Race 1	YGOT Bonus Scheme Sprint - C1 - 375	SANDOR GLEGANE and ZULU DEB collided shortly after the start when both runners shifted ground, with ZULU DEB becoming unbalanced. TIMMY TRUMPET and JETSUN STORM bumped heavily in the early stages resulting in JETSUN STORM becoming severely unbalanced. SANDOR GLEGANE shifted outwards entering the bend when awkwardly placed near the heels of MELMAN, resulting in the trailing JETSUN STORM having to check to avoid the heels of SANDOR GLEGANE.
Race 2	Palamountains Exceed Stakes - C0 - 457	The start of this race was delayed 2 minutes. ORBITER went up with the lids at the start, losing ground. CIRCLE OF GOLD shifted inwards in the early stages jostling with MATALINO TWIST which then had to check when placed in restricted room adjacent to the running rail. Entering the bend, DOBBIE shifted inwards abruptly making heavy contact with SCARY SPICE which in turn bumped with the hindquarters of CIRCLE OF LIFE which when correcting itself, shifted outwards resulting in ORBITER, DOBBIE and MATALINO TWIST being checked. Shortly after, DOBBIE had to shift outwards abruptly when improving up onto the heels of ORBITER.
Race 3	0800 4 Down Cow Sprint - C0 - 375	BORIS GUMP from it's inside box draw was slow to begin. CALZINI shifted outwards abruptly leaving the boxes crowding HUGGLEMONSTER and MITTYESQUE. CALZINI and KRACK IT collided shorty after and made heavy contact when both runners shifted ground. MITTYESQUE angled inwards entering the bend checking VIKING CRUISER. This resulted in the trailing HUGGLEMONSTER being unable to avoid the heels of VIKING CRUISER and was dragged down for a short distance. Also hampered and unable to avoid the heels of VIKING CRUISER were BORIS GUMP and THRILLING FOREST, with all affected runners losing several lengths. CALZINI made the bend entering the straight wide, with RALPHONSO electing to shift inwards across this runners heels to improve.
Race 4	Box 1 Gold Stakes Series Final - C1f - 457	OPAWA PEARL and THRILLING BRAVE bumped over the initial stages, with both runners settling at the rear of the field. SURMISE raced in restricted room entering the bend when between SKYLER WHITE and TENNESSEE SMILE which angled inwards.
Race 5	All Sew Embroidery Sprint - C1 - 375	CHURCHILL CHASER was crowded approaching the bend when racing between WHAT'S UP WATTO and MISS VOTCHKA which angled inwards. CHURCHILL CHASER was then further hampered when forced inwards onto the heels of MISS VOTCHKA. Hampered as a result was the trailing BILL RUSH which had to check abruptly to avoid the heels of CHURCHILL CHASER. BILL RUSH had difficulty obtaining a clear run rounding the bend, having to check outwards when improving up onto the heels of MISS VOTCHKA. WHAT'S UP WATTO which performed below market expectations was referred to the Veterinarian and found to have a strained triceps muscle.
Race 6	The Clubhouse Sports Bar Stakes - C1 - 457	WHIRLY RALSTON shifted in leaving the boxes momentarily crowding POPCORN SUTTON. WHIRLY RALSTON angled inwards entering the bend contacting the hindquarters of WINTERFELL which was unbalanced. Shortly after ILLICIT TWIST improved up onto the heels of WINTERFELL and shifted outwards abruptly resulting in WHIRLY RALSTON, COSMIC PIRATE and JETSUN JINNY being forced wider on the track, with JETSUN JINNY becoming unbalanced losing momentum.
Race 7	Hautapu Veterinary Services Sprint - C3 - 375	YEBOAH was the last to leave the boxes however recovered quickly to lead the field entering the bend. BEE RABBIT angled inwards entering the bend resulting in ZULU MERCEDES, TAKAMORI and CALIFORNIA KING being placed in restricted room. Shortly after ZULU MERCEDES improved into a narrow gap to the outside of TAKAMORI, resulting in BEE RABBIT being tightened and forced outwards into the line of HARAJUKU BABY which became unbalanced, contacting the heel of BEE RABBIT. TOXIC REVENGE shifted outwards entering the home straight, running wide for the remainder.
Race 8	Fond Foods Ltd Sprint - C4 - 375	CAESAR CHANCE was slow to begin. NEED TO CHILL angled inwards entering the bend tightening MR. MUMBLES and HASHTAG JOSH, with HASHTAG JOSH then shifting outwards abruptly forcing CRACKLES APPEAL wider on the track. CAESAR CHANCE which trailed this pair was also hampered when unable to avoid the heels of CRACKLES APPEAL. BOTANY JUNCTION ran wide entering the straight pushing NEED TO CHILL, and HUNTED ONE wider on the track and into the line of MR.MUMBLES which clipped the heel of HUNTED ONE and fell to the track, MR. MUMBLES regained it's footing and finished at the lure, with a subsequent Veterinary examination clearing the greyhound of injury. HASHTAG JOSH had to check outwards abruptly entering the straight when awkwardly placed near the heels of FANCY MY LUCK.
Race 9	Te Awamutu Self Storage Stakes - C2/3 - 457	WABI SABI was slow away. ARTIC ROUGE shifted outwards in the initial stages bumping with WINSOME DAN which in turn bumped with TEN POINT ONE. WINSOME DAN shifted inwards abruptly entering the bend tightening ARTIC ROUGE and JETSUN QUAKER which made firm contact with the running rail. Also hampered were the trailing TEN POINT ONE which was unable to avoid the heels of WINSOME DAN and WABI SABI which bumped heavily with JETSUN QUAKER. JETSUN QUAKER was referred to the Veterinarian for assessment and cleared of injury.
Race 10	Superior Chunky Dog Rolls Sprint - C5 - 375	VON TRAPP was crowded leaving the boxes between CALAMITY FREE and THRILLING CARTER which shifted outwards. THRILLING CARTER had to check rounding the bend when awkwardly placed near the heels of CALAMITY FREE. WHEELIE GOOD ran wide entering straight forcing JOSH HART wider on the track.
Race 11	Affordable Pet Accessories Sprint - C2 - 375	FOUND ROMAN shifted inwards leaving the boxes crowding CONTEMPORANEOUS which in turn bumped with FORIS LION, UNCLE ROMILLY was tightened for room entering the bend when in tight quarters between MR. DARCI and WINSOME GEORGE. FOUND ROMAN lost contact with the body of the field in the early stages, finishing some distance at the rear of the field. FOUND ROMAN was referred to the Veterinarian for assessment and found to have pain over the left shoulder.
Race 12	DogZone Stakes - C4 - 457	GOOD RETURN was slightly slow to begin. MANYANA GROPER raced in restricted room entering the bend when in tight quarters.
