SAMMY BAXTER ran inwards entering the bend contacting the hindquarters of PLAITING PUSS which was turned outwards into the line of SAMMY BAXTER which was hampered, losing ground. |
| Race 2 | HARRISON HIRE MASTER C0 - C0 - 305 | KENTARO BAXTER ran inwards abruptly leaving the boxes tightening COMSUMATE EASE which lost ground. Shortly after, KENTARO BAXTER was crowded for room between NUI MAGIC and SAMMY MCBELL, both of which shifted ground. KENTARO BAXTER was then further hampered when DERECHO STORM improved up onto that runners heels. TEPIRITA AVEDON ran in sharply after the start hampering NUI MAGIC which had to check outwards when awkwardly near that runners heels. CONSUMATE EASE and DERECHO STORM came together and bumped in the early stages of the home straight. |

GULLY CRUSHER ran outwards entering the bend bumping EVA'S STORM which was pushed wider on the track. GULLY CRUSHER was then briefly crowded when attempting to improve into a run between EVA'S STORM and LIN BAXTER. |

Rounding the bend, SEDGEBROOK CHARM ran outwards across the heels of MYRNIONG GIRL checking EL MOVIN which fell, with the trailing GULLY YAPPA being severely hampered and unable to avoid the fallen runner, losing considerable ground. EL MOVIN was referred to the Veterinarian for assessment and cleared of injury. |
| Race 5 | LIQUORLAND WANGANUI C0 - C0 - 520 | CAWBOURNE ROMAN was crowded for racing room entering the first bend, then checked outwards across the heels of RANGER'S WALTZ. HOMEBUSH MAGIC was checked rounding the first bend when racing to the inside of NINA BAXTER which shifted inwards. Following the event, HOMEBUSH MAGIC was referred to the Veterinarian for assessment and found to have a triceps muscle injury. |
| Race 6 | THE ROCK 95.2FM C1 - C1 - 305 | From the jump, ASIA OSTEE ran inwards sharply across the heels of NINA BE GOOD. PINK SHELLAC ran inwards in the early stages dictating HOMEBUSH STEW into the line of ASIA OSTEE and NINA BE GOOD which were placed in restricted room. ASIA OSTEE and NINA BE GOOD then bumped on several occasions rounding the bend, with both runners being unbalanced. |

ELECTRIC DANDY was crowded for room entering the bend between RAPPER DASH and FAIR CONQUEST which ran inwards. ELECTRIC DANY then appeared indifferent in it's action thereafter, with a subsequent post-race veterinary inspection revealing a left thigh muscle injury. |
| Race 8 | WANGANUI SECURITY C1 - C1 - 305 | ACONAGUA and HOMEBUSH BUTTON raced in restricted room after the start between DON'T MUZZLE ME and CAWBOURNE BEAU, both of which shifted ground. DON'T MUZZLE ME and CAWBOURNE BEAU then jostled for a short distance when both inclined to shift ground. Rounding the bend, LORD DE AIR ran outwards across heels and in doing so, hampered ACONAGUA which lost ground. HOMEBUSH BUTTON ran outwards entering the home straight dictating TAKEAWAY into the line of LORD DE AIR which was pushed wider. |
| Race 9 | AON CPF C1 Ht1 - C1q - 520 Heat 1 | BOHABA GIRL and SEGEYARO came together and bumped shortly after the start, with BOHABA GIRl becoming unbalanced. GOODTIME MIKE had to check outwards rounding the first bend when improving up onto the heels of SARAH CAMPBELL. ABSINTHE MINDED was checked entering the final bend when tightened for room to the inside of BOHABA GIRL. |
| Race 10 | BARK ROYAL DOG AND CAT LODGE MARTON C1 Ht2 - C1q - 520 Heat 2 | PEAKY BLINDER was slow to begin. Entering the first bend, ALAMEIN JUDE ran inwards severely crowding CLEARLY MAGIC and CAWBOURNE GABLE, with CLEARLY MAGIC becoming unbalanced and falling. The trailing PEAKY BLINDER was unable to avoid the fallen runner and was brought down. Both runners regained their footing and finished at the lure. PEAKY BLINDER was referred to the veterinarian for assessment and found to have multiple abrasions to the left hind-leg, and CLEARLY MAGIC was found to pain over the right shoulder and left thigh muscle. |
| Race 11 | PALAMOUNTAINS SCIENTIFIC NUTRITION C1 - C1 - 305 | CAWBOURNE SHADOW and FIVE KAY LEG were the last pair to leave the boxes. WICKED TYCOON and LAGOON FAME were crowded for room entering the bend between WORKING JEWEL and SEDGEBROOK BABE which ran inwards. WICKED TYCOON then attempted to check outwards across the heels of SEDGEBROOK BABE, however contacted that runners hindquarter becoming unbalanced and falling. Contributing to the incident were FIVE KAY LEG and CAWBOURNE SHADOW which had improved up onto the back of SEDGEBROOK BABE, resulting in all runners being unbalanced and losing considerable ground. WICKED TYCOON regained it's footing and finished at the lure, with a subsequent veterinary inspection revealing a right thigh muscle injury. |
| Race 12 | INDULGE SKIN SPA C1 - C1 - 305 | ANOTHER QUEEN ran outwards across the heels of DAZZLING DI rounding the bend colliding with COSMIC RASCAL which was unbalanced, with both runners losing ground. COSMIC RASCAL was referred to the Veterinarian for assessment which revealed a torn left-hind nail. |

| Race 14 | Non Tote - Tier 2 - 305 | EXACT MASTER was slow to begin. BITA BANTA ran outwards in the early stages pushing NICKSTA and GOODTIME ALANNAH wider on the track. Entering the bend, BITA BANTA ran outwards forcing NICKSTA into the line of GOODTIME ALANNAH which checked and unbalanced, brushing the padding on the outside fence. |
