Judicial report: Trainers Lane /Wales were fined $100:00 as per the minor infringement table when OPAWA JED (Race 5) was presented 2kgs over the previous race weight.
Trainer S & B Evans presented ROYL APACHE (Race 1) 1.7kgs lighter than the last recorded race weight and were fined $100:00 as per the minor infringement table.

Race 1	Super Pets Sprint - C1 - 295	OHOKA JOKA (7) was slowest to begin.KIWIANA (3) and HOMEBUSH CRAIG (9) jostled for a distance shortly after the start. Into the first bend LAUDABLE (6) shifted down towards the running line and made firm contact with KIWIANA which was shifted off its running line and onto HOMEBUSH CRAIG.HOMEBUSH CRAIG then shifted outwards off the heels of LAUDABLE and hampered KIWIANA and ROYAL APACHE (8) both of which lost all chance.Shortly after HAMPDEN ON TAP (1) and ANOTHER QUEEN (4) made firm contact resulting in ANOTHER QUEEN being unbalanced and losing momentum.
Race 2	DogZone Dash - C1 - 295	TEPARITA HENDRIX (2) was slow to begin.CAWBOURNE ROWAN (5) was hampered shortly after the start when TOKEN JUMP (6) shifted inwards. Into the first bend RINGA DING (4) lost momentum when tightened between the fast improving TEPARITA HENDRIX and CAWBOURNE ROWAN.HAREEBA TIME (1) was hampered in consequence in this incident losing ground.Shortly thereafter SLINGO (3) shifted wider on the track and made contact with KNOW CONTEST (7) resulting in HAYLEY JAMES (10) being unbalanced when improving wide to the outside of KNOW CONTEST.
Race 3	Shirley Vet Clinic Stakes - C1 - 520	NICKY NOIR (8) was slow to begin. HIP HOP SOFIA (5) and CAWBOURNE KENNY (6) came together shortly after the start and got back when jostling. Shortly there after OPAWA EXTREME (2) which was shifting outwards and JINJA FANTASY (7) which was shifting inwards abruptly made heavy contact resulting in JNJA FANTASY becoming badly unbalanced and losing momentum .Rounding the bend JINJA FANTASY shifted outwards across the heels of NICKY NOIR.NICKY NOIR then shifted towards the running line and made firm contact with HYPERPARADISE (3).JINJA FANTASY was bumped by the improving MOBILIZE (4) on entering the home straight. Into the home straight NICKY NOIR was hampered when awkwardly placed on the heels of LAGOON VICTORY (1) which shifted off the heels of OPAWA EXTREME to obtain clear running.When question over the improve performance of winner OPAWA EXTREME Co Trainer R Wales informed Stewards that the dog, which had had a brief let up ,had been trialing well and had appreciated an inside box draw.
Race 4	christchurchgreyhounds.co.nz Sprint - C1 - 295	OHOKA TOO SOON (6) was slow to begin.MCJOPSON (3) was slow in the initial stages.Shortly after the start SHOWROOM (7) was unbalanced when contacted by NOT SO CUTE (8) which shifted inwards.Shortly thereafter SHOWROOM was further hampered when bumped from the inside by STRUGGLE IS REAL (5) . STRUGGLE IS REAL ran very wide in the final straight.
Race 5	Barron's Supplies Stakes - C1 - 520	OPAWA JED (6) was slow to begin.BELFAST EEJIT (4) and GENERAL ACTION (5) came together on jumping with GENERAL ACTION getting back as a result.Racing towards the winning post on the first occasion SPARROW (10) was hampered and unbalanced on a number of occasions when bumped by BELFAST EEJIT which was racing tight to the inside of AIR EXPRESS (7) which was shifting inwards .BELFAST EEJIT and SPARROW both lost ground in this incident.Rounding the first bend AIR EXPRESS forced KIRKHAM JACK (8) over extra ground when shifting wider on the track.AIR EXPRESS shifted across the heels of KIRKHAM JACK shortly thereafter and lost momentum.
Race 6	Carol's T.A.B. Dash - C1 - 295	TONY'S CHOICE (2) was slow to begin . STENSON (3) began awkwardly and got back .BELLA GRACE (5) shifted in on jumping and made firm contact with MY FOOLISH HART (4).Shortly after the start BELLA GRACE was tightened between KENNY'S COMET (1) and GIGANAIRE (6) .Into the first bend RANGITATA RAIDER (7) shifted inwards towards the running line and checked GIGANAIRE which in turn came back on to BELLA GRACE and STENSON both of which lost all chance. MY FOOLISH HART was also hampered in this incident losing momentum.
Race 7	The Turf Bar Stakes - C1 - 520	MEGA VOLT (3) was slow to begin . KNOW NEGLECT (1) was badly checked shortly after the start when MYSTIC ACTION (4) dictated OPAWA GAVIN (2) down toward the running line.Shortly thereafter MISS VALLEY INN (5) lost momentum when AIR FLOW (6) shifted inwards. Passing the winning post on the first occasion GOLDSTAR COCO (8) was unbalanced when contacted from behind by MISS VALLEY INN.Rounding the first turn CAWBOURNE WALES shortened stride and shifted to the outside of the track .CAWBOURNE WALES lost all chance and trailed the field from this point CAWBOURNE WALES was sent to the club veterinarian for assessment .
Race 8	Dave Robbie Photographer Dash - C1 - 295	ROCKWOOD ARCHIE (4) was slow to begin. ZIPPORA BLAZE (3) began awkwardly, becoming unbalanced shortly after the start, and lost ground.ANOTHER COVER (6) and GOLDSTAR MARIO (7) were tightened and lost momentum when CAWBOURNE SHADOW (8) and TERRA ALERT (5) both shifted ground.CAWBOURNE SHADOW and TERRA ALERT then made firm contact resulting in TERRA ALERT being shifted inwards and contacting ZIPPORA BLAZE which was checked as a result.Into the straight TERRA ALERT shifted outwards and bumped ROCKWOOD ARCHIE .
Race 9	Hurunui Hotel Sprint - C1 - 295	Trainer M Robinson confirmed that it was his intention to have SONNY WILL down in weight when that runner was presented 3 kilograms lighter from the previous start. FANTA'S FEVER (8) was slow to begin.SONNY WILL (6) shifted in on jumping and made firm contact with KINLOCH SILVER (5) . Shortly after the start MR NOVEMBER (2) was awkwardly placed on the heels of SHAKAYLA ROSE (1) .Shortly after SHAKAYLA ROSE shifted away from the running line and hampered GLORY HOG(3).SONNY WILL and FANTA'S FEVER jostled for some distance into the first bend.SONNY WILL was checked and lost all chance shortly thereafter when FANTA'S FEVER crossed to the running line. SONNY WILL was referred to the club veterinarian for assessment.
Race 10	Active Electrical Christchurch Stakes Final - C1f - 520	KNOW CLOWN (8) was slow to begin.Rounding the first bend GOLDSTAR AVERY (2) shifted away from the heels of KINLOCH POWER(7) and forced ALBIE JAY (10) ,KNOW HERO (4) and BOSTIN BILLY (6) over extra ground. ALBIE JAY then shifted inwards and made firm contact with KNOW SMIGGLE (3) losing momentum .At the end of the back straight GOLDSTAR JUNIOR (1) was checked when awkwardly placed on the heels of ALBIE JAY .
Race 11	C.T.V. Dash - C1 - 295	EYES ON LULU (5) shifted in on jumping and got back as a result.Shortly after the start MULBERRY BROOK (2) was tightened between BITA BANTA (1) and TUFF DIAMOND (4) and lost ground.Rounding the bend VINCENT GALLO (8) blundered when clipping the heel of ANOTHER FAN (6).As a result TUFF DIAMOND shifted outwards to avoid VINCENT GALLO and forced BLAZING HOT (7) over extra ground. Into the straight BITA BANTA shifted across the heels of ANOTHER FAN when attempting to find clear racing room.
Race 12	Livamol Sprint - C1 - 295	MISS JOLT (7) was a late scratching at kenneling.HOMEBUSH BUTTON (4) began awkwardly and got back.Rounding the turn KATIE ATE IT (2) lost momentum when TERRA MONDO (5) shifted in towards the running line.BOLTIN ARCHIE (6) was unbalanced when tight to the outside of LACHIE JEWEL(8) .TERRA MONDO which had improved quickly to the inside of LACHIE JEWEL shifted off the running line and forced LACHIE JEWEL onto BOLTIN ARCHIE which fell .LACHIE JEWEL was badly hampered as a result .BLONDE TORI was forced wider as a result.BOLTIN ARCHIE was referred to the club veterinarian.
