Judicial report: (1) Trainers S&B Evans pleaded guilty to a charge under Rule 64.3 of the non valid withdrawal of MEMPHIS GIRL from Race 7 when the greyhound had been nominated for two totalisator meetings on the same day and had been withdrawn from Otago. A fine of $150 under the Minor Infringement Table was imposed and MEMPHIS GIRL was suspended for 28 days from 1st July. (2) WAIRIO DEE JAY (B Conner) has successfully completed a Satisfactory Trial without blinkers in accordance with Rule 68.22 and the endorsement has been cancelled.

Race 1	Otago First4 Maiden Sprint - C0 - 310	CLOUDY NOIR, ANOTHER RUSS, and APOLLO KING were slow to jump. Into the turn WAR CLOAK checked outwards off the heels of BADUZZI. Also into the turn ANOTHER CHARM became unbalanced when making firm contact with LIN BAXTER and BADUZZI. On the turn BADUZZI shifted ground inwards striking LIN BAXTER with both dogs losing ground. On the turn and into the home straight APOLLO KING and WAR CLOAK ran wide.
Race 2	www.greyhoundsaspets.org.nz - C0 - 310	BRINDEE'S BRO and ANOTHER WAY were both slow to begin. On the bend ANOTHER BELLE and THUNDER DRAGON made contact with ANOTHER BELLE becoming unbalanced. JINJA TILLY and DEBORAH BAY bumped on the bend with the trailing MAIA BAXTER galloping on JINJA TILLY and both these runners losing all chance. In the home straight ANOTHER WAY shifted outwards onto DEBORAH BAY and turned its head several times making contact with DEBORAH BAY. ANOTHER WAY was deemed by Stewards to have marred another runner and was stood down for 28 days and required to complete a satisfactory trial pursuant to Rule 79.1.a. The Stewards requested a veterinary examination of JINJA TILLY which failed to detect any injuries.
Race 3	St Kilda Veterinary Centre Stakes - C0 - 545	Into the first turn PRIVATE ACTION shifted ground inwards striking WALLY BAXTER and becoming unbalanced. PRIVATE ACTION was forced out wide on the bend as a result and losing all chance.
Race 4	Keyosk Service Bar Stakes - C1 - 545	LA KINKS was slow to jump. From the jump SALLY ran outwards from the No. 1 box checking PUKEKO BOLT and tightening MOON AND SEA. In the run to the turn PUKEKO BOLT was dictated outwards by SALLY and in turn checked CHILL OUT RALPH. Into the first turn MOON AND SEA shifted ground outwards checking LA KINKS.
Race 5	Green Island Barber Sprint - C1 - 310	OPAWA HOG begun awkwardly losing ground at the start. BUSINESS BOSS and ANOTHER JAMIE made contact through the early stages. In the run to the bend BUSINESS BOSS and JAMAICAN ARCHIE jostled for several strides. At the point of the bend ANOTHER JAMIE struck the rail free of interference. On the bend JAMAICAN ARCHIE shifted outwards forcing FANCY KIWI wider on the track.
Race 6	Brocklebanks Dry Cleaners Sprint - C1 - 310	From the jump SHEZ KEEN shifted sharply inwards dictating OPAWA EXPRESS inwards with PUKEKO THUNDER checked and OPAWA DARCEE severely checked and stumbling losing all chance. OPAWA EXPRESS continued to run inwards in the run to the turn inconveniencing SAILORS COLLAR. After the race OPAWA DARCEE was subject to a veterinary check which revealed no injury.
Race 7	Dave Robbie Photographer Sprint - C2 - 310	Due to trainer B Evans feeling unwell permission was granted by the Stewards for her to wear a club jacket for this event. TOKEN ACE bounded at the jump and lost momentum. Into the turn ANOTHER GROOM shifted ground inwards tightening STENSON with the trailing FAIR CRUZIN severely checked and striking the running rail losing all chance. The trailing CHAIMBO was also checked and forced outwards losing ground. On the turn ANOTHER GROOM was checked when EL SID shifted inwards with ANOTHER GROOM clipped from behind by HOMEBUSH FLYTE. As a result ANOTHER GROOM ran outwards and dictated HOMEBUSH FLYTE and TOKEN ACE wide. Following the race CHAIMBO and FAIR CRUZIN were referred to the veterinarian with no injuries reported.
Race 8	Brocklebanks Dry Cleaners Stakes - C1/2 - 545	At the end of the back straight WHAT I LIKE brushed the running rail and lost momentum, with THRILLING SHRIMP inconvenienced as a result.
Race 9	Speedprint Shop Stakes - C3/4 - 545	Into the first turn HOMEBUSH CHOPPER checked off the rear of JEWEL EAGLE and dictated GOLDSTAR JUNIOR wide.
Race 10	Otago Daily Times Sprint - C2 - 310	Shortly after the start CABARITA, KYLA ROSE, LOTS OF BEERSIES, GOLDSTAR ROSIE, WHITEY'S GONE and STARBURST TRACEY all made heavy contact. In the run to the bend STARBURST TRACEY continued to shift inwards and struck the rail. On the bend OPAWA LAZ and LOTS OF BEERSIES jostled resulting in both these runners losing momentum. Just prior to the home straight HOMEBUSH GRU and CABARITA which were vying for the lead bumped on several occasions and both runners lost momentum. KYLA ROSE which was trailing these runners was inconvenienced and also lost ground. Entering the home straight LOTS OF BEERSIES shifted wide on the track forcing WHITEY'S GONE over extra ground. STARBURST TRACEY was referred to the vet for further assessment following the race.
Race 11	St Kilda Veterinary Centre Sprint - C4 - 310	On the bend THUNDER STORM checked off the heels of THRILLING SPELL making contact with GOLDSTAR CHUMLEE. As a result the trailing WUNZEE and HOMEBUSH ERROL were inconvenienced. Prior to the home straight MATTY HOOKEY checked off the heels of THRILLING SPELL.
Race 12	Racing Again Tuesday 14th July - C3 - 310	Into the turn INCREASING ran inwards checking OPAWA IDOL. In the home straight SANDI CLAWS shifted ground inwards checking OPAWA IDOL.
