Track: Good The track was presented in good order and with all equipment operating well, the meeting proceeded smoothly and concluded on time.

Judicial report: PISTOL PRINCESS completed a satisfactory trial wearing a one cup blinker and under Rule 68.19, is now eligible to compete on raceday wearing the apparatus.

Race 1	ABSOLUTELY ELECTRICAL C2 - C2 - 305	ABOGADO shifted out across the heels of HOMEBUSH SARAH going into the bend forcing FEAR MARINA out and they both covered extra ground.
Race 2	HARRISON HIRE MASTER C2 - C2 - 305	SMASHED EM BRO shifted in and jostled with WORBOYS going to the first corner and SMASHED EM BRO eventually checked and and went and out onto MARBELLA with both losing ground, back to the rear. SMASHED EM BRO was the most affected and he finished several lengths last.
Race 3	J P PRINT (PETONE) C2 - C2 - 305	FLYING BLAKE bumped with RUA RAMA soon after the start and lost two lengths. RUA RAMA appeared unbalanced after the incident and shifted in abruptly and brushed against the rail going into the corner. BOSTON LIGHTNING, which was following, was hampered in the incident and lost momentum. RUA RAMA then shifted out going into the bend and hampered CHINESE STAR which was forced wide and they both lost ground and stayed back to finish at the rear. RUA RAMA was observed to have suffered a wound to the forehead which possibly occurred in the boxes and was referred to the Vet for assessment.
Race 4	LIQUORLAND WANGANUI C2 Ht1 - C2q - 520 Heat 1	ARCANE RAMPAGE shifted in going to the first corner and crowded ANOTHER HABIT which lost ground and went back to the rear and he stayed well back for the remainder of the race. KASIM began to drift back going into the final bend and she finished several lengths last and was referred to the Vet for assessment and found to have wrist pain.
Race 5	THE ROCK 95.2FM C2 Ht2 - C2q - 520 Heat 2	SEGEYARO shifted out going into the first corner and this resulted in OPAWA CUDDLES, BOTANY LIZ and THAT'S KING all being hampered, running wide into the bend losing ground and they stayed back to finish in the last three places.
Race 6	WANGANUI CHRONICLE C2/3 - C2/3 - 305	CAWBOURNE SARAH and MISS MOHAWK bumped together when the start was made and lost momentum for a short distance. BIG FAT GYPSY and HOMEBUSH RAMONA both shifted ground soon after the start and this resulted in WINFIELD AUTUMN and ANOTHER COVER which were racing in between being hampered and losing ground. NERO and MISS MOHAWK were racing near the rear after tardy beginnings and bumped together on the bend losing ground with NERO the most affected and he lost three lengths and stayed back to finish in last place.
Race 7	KEENAN CONCRETE C2/3 - C2/3 - 305	WINFIELD WINTER and SHOWEM BABY were slow to begin and settled back. WINFIELD WINTER recovered well to finish in 3rd place. STELLAR FORCE began very well to lead going to the first corner but jostled with MANU RAMA, became unbalanced and lost ground. She was then bumped and again unbalanced as EL JETTA moved through on the inside and STELLAR FORCE went back to the rear and never recovered.
Race 8	WANGANUI SECURITY C4 - C4 - 305	All clear.
Race 9	AON CPF C4/5 - C4/5 - 520	CHECK THE MAIL raced in restricted room going to the first corner and shifted out into clear running. KISSING GWYNETH then checked over the heels of FABIO going into the first bend and shifted out forcing CHECK THE MAIL to race a little wide and he continued to race out wide covering extra ground and finished in last place.
Race 10	WWW.RACINGTIPS.CO.NZ C3 - C3 - 520	MEMORY LAPSE was the slowest to begin and settled back but made up ground well to finish in 3rd place. AIR RAID and OPAWA JACKIE collided going into the first bend, losing momentum briefly and BRUISER BALE was also hampered in the incident. A short distance further on, SPEED LEGEND checked off the heels of OPAWA JACKIE and went back onto BRUISER BALE and they lost three lengths and stayed back to finish near the rear.
Race 11	INDULGE SKIN SPA, WANGANUI C4/5 - C4/5 - 305	POPSOME TAGS shifted in going to the first turn and checked ALLEGRO MASTER and HANIFY ACE and thye lost several lengths and all chance. SENORITA TINA, FASHION AND FAME and WINNING IS EASY came together on the bend and checked losing three lengths and they never recovered.
Race 12	PALAMOUNTAINS SCIENTIFIC NUTRITION C4/5 - C4/5 - 305	BOSTON BLAZE and STEVIE'S MAGIC jostled together for some distance going to the first corner and STEVIE'S MAGIC was eventually checked and went back to the rear. CLAMPED galloped on the heels of ALLEGRO CHASER going into the bend and they were both unbalanced losing three lengths. A short distance further on, CAWBOURNE MIDGET was checked and fell but she regained her feet, finished onto the lure and was referred to the Vet for assessment and found to have pain to a gracilus muscle.
