Track: Good The track was presented in good order and with all equipment operating well, the meeting proceeded smoothly and concluded on time which was a commendable effort from all concerned considering there was a total of 17 races plus a qualifying trial and numerous solo trials during the programme.

Race 1	ABSOLUTELY ELECTRICAL C0 - C0 - 305	NUI MAGIC, EL MOVIN and BOSTON THUNDER were slow to begin and settled back where they stayed throughout the race. ANONNA'S MISS was tightened between runners going into the bend and was checked. ANONNA'S MISS then went off stride and drifted back to finish several lengths last and was referred to the Vet for assessment and found to have wrist pain.
Race 2	HARRISON HIRE MASTER C0 - C0 - 305	HOEMBUSH ROCCO began awkwardly losing two lengths and he stayed back throughout the race. SPRITE ON TIME shifted in going into the bend and crowded GOODTIME MONI and KILIMANJARO which were both eventually checked and went back to the rear. GOODTIME MONI was the most affected and and she lost several lengths and finished in last place.
Race 3	WWW.RACINGTIPS.CO.NZ C0 - C0 - 305	PEEJAY PRINGLES and ANOTHER MESSAGE were slow to begin losing a length but recovered to make up ground and they finished in 3rd and 4th places. PEEJAY PRINGLES and INNU jostled together for some distance going to the first corner and became unbalanced. INNU was the most affected and he went back to the rear and stayed back to finish last.
Race 4	J P PRINT (PETONE) C0 - C0 - 520	RUBY MURRAY shifted out from the start and crowded HERSCHKE, KICK AND PASS and FAT BOYZ FLYER which all lost ground. KICK AND PASS shifted in going into the first bend and tightened LITTLE PROPHET and HERSCHKE and they were briefly unbalanced and went back to the rear.
Race 5	LIQUORLAND WANGANUI C0 - C0 - 305	TAKEAWAY, ANOTHER PENNY and SMART DANDY were all slow to begin and settled back. SMART DANDY then shifted out abruptly and collided with TAKEAWAY and they lost ground and stayed back to finish in the last two places.
Race 6	THE ROCK 95.2FM C1 - C1 - 520	RADIO GOO GOO began awkwardly losing two lengths and settled at the rear. THRILLING AVA shifted out from the start and crowded CAWBOURNE TIP which lost two lengths. CAWBOURNE TIP and THRILLING AVA bumped together in the home straight and thay were unbalanced and lost momentum briefly.
Race 7	WANGANUI CHRONICLE C1 - C1 - 305	HOMEBUSH MISHA and VEGAS DANNY bumped together when the start was made and lost momentum briefly. CHEAP SHOT MATTY shifted out abruptly from the start and caused checks to CYCLONE LUSI and OPEHU FLYER and they both lost ground. CHEAP SHOT MATTY continued to bore out and eventually, CYCLONE LUSI was severely checked going into the bend and lost several lengths and all chance. The winner MOMMA RAE was observed to be sore following the race and was referred to the Vet and found to have tricep and whip muscle pain.
Race 8	AON CPF C1 - C1 - 520	MADAM ICE and RIKKI'S REBEL jostled together for a short distance soon after the start and RIKKI'S REBEL lost a length. RIKKI'S REBEL was then bumped and checked when ANOTHER CRUISE shifted in going into the first bend and she went back to the rear. SCOTT THE BEST ran wide into the back straight and she continued to cover extra ground for the remainder of the race and finished in last place
Race 9	WANGANUI SECURITY C1 - C1 - 305	LYNNY SOUTHCOMBE, ALLEGRO SENOR and SKINNY ANKLES began awkwardly and lost two lengths. WORKING MIDNIGHT was tightened between LYNNY SOUTHCOMBE and ALLEGRO SENOR going into the bend and was checked losing several lengths and all chance and she finished in last place.
Race 10	THE DOGZONE C1 Final - C1f - 520	BORIS GUMP was slow to begin losing two lengths but recovered quickly to be up in 4th position going into the first bend. OPAWA CUDDLES which had won its last start, settled well back and then raced wide covering extra ground and finished in last place.
Race 11	PALAMOUNTAINS SCIENTIFIC NUTRITION C2 - C2 - 305	FIVE KAY LEG and EMBEE DEE jostled together for some distance going to the first corner and EMBEE DEE then shifted out and collided with ANOTHER FAN and they both lost three lengths. WORKING JEWEL shifted out entering the home straight and collided with CAWBOURNE TEASH and they both lost momentum briefly.
Race 12	INDULGE SKIN SPA WANGANUI C2 - C2 - 305	TRENDY LASS and FAIR CRUZIN were very slow to begin losing four lengths. ALL ABOUT JAZZ shifted in going into the bend and dictated FAIR CONQUEST in onto the line of CHOCDEE ALICE which in turn tightened AZURE DREAMS and all three lost ground in the incident. FAIR CRUZIN galloped on the heels of FAIR CONQUEST entering the final straight and FAIR CONQUEST was checked losing ground and finished in last place.
Race 13	KEENAN CONCRETE C1 - C1 - 305	NOMINAL LILY began awkwardly losing three lengths. BRILLIANT JAYLA shifted in abruptly going into the bend and caused checks to HOMEBUSH DODGER and HOMEBUSH PIPPI and they both lost three lengths and never recovered the lost ground.
Race 14	WWW.DOPEYDOG.NET C1 - C1 - 305	CALA RAPITA was handy enough going to the first corner but was awkwardly placed, was jostled slightly and drifted back to finish the race in last place. CALA RAPITA was referred to the Vet for assessment and cleared of injury.
Race 15	Non Tote - Tier 2 - 305	REBEL JOE began very awkwardly losing ground and he settled at the rear. TASHA RAMA, ANOTHER RULE and CABOUL were all awkwardly placed going into the bend and they were checked back to the rear and never recovered.
Race 16	Non Tote - Tier 2 - 305	ANOTHER QUEEN and PEAKY BLINDER were slow to begin losing two lengths. WICKED TYCOON shifted in going into the bend and checked HOMEBUSH BUTTON which lost four lengths and was checked again from behind when dropping back onto PEAKY BLINDER and they stayed back to finish at the rear.
Race 17	Non Tote - Tier 2 - 305	EXACT MASTER was slow to begin losing three lengths and he stayed back throughout. BIG BEN and HERMIONE BAXTER jostled together going to the first corner and HERMIONE BAXTER was checked back to the rear and never recovered.
