Judicial report: Following showers throughout the day the track was downgraded from good to dead following Race 5.

| Race 1 | Super Pets Sprint - C0 - 295 | CULVIE GODFATHER (10) was last to leave the boxes. OPAL JEWEL (9) and LUCAS SCOTT (4) were hampered soon after leaving the boxes when ANOTHER RUSS (6) shifted in abruptly and FIORELLI MICHA (3) shifted out with these runners all coming together becoming unbalanced. LUCAS SCOTT then shifted in coming together with JACKPOT JAKE (1). LUCAS SCOTT, OPAL JEWEL and ANOTHER RUSS all came together entering the first turn losing ground. JACKPOT JAKE and CULVIE GODFATHER raced wide on the home turn. |
| Race 2 | I Pave Concrete Maiden Heat 1 - C0q - 520 Heat 1 | JINJA BILLY (8) was slow away. KNOW JINX (5) and SAL'S BABE (6) made brief contact soon after the start. TILT (3) and SOLSTICE (4) came together and jostled for a distance soon after leaving the boxes. TILT ran outwards on the first bend causing SOLSTICE to be shifted wider. Soon after KNOW DECISION (1) and KNOW LUCK (2) both shifted outwards causing KNOW JINX and JINJA BILLY to be forced wider on the track. KNOW LUCK then ran inwards checking SOLSTICE and SAL'S BABE with KNOW LUCK stumbling and losing ground. JINJA BILLY was also inconvenienced in this incident. KNOW LUCK was referred to the vet for assessment with no abnormality detected. |
| Race 3 | Happy Birthday John Allen Dash - C0 - 295 | ANOTHER WAY (3) was slow away. Leaving the boxes DREAM LARGE (7) shifted in making contact with TAYLA'S FRIEND (6) who came together with COLERIDGE JIM (5) with TAYLA'S FRIEND losing ground. Soon after the start FIRST OFFICER (1) attempted to shift out making contact with KNOW ENERGY (2) with these runners then jostling for a distance racing down the back straight with these runners then further inconvenienced when TAYLA'S FRIEND shifted in making contact with these runners. Entering the first turn FIRST OFFICER continued to shift out hampering TAYLA'S FRIEND and KNOW ENERGY who lost ground before coming together with ANOTHER WAY with FIRST OFFICER losing ground. Rounding the bend DREAM LARGE was tightened to the inside of TEPIRITA AMBER before shifting out making solid contact with COLERIDGE (5) with both runners becoming unbalanced losing ground. ANOTHER WAY and COOL GYPSY brushed together in the final stages as COOL GYPSY shifted inwards marginally. Stewards viewed the home straight coverage to ensure that no dog had breached Rule 79. |
| Race 4 | I Pave Concrete Maiden Heat 2 - C0q - 520 Heat 2 | OPAWA LARRY (5) and KNOW SCHOLAR (7) were slow away. KNOW ANSWER (6) and INFERNAL MAJESTY (4) collided soon after the start. Racing toward the first turn KNOW ANSWER shifted in contacting the heels of INFERNAL MAJESTY then shifted in into the line of OPAWA LARRY who was inconvenienced getting on this runners heels. Rounding the final bend KNOW ANSWER shifted out making contact with ANOTHER KEY (2) who came together with LIGNITE GIRL (3). |
| Race 5 | C.T.V. Sprint - C1 - 295 | Entering the first turn ANOTHER FAN (1) shifted out abruptly off heels inconveniencing BUTTERFLY TERRA (6) and ADJUDICATOR (7) who were both hampered losing ground. Also inconvenienced as a result were TOKEN MUSCLES (4) and TOKEN ACE (5). BUTTERFLY TERRA and ADJUDICATOR then came together on several occasions rounding the final bend when racing at the rear of the field. On the home turn BOLTIN ARCHIE (8) angled outwards contacting the hind quartes of AIR EXPRESS (3). |
| Race 6 | The Turf Bar Stakes - C1 - 520 | BELFAST EEJIT (5) and ALBIE JAY (8) were last to leave the boxes. Soon after the start BELFAST EEJIT shifted out getting on the heels of GLORY HOG (6) who was then tightened between HYPERPARADISE (7) and HOMEBUSH GRU (3) who had shifted out. HOMEBUSH GRU and GLORY HOG then came together and jostled for a distance racing toward the first turn. Entering the first turn HYPERPARADISE shifted in making contact with HIP HOP SOFIA (4) who lost ground. Also tightened as a result was HOMEBUSH GRU who became awkwardly placed on heels. |
| Race 7 | Shirley Vet Clinic Sprint Heat 1 - C2q - 295 Heat 1 | WRINKLES (4) was a late scratching at kenneling with a swollen hock with this possibly caused by a spider bite. INCREASING (6) ran outwards on dispatch causing tightening to GET READY FREDDY (7) and BERRIDALE KING (10) with this pair losing ground. CEC DIVINE (2) and OHOKA FAITH (9) were tightened into the bend losing ground. CAR BOOTLE (3) shifted outwards off heels on the home turn and lost some momentum. OHOKA FAITH and BERRIDALE KING came together on the home turn when well back. |
| Race 8 | Kolorful Kanvas Stakes - C1 - 520 | OPAWA KURU (7) was last to jump. Into the first bend CANDYBOY (1) checked outwards off heels hampering CAWBOURNE KENNY (3) and pushing KINLOCH SILVER (6) and OPAWA KURU wider on the track. On the home turn CAWBOURNE KENNY crossed to the rail checking CANDYBOY and HOMEBUSH NAKI (4) with KINLOCH SILVER also inconvenienced. |
| Race 9 | Shirley Vet Clinic Sprint Heat 2 - C2q - 295 Heat 2 | ADROIT (4) and GOLDSTAR BOMBER (5) brushed together in the early stages. Into the bend PREMIER PRINCE (1) shifted outwards causing tightening to ANOTHER LIZ (3) and ADROIT with OUT BACK BILL (6) also hampered. KINGMAN (7) and KNOW FAULT (8) came together for a stride wider on the track. On the bend ADROIT contacted the hind quarters of KINGMAN which lost momentum. |
| Race 10 | Christchurch Casino Stakes - C1 - 520 | NICKY NOIR (3) and GOLDSTAR COCO (7) were the last to leave the boxes. Leaving the boxes MYSTIC ACTION (2) shifted in coming together with OPAWA VIV (9). Entering the first turn OPAWA VIV got on the heels of MYSTIC ACTION shifting out inconveniencing GOLDSTAR COCO. Rounding the first turn BOSTON BILLY (5) shifted up the track taking LONG STOCKINGS (4) wider. CAWBOURNE WALES raced wide rounding the first bend and into the back straight. |
| Race 11 | Shirley Vet Clinic Sprint Heat 3 - C2q - 295 Heat 3 | GLENN IS GOODESY (6) was slow away. ANOTHER GROOM (5) and PEYTON SAWYER (7) brushed together soon after the start. Racing down the back straight MR. JOHNNY (3) and SMOKING MARLEY (4) came together with ANOTHER GROOM also being bumped. Shortly after ANOTHER GROOM and GOLDSTAR ROSIE made contact with ANOTHER GROOM becoming unbalanced losing considerable ground. Also hampered losing ground as a result was SMOKING MARLEY. ANOTHER GROOM was referred to the vet for assessment. |
| Race 12 | Livamol Dash - C1 - 295 | TERRA MONDO (3) and OUR JOHN (7) were slow away. Soon after the start TERRA MONDO got on the heels of FAIR CRUZIN (2) and stumbled losing ground. Rounding the bend OUR JOHN shifted in tightening SARAH'S DOMAIN (9) who was checked losing ground. |
