Judicial report: J.T.McInerney the Trainer of NICKSTA was fined $ 100-00 uder the provisions of Rule 69.11 when the bitch was presented weighing 2.0 kilograms down in weight from her last start on 26.08.2015. Trainer S.Voyce fell and was injured while loading a dog into the boxes in race 13 and following the race, was then assisted back to the Grandstand area by another Trainer. As a result, there were two Handlers short for catching Greyhounds at the finish of the race.

Race 1	ABSOLUTELY ELECTRICAL C0 - C0 - 305	TEPIRITA AVEDON shifted in abruptly from the start and caused checks to SCOTT NO ODDS, ANOTHER CHARM and SAMMY BAXTER and they all lost ground. DERECHO STORM was the slowest to begin but quickly made up ground and shared the lead into the bend. He then shifted out forcing HOMEBUSH INQUIRY wide on the bend and turned his head and eased losing ground. DERECHO STORM then commenced to chase the lure again and made up ground to finish in 3rd place. HOMEBUSH INQUIRY lost several lengths in the incident and finished in 5th place. The Trainer accepted that DERECHO STORM had breached Rule 79.1 b and the dog was stood down for 28 days and is required to complete a satisfactory trial.
Race 2	KEENAN CONCRETE WANGANUI C0 - C0 - 305	SCOTT SOME TRICKS and BELK ROAD were checked soon after the start and went back to the rear. PAT NOT PLAIT led into the bend but then eased losing ground and went back several places. PAT NOT PLAIT then commenced to chase again and went on to win the race and was referred to the Vet for assessment, was cleared of injury and was stood down for 28 days under Rule 79.1 b and is required to complete a satisfactory trial.
Race 3	ADEPT ACCOUNTANTS C0 - C0 - 305	JOEY BAXTER and SECOND TIME were slow to begin losing two lengths. JOEY BAXTER shifted out going into the bend and checked ELLA BAXTER and SECOND TIME with all three running wide over extra ground. SECOND TIME recovered the best of the three and he made up ground to finish in 3rd place.
Race 4	J P PRINT PETONE C1 - C1 - 520	CHLOE'S PRODIGY was the slowest to begin and settled back but was then observed to be awkward in his galloping action. CHLOE'S PRODIGY then drifted back to race several lengths last and stayed back for the remainder of the race and was referred to the Vet for assessment and found to have a groin muscle injury. COLD TURKEY was checked entering the back straight losing three lengths but recovered to finish in 4th place.
Race 5	LIQUORLAND WANGANUI C1 - C1 - 520	KIRKHAM HARVEY began awkwardly losing two lengths. COME ON MICKEY jumped out at the start and checked ARCHI BALE which settled back. BENJI shifted in from the start and hampered HUGGLEMONSTER, ADDA BOY ZEKE and INDEFINITE ORDER and they were all inconvenienced for a short distance. ARCHI BALE shifted in going into the first turn and checked KIRKHAM HARVEY which lost three lengths. ARCHI BALE continued to shift in and jostled with ADDA BOY ZEKE for some distance on the first bend and they both lost momentum.
Race 6	THE ROCK 95.2FM C1 - C1 - 520	SILVER TOKAAM checked off the heels of SHELLY MCBELL going into the bend and shifted out and bumped with PROCRASTINATION and they were briefly unbalanced and lost ground. SHELLY MCBELL checked off the heels of LITTLE PROPHET going into the back straight and lost three lengths.
Race 7	WANGANUI CHRONICLE C1 Ht1 - C1q - 305 Heat 1	BIGTIME MOOLA was handy to the lead going into the bend but shifted away from the rail and jostled with CAWBOURNE CLAY for a short distance and they lost three lengths. ALLEGRO ALL GO was tightened between BIGTIME MOOLA and LENNY MAC on the bend and was checked and fell but regained her feet and finished onto the lure. ALLEGRO ALL GO was referred to the Vet for assessment and found to have general bruising.
Race 8	AON CPF C1 Ht2 - C1q - 305 Heat 2	ARIZONA SKY shifted in going to the first turn and checked LORD DE AIR which lost two lengths and a short distance further on, OPAWA LACHLAN shifted out and LORD DE AIR was again checked losing ground. LORD DE AIR recovered very well from those incidents and made up ground to finish in 4th place.
Race 9	FIRST SECURITY C1 Ht3 - C1q - 305 Heat 3	VICARIOUSLY and TUNZA FUN were the slowest away from the boxes losing two lengths. One of the favourites LYNNY SOUTHCOMBE was handy going into the bend but was jostled between runners when the field tightened and she was shuffled back to the rear and finished in last place.
Race 10	FIVE STAR KENNELS AND RUNS C1 Ht4 - C1q - 305 Heat 4	BLACK MAGIC ROCK shifted in abruptly when the start was made and made contact with HOMEBUSH STEW and they lost ground. BOSS APPEAL shifted in going into the bend and FANGIRL was severely checked losing several lengths and she stayed back for the remainder of the race.
Race 11	PALAMOUNTAINS SCIENTIFIC NUTRITION C1 Ht5 - C1q - 305 Heat 5	ALLEGRO STYLE was the slowest to begin and settled back. BITA BANTA checked off the heels of SHE'S SMASHING going into the bend and shifted out causing a checks to ALLEGRO STYLE which was unbalanced losing ground and he stayed back from there to the finish. OPPORTUNIST shifted out on the home turn and forced BIG BEN wide over extra ground.
Race 12	VETS ON CARLTON C1 Ht6 - C1q - 305 Heat 6	SEDGEBROOK CHARM shifted out going into the bend and checked TAKEAWAY which was briefly unbalanced. A short distance further on, WORBOYS shifted out and TAKEAWAY was again hampered.
Race 13	Non Tote - Tier 2 - 305	KING'S SELECTION, DENALI and THRILLING ORLA jostled together for some distance going to the first corner and they all lost ground. WORKING MIDNIGHT checked off the heels of TENNESSEE SMILE on the bend and lost several lengths and went back to last.
Race 14	Non Tote - Tier 2 - 305	BELFAST JANE was checked going to the first turn and she lost several lengths and stayed back throughout the remainder of the race to finish in last place.
