Judicial report: DECEPTIVE LASS (M Matthews) was represented today under Rule 81.5 after being stood down at the AUCKLAND GHRC Sunday 13/09/15 and is now clear to race.

Race 1	Box 1 Gold Sprint Series Heat 1 - C0q - 375 Heat 1	JUMP ON IT went up with the lids GLOBAL CONQUEST ran in sharply from the jump on to the shoulder of OUR SAMBO on their inner MEAN AS MENA ran in sharply across the face of JUMP ON IT on to JAQUI ATTACK. In the run down to the first bend MEAN AS MENA ran across bumping and jostling JUMP ON IT for some distance with both runners being hampered losing momentum, JAZZ HILL on their inner was checked back as they raced in to the bend MISS BUNNYTHORPE raced wide in to and across the bend covering a fair amount of ground there after
Race 2	The Clubhouse Sports Bar Sprint Heat 1 - C1q - 375 Heat 1	TRINITY FLIGHT box 4 ran in sharply from the jump in to the shoulder of FERAL HELEN, wider out WAERENGA STAR crossed quickly forcing TRINITY FLIGHT in on to FERAL HELEN and WHAT'S UP WATTO checking these runners back Racing across the top bend there was tightening and jostling back in the field resulting in FEREL HELEN catching heels and stumbling for a stride moving out wide Racing in to the home straight WHAT'S UP WATTO, EVEN SEVEN and ZIPPING TAY were tightened and checked as MCJOPSON angled inwards all there runners were hampered for some strides
Race 3	Box 1 Gold Sprint Series Heat 2 - C0q - 375 Heat 2	KING HIT MIKE,ZOE'S FUNK and PREOCCUPIED all began slow ,PREOCCUPIED stumbled slightly going in to the shoulder of CHOCKA ME WALLET and CORUBA CATE ,KING HIT MIKE then angled out widest in the run to the first bend Racing in to the first bend RED RASCAL was tightened and pushed inwards on to the heels of ZOE'S FUNK as CORUBA CATE improved on the outer of PREOCCUPIED, RED RASCAL lost several lengths this point Racing in to the home straight RED RASCAL caught the heels of CHOCKA ME WALLET stumbled slightly losing momentum going back to last in the running RED RASCAL was referred to the vet for assessment where no abnormalities were found
Race 4	The Clubhouse Sports Bar Sprint Heat 2 - C1q - 375 Heat 2	Racing to the first bend DIPSY LALA angled across towards the rail checking MYRNIONG GIRL in on to UNO HEIDI and TEPERITA ENFORCE Racing towards the home turn MYRNIONG GIRL was pushed out wide as DIPSY LALA moved outwards, CONTEMPERANEOUS was also forced wide losing a couple of lengths VICARIOUSLY was last away from box 8 racing in the rear, he was held up for a few strides nearing the home turn when looking to run on he finished in the rear at the line TEPIRITA ENFORCE (winner) was noted to be slightly lame on returning to the kennel block. The dog was nominated to be swabbed and was checked by the Vet before being locked away. TEPIRITA ENFORCE was then re-vetted and subsequently stood down due to an inflamed tendon over the left fore accessory carpal bone.
Race 5	The Clubhouse Sports Bar Sprint Heat 3 - C1q - 375 Heat 3	SHE SAID MAYBE began very awkwardly being last away by 6 or so lengths and was unable to get in to contention there after APPLEMANNCHENbo5 raced out wide as per his usual racing style covering a fair amount of extra ground in the running finishing off strongly in the run home in to 4th placing at the line
Race 6	Affordable Pet Accessories Stakes - C0 - 457	SEMI AUTOMATIC and JETSUN ROYAL raced wide on the track in the run to the first bend Racing in to the first bend TYRION box 8 raced to the lead angling inwards tightening JETSUN DESIRE in across the face of ITSA FISH OIL, LOCHINVAR MAINE on the inner was also tightened for slightly for a stride or so but was able to keep her ground at this point After racing widest in to the bend SEMI AUTOMATIC and JETSUN ROYAL lost ground racing some lengths back from the rest of the field Nearing the home turn CORUBA RAGE bumped JETSUN DESIRE out on to ITSA FISH OIL checking this runner out widest as they turned for the run in home ITSA FISH OIL finished on strongly in the concluding stages in to a close 4th placing at the line
Race 7	Superior Chunky Dog Rolls Sprint - C3 - 375	Racing in to the first bend JELLY GEM angled in on to the shoulder of CAWBOURNE KIWI, SANDOR GLEGANE racing towards the lead angled tightening JELLY GEM in further with CAWBOURNE KIWI catching the hind quarters of SANDOR GLEGANE ,ROTOVEGAS SPARKY on their inner was tightened and checked ,CAWBOURNE KIWI at this point caught heels and went back to last in the running stumbling slightly, he recovered back in to stride quickly however was unable to get back in to contention finishing in last placing at the line
Race 8	0800 4 Downcow Stakes - C1 - 457	racing away from the start FOREVER IRIS angled in sharply across the heels of a couple of runners racing in to the first bend COOKIE MONSTER moved in on to the shoulder of SPINEL pushing this runner in on to TUFF DIAMOND, wider out PIRATE LORE from box 8 raced to the lead cutting in across the face of COOKIE MONSTER and SPINEL checking these runners who went back a couple of lengths FOREVER IRIS after crossing in soon after the start angled out wide racing in to the first bend losing ground back to a clear last in the running continuing to race wide across the top bend Nearing the home turn SPINEL was tightened between runners being hampered for several strides as COOKIE MONSTER angled in on to her shoulder both dogs lost a few lengths being the last two runners to the line
Race 9	Fond Foods Ltd Stakes - C2/3 - 457	Soon after the start LOCHINVAR IMPACT raced across tightening TALKIN FANCY in on to MULTI CHASER who bumped ARTIC ROUGE turning this runner sideways for a stride Racing to the first bend LOCHINVAR IMPACT angling inwards again forcing TALKIN FANCY in on to ARTIC ROUGE and ROCK LASS ( fav ) TALKIN FANCY, ARTIC ROUGE and ROCKLASS ran out of room all being checked back at this point, LOCKINVAR IMPACT was hampered as SOLARIAN box 8 raced to the lead angling down to the rail ROCK LASS lost all chance after the interference going back to last in the running on in the home straight for 6th placing at the line
Race 10	Palamountains Nutrtion Sprint - C5 - 375	CHRIS'S PRIDE( fav )wasn't best away from midfield racing in to the first bend ARMASTICE DAY came across tightening in to STYLISH FANCY, FESTIVAL MISS ,BIG JAMSEY at this point box 8 raced to the lead cutting in towards the rail across the face of ARMASTICE DAY pushing STYLISH FANCY in on to FESTIVAL MISS forcing this runner back to the rear, soon after racing on to the bend FESTIVAL MISS improved on the inner of ARMASTICE DAY making contact stumbling slightly Racing in to the home bend FESTIVAL MISS ran wide bumping in to ARMASTICE DAY several times forcing this runner wide both dogs finished a margin in the rear at the line After a tardy start CHRIS'S PRIDE ( fav ) didn't show her usual dash finishing in 4th placing at the line and was referred to the vet for assessment where she was found to have muscle soreness over the right hind gracilis muscle area FESTIVAL MISS was referred to the vet for assessment where no abnormalities were found
Race 11	All Sew Embrioidery Stakes - C2 - 457	Racing in to the first bend there was severe crowding to several runners as GUMBALANYA angled inwards pushing MELMAN in to the back of COLD TURKEY in on to KINLOCK OSTI and WINSOME DAN, KINLOCK OSTI, MELMAN, COLD TURKEY lost ground back to the rear KINLOCK OSTI recovered to soon get back handy in the running to finish best in a tight finish to win
Race 12	Dogzone Stakes - C3/4 - 457	GOLD CLASS began awkwardly from midfield then ran outwards on to TEEGZ as JANNIK ran in sharply knocking LUCARIO in inwards back in to TEEGZ and GOLD CLASS, a couple of strides on THRILLING CARTER angled out across the face of LUCARIO checking this dog JANNIK and PREMIER OSTI these runners all lost momentum and some ground, GOLD CLASS recovered quickly to get up handy to the leader MELHAM with ROCKIN FANCY on their inner THRILLING CARTER after covering ground angled back to the inner across the top bend finishing well in to 4th placing at the line
