| Race 1 | ABSOLUTELY ELECTRICAL C2 HT1 - C2q - 305 Heat 1 | HOMEBUSH CHAOS shifted in from the start and bumped HOMEBUSH LIMBO and soon after, BLUE SENIOR shifted out bumping HOMEBUSH LIMBO which was hampered for a short distance. BLUE SENIOR then shifted back in going into the bend and caused checks to HOMEBUSH LIMBO and NERO and they were briefly unbalanced losing ground. A short distance further on, BLUE SENIOR went off stride when free of interferance and he drifted back and finished several lengths last and was referred to the Vet for assessment and found to have a torn tricep muscle. |
| Race 2 | ADEPT ACCOUNTANTS C2 HT 2 - C2q - 305 Heat 2 | CAWBOURNE JOSH and CAWBOURNE GEORGE were slow to begin losing three lengths. NIKKA CENTURY, BRILLIANT JAYLA and CAWBOURNE JOSH were all checked losing ground during the running and finished well back. |

WAIMAK DAVE shifted in from a wide draw at the start and caused tightening and checks to SNOW DEMON, FLYING BLAKE and WORKING JEWEL and they lost ground and settled back. WAIMAK DAVE continued to shift in and caused a check to ANOTHER COVER going into the bend and he lost four lengths and stayed back to finish in 2nd last place. |
| Race 4 | LIQUORLAND Wanganui C1 - C1 - 520 | ANOTHER CRUISE was very slow from the boxes and lost four lengths. MARY'S BAD BOY was tightened between OPAWA LACHLAN and RATTLESNAKE JAKE going to the first corner and lost several lengths and stayed back to finish last. |
| Race 5 | Keenan Concrete C4/5 - C4/5 - 305 | HOMEBUSH CHURRO, BIGTIME PULSE and ALLEGRO MASTER were slow to begin and settled back. TONGARIRO shifted out going to the first turn and hampered GRAND ALLEGRO and WHY OH WHY which were both briefly unbalanced but they recovered to finish in 1st and 3rd places. |
| Race 6 | Wanganui Chronicle C2 - C2 - 520 | MEG'S ME MUM was the slowest to begin and settled at the rear. WALL AGE shifted out from the start and crowded THRILLING AVA which went back to the rear and she stayed back throughout the race. HEART YOU shifted in going into the first bend and collided with BIG WONDER and she was unbalanced losing two lengths but made up ground to finish in 3rd place. |
| Race 7 | AON CPF C2/3 - C2/3 - 520 | OPAWA JACKIE and TRIDENT collided going to the first corner and they lost ground and settled at the rear. TRIDENT, OPAWA JACKIE and AIR RAID bumped together going into the first bend and they all lost ground with OPAWA JACKIE and AIR RAID the most affected and they lost several lengths and finished at the rear. TRIDENT was referred to the Vet at the Trainers request and found to have long head tricep muscle pain. |
| Race 8 | VETS ON CARLTON C4 - C4 - 305 | ALLEGRO CHASER shifted in from the start and MANU RAMA shifted out which resulted in crowding and checks to several runners drawn between. PEACOCK PRINCESS and STELLAR FORCE were the most affected in the tightening and they went back to the rear and stayed well back throughout the race. |
| Race 9 | FIRST SECURITY C4 - C4 - 305 | ONE BROKE GIRL shifted in abruptly from the start and checked OPAWA COLIN which lost four lengths and he went back to the rear and finished in last place. ALL IN BERLIN shifted in on the bend and checked CHOCDEE ALICE which went back hampering ONE BROKE GIRL which also lost ground. |
| Race 10 | PALAMOUNTAINS SCIENTIFIC NUTRITION C4/5 - C4/5 - 520 | MAKING TIME shifted out from the rail going into the first corner and forced ZIPPING RORY and BOSTON HEART to race wide into the bend covering extra ground. BOSTON HEART recovered the best of the three and made up ground well to finish fast for 3rd placing. |
| Race 11 | DOPEY DOG LASER ENGRAVING C3 - C3 - 305 | ANGIE ZARR, ELITE DOSE, WHATU TRENDY and HOMEBUSH OLIVE came together and bumped soon after the start and were unbalanced for a short distance. BIG FAT GYPSY checked over the heels of AL'S GIRL soon after the start and then shifted out going into the bend and forced ELITE DOSE wide over extra ground. OPAWA SHAIDEN, HOMEBUSH SARAH and WHATU TRENDY then brushed together going into the bend and they were unbalanced for a short distance. |
| Race 12 | BOOK YOUR FUNCTION @HATRICK C3 - C3 - 305 | LOCHINVAR MAUI and SEDGEBROOK BABE were slow to jump from the boxes losing two lengths. MISS ALLEGRO was awkwardly placed in restricted room between HOMEBUSH RAMONA and CAWBOURNE TEASH going into the bend and was eventually checked back to the rear and never recovered. |
