Track: Good The track was presented in very good order and with the equipment functioning well, the meeting proceeded smoothly. The weather was fine during the early and middle stages but showers arrived later in the programme and then cleared away.

Health and Safety comment: Nil

Judicial report: Trainer T.Agent was fined $ 100-00 under the provisions of Rule 69.11 when LENNY MAC was presented weighing 1.6 kilograms overweight from the last start on 23.08.2015.

Race 1	ABSOLUTELY ELECTRICAL C0 - C0 - 305	VEE SINTILATING was very slow to begin losing several lengths and all chance. EL MOVIN began awkwardly and lost two lengths. BELK ROAD, HOMEBUSH EXPRESS and EL MOVIN were checked going into the bend and lost momentum for a short distance. MISS SHELLAC led approaching the home turn but then eased and dropped back to eventually finish in 6th place and was referred to the Vet for assessment and cleared of injury. MISS SHELLAC was stood down for 28 days under the provisions of Rule 79.1 b and is required to trial under Rule 80.1 before next starting in a race.
Race 2	KEENAN CONCRETE C0 - C0 - 305	DERECHO STORM and CAWBOURNE MARCY were slow to begin losing a length. DERECHO STORM recovered quickly but clipped the heels of the leader PAT NOT PLAIT going into the bend and PAT NOT PLAIT was slightly unbalanced and shifted out. DERECHO STORM also shifted a little wide and may have turned his head slightly but was given the benefit of some slight doubt on this occasion but his future racing will be closely monitored. RANGER'S WALTZ checked over the back PAT NOT PLAIT entering the home straight and they were both inconvenienced and lost ground.
Race 3	ADEPT ACCOUNTANTS C0 - C0 - 305	SECOND TIME was up in weight by 2.5 kilograms and this was an intentional increase. BOW RIVER MAN shifted out from the start and TEPIRITA AVEDON shifted in and this resulted in checks to SECOND TIME, MISS BUNNYTHORPE and SAMMY MCBELL with SMART DANDY also receiving interferance in the incident. SECOND TIME recovered the best of the runners affected and he finished in 3rd place.
Race 4	J P PRINT PETONE C1 - C1 - 305	WHITEY'S GONE weighed in 1.9 kilograms down in weight from his last start on 04.08.15 and this was an intentional decrease. HOMEBUSH TED and STAINLESS KNOCKA began awkwardly losing two lengths and they stayed back throughout the race. WHITEY'S GONE checked over the heels of ALLEGRO TITLE going into the bend and shifted out forcing WASEM TWIST over extra ground.
Race 5	LIQUORLAND WANGANUI C1 - C1 - 305	FAIR TRADING and HOMEBUSH BUTTON were the slowest away from the boxes and they stayed back throughout to finish at the rear. BOX OF FLUFFIES shifted in going into the bend and hampered FAIR TRADING which lost a length.
Race 6	THE ROCK 95.2FM C1 - C1 - 305	TAKEAWAY was the slowest away from the boes and he lost two lengths but made up ground well to finish in 3rd place. KA PAI was handy to the lead on the bend when he shifted ground out and bumped DON'T MUZZLE ME which in turn made contact with WORKING JEWEL which was racing on the outside. As a result of the contact, DON'T MUZZLE ME lost several lengths and went back to last and finished in that position. WORKING JEWEL also lost three lengths in the incident.
Race 7	WANGANUI CHRONICLE C1 Ht1 - C1q - 520 Heat 1	GOLFING BUDDY shifted out from the start and checked OPAWA AMBER which lost ground and settled at the rear. GOLFING BUDDY shifted out entering the home straight and made contact with WORKING PIZZAZ and OPAWA AMBER and all three lost ground and they finished in the last three places. OPAWA AMBER was referred to the Vet for assessment at the Trainers request and found to have a laceration to the top of a webbing.
Race 8	AON CPF C1 Ht2 - C1q - 520 Heat 2	All clear.
Race 9	FIRST SECURITY C1 Ht3 - C1q - 520 Heat 3	YOU'RE SO FREE, FAST RIGBY, SHERIFF ROSCOE and OPAWA EXTREME were all checked going into the first bend and lost ground and they stayed back throughout the remainder of the race.
Race 10	INDULGE SKIN SPA C1 Ht4 - C1q - 520 Heat 4	BUNDORAN LAD and DR. ROBBIE were very slow to begin losing three lengths and they settled at the rear. BUDORAN LAD then checked over the heels of THRILLING AVA going into the first bend losing further ground.
Race 11	PALAMOUNTAINS SCIENTIFIC NUTRITION C1 - C1 - 305	LENNY MAC, SHE'S SMASHING, ALLEGRO ALL GO and MIGHTY BA BA jostled together for some distance going to the first corner and they all lost ground and stayed back from there to the finish .
Race 12	VETS ON CARLTON C1 - C1 - 305	All clear.
Race 13	FIVE STAR KENNELS AND RUNS C1 - C1 - 305	BLACK MAGIC ROCK shifted in from the start and checked off the back of ALLEGRO STYLE and settled at the rear. PREMIER PRINCE and BOSS APPEAL bumped going to the first corner and jostled for some distance, becoming unbalanced losing ground and they finished in the last two places.
Race 14	BOOK YOUR FUNCTION @ HATRICK C1 - C1 - 305	BLAZE'S CORPORAL was tightened between CAWBOURNE CLAY and SEDGEBROOK CHARM when the start was made and lost a length. SEDGEBROOK CHARM was awkwardly positioned in restricted room between CAWBOURNE CLAY and WAERENGA STAR going into the bend and was eventually checked losing three lengths.
Race 15	Non Tote - Tier 2 - 305	BELFAST JANE was slow to begin losing three lengths and she stayed well back throughout. JOHNNY ANGEL drifted back soon after the start and eventually finished several lengths last and was referred to the Vet for assessment and cleared of injury.
