Judicial report: SUPPLEMENTARY FROM CHRISTCHURCH GRC - 23 JUNE 2015:
Co-Trainer S Evans has advised Stewards that following its disappointing performance on Tuesday, HYPERPARADISE has been sent for a spell.

Race 1	Super Pets Stakes - C3 - 520	GOLDSTAR JUNIOR (8) was slow in the initial stages.TINA (9) made contact with MYSTIC ACTION (4) passing the winning post on the first occasion.TINA continued on an outward movement rounding the bend and further hampered MYSTIC ACTION, which lost ground, and KNOW LAUGHING (5) .CAWBOURNE WITCH (2) was hampered in consequence having to shift outwards when awkwardly placed on the heels of MYSTIC ACTION.
Race 2	Happy 21st Birthday Steve Hurd Sprint - C4 - 295	Into the first turn RUSTY KNIFE (5) was unbalanced and lost momentum when shifting inwards making contact with TIME SLAYER (1). STAR DREAMER (6) ran very wide into the bend.STARBURST TERRY (3) and SPIDER GIRL (7) made contact on two occasions upon entering the home straight.
Race 3	Thursday Place Pick Dash - C3 - 295	COSTING MONEY (5) was slow to begin. NORMAN JEWEL (1) shifted wider on the track approaching the first turn forcing COSTING MONEY and FLYING SWAN (2) over extra ground. CAWBOURNE DANIAL (6) shifted inwards to the rail on entering the home straight . CAWBOURNE DANIAL shifted across the heels of HOMEBUSH ROCKY (4) near the winning post .When questioned about the improved performance of winner HOMEBUSH ROCKY Stewards were informed HOMEBUSH ROCKY, which had downgraded, appreciated reverting back to a sprint distance .
Race 4	Carol's T.A.B. Sprint - C3 - 295	OPAWA IDOL (7) and INCREASING (8) made firm contact on jumping and jostled for a short distance when back in the field. Into the first bend HOMEBUSH ARIEL (4) was momentarily contacted from behind by KNOW JEALOUSY (3) and lost momentum. Rounding the turn OHOKA COBY (2) was checked when KNOW JEALOUSY shifted towards the running line. INCREASING was awkwardly placed on the heels of OPAWA IDOL on entering the home straight. When questioned about the improved performance of winner RODRIGUEZ Trainer A Lee reported her runner had appreciated the drop in class and had benefited from a brief let up since racing last.
Race 5	Business Time At Stud Stakes - C4 - 520	UGO FLASH (7) was slow to begin. Passing the winning post on the first ocassion ANDREA (1) shifted outwards across heels and forced OPAWA AMY (5) wider on the track.Shortly thereafter UGO FLASH was unbalanced when contacted from the inside by KAREN'S MAGIC (4). KAREN'S MAGIC then shifted inwards and hampered OPAWA NO EAR (3) with these runners making contact again and jostling for a distance.OPAWA NO EAR lost ground as a result. Rounding the final turn UGO FLASH and FLYING AMELIA (8) came together and made firm contact . UGO FLASH was further hampered and unbalanced when contacted from the inside by the fast improving KAREN'S MAGIC.
Race 6	Robbie's Bar & Bistro Stayers Cup Heat 1 - C2dq - 732 Heat 1	CAWBOURNE GRACIE (7) was a late scratching at kenneling when found to be in season. BOTANY KEVIN (3) was slow to begin.EXTREME TWIST (1) was slow in the initial stages..GENERAL ACTION (2) shifted inwards near the 350 metres and made firm contact with BOTANY KEVIN.
Race 7	Robbie's Bar & Bistro Stayers Cup Heat 2 - C2dq - 732 Heat 2	LAGOON MYTYE (7) and TEEMARIA (8) made firm contact on jumping with TEEMARIA being unbalanced momentarily. LAGOON MYTYE and TEEMARIA made further contact towards the first turn with TEEMARIA being forced wider and unbalanced on entering the bend. Rounding the first bend TEEMARIA and BLUSHING BELLE (3) made contact and jostled for a short distance. CAWBOURNE BRIGHT (1) and FLYING TWIST (5) came together on entering the straight on the first occasion. At the back straight TEEMARIA and BLUSHING BELLE made firm contact when well back in the field.
Race 8	Power Farming Canterbury Sprint - C5 - 295	PUMA PANTS (4) was slow to begin.BRENDAN'S PUZZLE (2) and KNOW KNOWING (3) jostled shortly after the start. Shortly thereafter CAWBOURNE JELLY (1) was unbalanced when contacted by BRENDAN'S PUZZLE which was dictated towards the running line by KNOW KNOWING. Rounding the bend BRENDAN'S PUZZLE shifted outwards and made firm contact with PUMA PANTS. PUMA PANTS made firm contact with KNOW KNOWING on entering the home straight resulting in both runners being unbalanced momentarily. A post race veterinary inspection of BRENDAN'S PUZZLE revealed no abnormalities.
Race 9	Barron's Supplies South Island Champs Heat 1 - C5q - 520 Heat 1	JESSIE SURFS (4) proved hard to box. OPAWA DIESEL (1) and DREAM COLLECTOR (2) were slow to begin. CAN'T CATCH TIM (3) was badly hampered by JESSIE SURFS in the run to the first turn, losing momentum and all chance as a result. JESSIE SURFS and OPAWA DIESEL made firm contact rounding the bend with both runners being badly unbalanced when well back in the field. CAN'T CATCH TIM was referred to the club veterinarian for assessment and found to have a cut to its right hind leg with sutures inserted.
Race 10	Barron's Supplies South Island Champs Heat 2 - C5q - 520 Heat 2	ZIPPING SONNY (3) and JIBBAJABBA JEWEL (8) were slow to begin. Passing the winning post on the first occasion CULVIE MAGIC (5) was checked when tight between DYNA VIKKERS (1) and OPAWA ROSIE (6). CULVIE MAGIC was further hampered when contacted by the improving TRUST ISSUES (4). Rounding the bend ZIPPING SONNY shifted off the running line and hampered TRUST ISSUES, OPAWA STRETCH (7), CAWBOURNE CROUCH (2) and JIBBAJABBA JEWEL. On entering the back straight CULVIE MAGIC was checked between runners and lost all chance. Rounding the final bend TRUST ISSUES became awkwardly placed on the heels of ZIPPING SONNY.
Race 11	C.T.V. Dash - C5 - 295	ZORBA THE GREEK (3) began awkwardly. BOTANY WIN (7) was slow through the initial stages. Shortly after the start BOTANY WIN shifted towards the running line and made contact with ZORBA THE GREEK. Rounding the bend ZIPPING JYE (6) became awkwardly placed on the heels of PAPERBOND (5).
Race 12	Livamol Dash - C4 - 295	QUESTION BALE (3) was a late scratching at kenneling when found to have a painful and swollen wrist. HOMEBUSH KELSO (4) was hampered in the run to the first bend when firmly contacted by CHOKEHOLD (7) which shifted inwards. Rounding the bend HOMEBUSH KELSO and GOLDSTAR CHUMLEE (6) came together and jostled for some distance resulting in both runners being badly unbalanced and losing all chance.
