Track: Dead Due to rain in previous days the track was rated as Dead for the first 10 races and upgraded to Good prior to Race 11.
Scales: Correct at all weights
Health and Safety comment:

Judicial report: 1/ Trainer R Adcock was fined $50 as per minor infringement table for a breach of Rule 68.9 for failing to produce the registration papers for DEFINITE in Race 1. 2/ Trainer J McInerney was fined $50 as per minor infringement table for a breach of Rule 68.9 for failing to produce the registration papers for WALLY BAXTER in Race 2. 3/ An information was lodged under Rule 87.1.o alleging trainer J McInerney was negligent in failing to present DALLAS BAXTER to race in Race 1 today requiring the dog to be late scratched. The breach was admitted with a date to be set for a JCA hearing.

Race 1	Otago First4 Maiden Sprint - C0 - 310	CHIEF BAXTER scrambled on jumping and lost ground. HYDE BAXTER shifted in through the run down the back crowding ROYAL ACTION and MAIA BAXTER in onto APOLLO KING who shifted outwards. APOLLO KING continued to shift out down the back straight jostling with HYDE BAXTER for several strides.
Race 2	www.greyhoundsaspets.org.nz - C1 - 310	WALLY BAXTER and THUNDER DRAGON were slow to begin. FANCY ACTION was buffeted for some distance down the back straight between SAILORS COLLAR who was shifting out and BIZZARO who was shifting in resulting in all 3 runners losing ground. On the home turn NO MORE BEERSIES shifted in crowding OPAWA LAZ who had to shift ground outwards losing some momentum.
Race 3	Brocklebanks Dry Cleaners Stakes - C0 - 545	SPRINGS ETERNAL was slow to begin. NO TINKERBELL ran outwards in first straight buffeting MAGIC GINA. Into the first bend SPRINGS ETERNAL galloped onto the back of MAGIC GINA with both dogs losing ground. Also into the first bend NO TINKERBELL shifted outwards to avoid heels. Stewards ordered a post race veterinary inspection of MAGIC GINA which revealed no abnormalities.
Race 4	Brian Bagley Driver Licensing Stakes - C1 - 545	HOMEBUSH HANDSOME began awkwardly shifting in and making firm contact with MOON AND SEA. HOMEBUSH HANDSOME was then forced outwards onto BIG JOHN CANNON. Shortly after the start MOON AND SEA and BIG JOHN CANNON were buffeted between OPAWA KURU who shifted out and FILANTE who shifted in. FILANTE continued to shift in again jostling with BIG JOHN CANNON racing towards the first turn.
Race 5	Dave Robbie Photographer Sprint - C1 - 310	BILLY WEST and EYE ADAM made firm contact shortly after the start. EYE ADAM shifted in through the run down the back hampering BILLY WEST and GOLDSTAR ROSIE. OPAWA HOG faltered on the turn for home eventually finishing some distance last. Stewards referred OPAWA HOG to the veterinarian for assesment.
Race 6	Keyosk Service Bar Sprint - C2 - 310	OUT BACK BILL was slow to begin. ANOTHER JAMIE shifted in shortly after the start crowding and buffeting HOMEBUSH BRUNO and OPAWA ROCKET. OPAWA ROCKET and ANOTHER JAMIE jostled for several strides down the back straight. Into the bend and JACKS A JEWEL shifted outwards to find clear racing room. In the middle of the turn ANOTHER JAMIE has galloped onto the back of WINNIE WILLOW resulting in ANOTHER JAMIE falling and WINNIE WILLOW losing ground. Stewards ordered a post race veterinary inspection of both WINNIE WILLOW and ANOTHER JAMIE which revealed no abnormalities to either dog.
Race 7	Norwood Farm Machinery Mosgiel Stakes - C2 - 545	KNOW VALUE and OPAWA GRUNTER were both slow to begin. Into the first bend KINGMAN was tightened between JEWEL APACHE and KNOW SMIGGLE. KNOW VALUE and OPAWA GRUNTER both had trouble finding clear racing room rounding the final bend.
Race 8	Robbie's Bar & Bistro Dunedin Stakes - C3 - 545	Into the turn JIBBAJABBA JEWEL shifted in making contact with KNOW LAPSE. Shortly after this JIBBAJABBA JEWEL had to steady outwards off the heels of THRILLING MARTY who shifted ground inwards. CAWBOURNE KENNY and KNOW AMBITION made firm contact racing into the first bend with both dogs shifting wider on the track.
Race 9	St Kilda Veterinary Centre Stakes - C4/5 - 545	BOTANY KEVIN was squeezed between runners shortly after the start losing ground. In the run to the first turn ANOTHER LIZ shifted in dictating UGO FLASH inwards crowding ANDREA, BOUND TO ERUPT and HOMEBUSH CHOPPER who all lost ground. On the turn into the back straight OPAWA MICHELLE and BOTANY KEVIN have made firm contact.
Race 10	Speedprint Shop Sprint - C2 - 310	ANOTHER JEWEL, LOTS OF BEERSIES and JIMMY HAMMER were all slow to begin. Shortly after the start GOLDSTAR BOMBER shifted in making firm contact with PUKEKO WARRIOR. Racing into the bend AIR EXPRESS shifted in crowding LOTS OF BEERSIES and ANOTHER JEWEL with all 3 dogs losing some ground.
Race 11	Green Island Barber Sprint - C3 - 310	FIREMANS GALAXY was slow to begin. Shortly after the start KNOW PRIDE and COSTING MONEY jostled for some distance. NO BRO shifted inwards in the run down the back crowding COSTING MONEY who was forced inwards. This resulted in crowding to JINJA LUCA, OM NOM NOM and FIREMANS GALAXY. Into the turn FIREMANS GALAXY has shifted out to find clear racing room taking JINJA LUCA and COSTING MONEY wider on the track. KNOW PRIDE raced in restricted room early in the run round the bend.
Race 12	St Kilda Vet Centre Sprint - C5 - 310	BUMP, KERAMUS and TOKEN ACE were all slow to begin. MICKEY TEE raced in restricted room throughout the run round the bend. On the final turn ANOTHER FORTUNE shifted wider on the track taking KERAMUS over extra ground.
Race 13	Racing Again Monday September 21st - C3/4 - 310	OPAWA OPAL began awkwardly and lost ground. Racing towards the bend ZORBA THE GREEK shifted in dictating HOMEBUSH PAIGE inwards onto RONROSE HILL who was checked and lost ground. Into the bend THUNDER STORM lost ground when jostling with HOMEBUSH ARIEL.
