Judicial report: ALLGAIER completed a satisfactory trial which was required under the provisions of Rule 80.1 and is now cleared to race. Trainer J.McInerney was fined $ 100-00 under Rule 69.11 when OLLIE BAXTER was presented 1.6 kilograms overweight from its last start on 10.08.15. Kennel Steward Peter Hill and Handler Jess Cole were charged under Rule 87.1 o with negligence after ALWAYS WELCOME was sent to the start of race 11 with an incorrect rug number on. The number was changed prior to the race and the matter is to be referred to the J.C.A for adjudication.

Race 1	Formpro Ratings Free Every Monday C0 - C0 - 375	SEMI AUTOMATIC and DERECHO STORM began awkwardly losing ground and they settled back. BIGTIME GLOBUS galloped on the heels of SCOTT THE LOOKS going into the bend and they both lost a length. A short distance further on, DERECHO STORM also checked and lost a length. SEMI AUTOMATIC and BIGTIME GLOBUS both raced wide on the bend and into the straight over extra ground and finished well back.
Race 2	Grant Irvine Pharmacy C1 - C1 - 457	TERRA WAY and THRILLING TOBY were handy to the lead going into the bend but were checked soon after losing ground and they never recovered and finished well back. ATOMIC LASS shifted out on the home turn forcing THRILLING TOBY wide over extra ground.
Race 3	Greyhounds As Pets C2 - C2 - 375	MCJOPSON was slow to begin losing two lengths. ZULU MERCEDES and BOSTON LIGHTNING bumped going into the bend and BOSTON LIGHTNING was unbalanced and lost ground but recovered to finish in 3rd place. ANOTHER COVER raced in a handy position until the home straight where he bagan to drift and finished in last place. ANOTHER COVER was referred to the Vet for assessment as a precaution and and found to have a hip support injury.
Race 4	J P Print, Petone C3 - C3 - 375	NOVACORUM was slow away from the boxes and settled back. ANGIE ZARR shifted in going into the bend and checked SHINZIGZAG which went back onto NOVACORUM and they lost four lengths and all chance.
Race 5	Brooks Timing C5 - C5 - 375	ELLE PACKER shifted ground out from the start and inconvenienced AYRA STARK, CAESAR CHANCE and ECKLES for a short distance. ECKLES and CAESAR CHANCE recovered well after the incident and made up ground to finish in 2nd and 3rd places.
Race 6	Personal Protective Services Ltd C1 - C1 - 375	BENJI led from the start until the first corner where he received pressure from the inside runners, became unbalanced and went back through the field. He received further jostling and lost several lengths and finished at the rear.
Race 7	Affordable Pet Accessories C2 - C2 - 375	One of the favourites SHERLOCK IZMIR was slow to begin and then jostled with BOTANY LIZ going into the bend and they both lost momentum and stayed back to finish in the last two places.
Race 8	Manawatu Harness Racing Club C4 - C4 - 375	PURE LEE shifted out approaching the home turn and caused checks to MANYANA GROPER, MAKING TIME and BYE BYE MYSTERY and they all lost ground and stayed back to finish in the rear group.
Race 9	Outback Trading Company Ltd C1 Final - C1f - 457	DIRK THE JERK, BORN TO BOOM and HUGGLEMONSTER all began awkwardly losing two lengths. DIRK THE JERK and BORN TO BOOM recovered well to make up ground and finished in 1st and 2nd places. HUGGLEMONSTER, BEDLAM BRIDGE and TO THE BANK jostled together going into the bend and they lost four lengths and stayed back to finish at the rear.
Race 10	Shakey Jakey At Rocky Ridge C2 - C2 - 457	ALAMEIN JAH shifted in abruptly from the start and caused checks to ANOTHER HABIT and CAWBOURNE GRACIE and KERRY LANE was also affected and all three lost ground and settled back.
Race 11	Paul Claridge Electrical C3 - C3 - 457	CAWBOURNE MIAMI drifted off the back of the field soon after the start and finished the race several lengths last and was referred to the Vet for assessment. CAWBOURNE MIAMI was found to have hip support and pectoral muscle soreness.
Race 12	Warehouse Stationery C5 - C5 - 457	All clear.
