Judicial report: SUPPLEMENTARY FROM WANGANUI GRC 10 JUNE 2015.
At a hearing at Riccarton Park on 20 June 2015, Trainer J McInerney admitted a breach of Rule 68.1 the details of which were that on 10 June 2015 at the Wanganui GRC meeting, he failed to present HOMEBUSH BUTTON to race in Race 14, a non-tote Tier 2 race. After considering submissions as to penalty, the JCA fined Mr McInerney the sum of $200.

Race 1	Kolorful Kanvas Sprint - C4/5 - 295	PLAGIARISM (2) was a clear last on jumping. WHEELCHAIR NORM (3) ran inwards in the back straight checking CAWBOURNE JELLY (1). QUEDRAGO (8) ran inwards into the bend checking RAMBUNCTIOUS (7) and PLAGIARISM. CAWBOURNE JELLY and IDOL GIRL (6) were both inconvenienced as a result.
Race 2	Power Farming Canterbury Stakes - C4 - 520	Due to previously being difficult to box permission was granted for CAN'T CATCH TIM (9) to be boxed first. This dog was again hard to box today and will remain on the box first list. ZIPPING SONNY (8) was last on jumping. JESSIE SURFS (5) and CAN'T CATCH TIM came together on several occasions in the run to the first bend. ZIPPING SONNY was trapped wide around that bend. JIBBAJABBA JEWEL (6) was checked and ran wide into the back straight.
Race 3	Active Electrical Christchurch Stakes - C3 - 520	CAWBOURNE WITCH (8) was last to jump. OPAWA TOM (5) and TINA (9) bumped in the early stages. OPAWA TOM was tightened into the first bend and lost ground. LAGOON TWIST (3) checked outwards off heels on the home turn pushing KNOW LAUGHING (7) wider. EXPECT DELAY (1) was checked by OPAWA TOM in the home straight.
Race 4	Shirley Vet Clinic Distance - C2d - 645	CAWBOURNE GRACIE (5) and BLUSHING BELLE (4) were tightened in the early stages as LAGOON MYTYE (6) crossed down the track. LAGOON MYTYE raced wide with a lap to run. CAWBOURNE ALPHA (7) was checked into the second bend. LAGOON MYTYE and KNOW AMBITION (2) bumped on the home turn.
Race 5	Carol's T.A.B. Dash - C4/5 - 295	Prior to this event the track was upgraded to good. ZORBA THE GREEK (6) ran inwards in the early stages pushing ZEBIDIAH (5) down the track which in turn tightened BUMP (4) and TIME SLAYER (1). ZORBA THE GREEK then bumped with ECKLES (3). TIME SLAYER and BUMP were slow to jump. ECKLES angled outwards on the bend pushing STIRLING DANN (7) wider on the track.
Race 6	Flair Canterbury Laurels Final - R/Af - 520	GOLDSTAR AVERY (3) and CAWBOURNE ROWAN (7) were the slowest to jump. CALINDA GIRL (5) got on heels into the first bend and lost momentum. CAWBOURNE ROWAN raced wide into the first bend. RUN ZOLA (1) lost momentum on the first bend when held up behind runners. LAGOON BELLE (4) received a slight check at the end of the back straight and lost a length with CALINDA GIRL inconvenienced in behind.
Race 7	Super Pets Garden City Classic Final - R/Af - 520	DYNA VIKKERS (7) and KNOW HERO (8) were the last pair on jumping. BRISEUR DE REVES (4) was tightened in the early stages. ALBIE JAY (6) was checked on the first bend. CHAIMBO (2) and KNOW MENTION (5) raced wide in the back straight.
Race 8	Mac Developments Sprint - C4/5 - 295	RED HOT FURY (8) was last to jump. STAR DREAMER (1) and SPRINKLES (2) were tightened into the bend and dropped to the rear. HETFIELD (5) ran wide on the home turn.
Race 9	Protexin Dash - C4 - 295	COSTING MONEY (5) was last to jump. KNOW PRIDE (3) was held up and lost momentum into the bend as COSTING MONEY ran outwards. On the home turn BIG MUDDY (9) angled outwards pushing SPIDER GIRL (8) wider.
