.
Race 6	Amber Cleaning Services Stakes - C0 - 520	PRIVATE ACTION (8) ran inwards sharply entering the first bend hampering RAEWYN (1). Rounding the first bend RIO ACTON (2) ran wide colliding with ACAMAS (7) resulting in RIO ACTION becoming unbalanced and turned outwards, with both runners coming together shortly after. RAEWYN shifted outwards across the heels of OPAWA ZENA (6) rounding the home bend, resulting in TEPIRITA RATA (3) being pushed wider on the track. RIO ACTION was referred to the Veterinarian following the event and cleared of injury.
Race 7	C.T.V. Dash - C2 - 295	ILABB (5) ran inwards abruptly from the jump hampering BO'S BUSINESS (2) for a short distance. BO'S BUSINESS then clipped the heel of ILABB when attempting to shift outwards across that runners heels. BO'S BUSINESS, MULBERRY BROOK (3), GUMP'S THE NAME (4), BELLWAVE (6) and GOSSIP QUEEN (9) all received crowding entering the bend when racing in tight quarters to the inside of CAWBOURNE ROWAN (7) which shifted inwards. GUMP'S THE NAME ran inwards into the bend momentarily hampering BO'S BUSINESS. BO'S BUSINESS was referred to the Veterinarian following the event and cleared of injury. When questioned in regards to the seemingly improved run of ILABB, co-trainer A McCook explained that the dog has experienced bad luck in recent runs and today was able to take advantage of a downgrade.
Race 8	Opawa Bowl & Jack Tavern Stakes - C2 - 520	OPAWA KURU (7) was slow to begin. KNOW WORTH (3) ran outwards entering the first bend contacting the hindquarters of OPAWA KURU which became briefly unbalanced.
Race 9	Business Time At Stud Sprint - C2 - 295	BOTANY ZENVO (5), TELL THE BOYS (4) and OHOKA COBY (6) were crowded entering the bend when racing in tight quarters between BUSINESS REVIEW (1) and LAGOON MAY (7). BOTANY ZENVO had to check rounding the bend when awkwardly placed near the heels of TELL THE BOYS which ran inwards.
Race 10	Clarkson Sign Studio Stakes - C2 - 520	OPAWA GRUNTER (5) ran inwards shortly after the start making contact with MISS VALLEY INN (10) which in turn bumped with the hindquarters of THRILLING LUKE (3).
Race 11	Robbie's Bar & Bistro Dash - C2 - 295	GLENN IS GOODESY (4) was slow to jump. HUMAN INSTINCT (3) shifted outwards rounding the bend simultaneously as STRUGGLE IS REAL (5) ran inwards, resulting in TERRA MONDO (7) being pushed wider on the track and STRUGGLE IS REAL being unbalanced briefly.
Race 12	Protexin Sprint - C2 - 295	NEDDY SEAGOON (3) ran inwards from the boxes colliding with OHOKA HOPE (2). NEDDY SEAGOON and OHOKA HOPE were checked entering the bend when racing to the inside of CONALOO (6) which ran inwards. Shortly after CONALOO and ADJUDICATOR (8) came together and bumped resulting in ADJUDICATOR losing its footing. OPAWA ALBIE (5) raced wide rounding the bend.
