Weather: Fine
Track: Good The track was presented in good order and held together very well considering there were a large number of solo trials, three heats of Qualifying and Satisfactory Trials, two Non Tote races and 13 Totalisator races on the day.
Scales: Checked and correct
Health and Safety comment: Nil

Judicial report: GOODTIME ALLANAH completed a satisfactory trial which was required under Rule 80.1. Trainer D.Poutama was issued with a final warning in relation to his use of a mobile phone while handling Greyhounds.

Race 1	ABSOLUTELY ELECTRICAL C0 - C0 - 305	QUEEN STAR checked over the heels of ANOTHER PEARL entering the home straight and shifted out losing three lengths.
Race 2	HARRISON HIRE MASTER C0 - C0 - 305	ANOTHER PENNY began a little awkwardly and was then checked when VINNY VINDALOO shifted out and she settled back. KILIMANJARO galloped on the back of HOMEBUSH INQUIRY going into the bend and they both lost ground and stayed back to finish in the last two places.
Race 3	WWW.RACINGTIPS.CO.NZ C0 - C0 - 305	PEAJAY PRINGLES was tightened and checked soon after the start and settled back. SEDGEBROOK CHARM shifted out and HALLO STAR shifted in going into the bend and this resulted in checks to BRILLIANT AVA and HALLO STAR which both fell and also to FAT BOYZ FLYER and ANOTHER KEY which both lost several lengths and all chance. BRILLIANT AVA and HALLO STAR were referred to the Vet for assessment and they were both cleared of injury.
Race 4	J P PRINT (PETONE) C0 - C0 - 520	BELLA FORZA was slow to begin losing four lengths and she tailed the field throughout the race. ANOTHER CRUISE and LITTLE PROPHET bumped together going to the first turn and were briefly unbalanced. LITTLE PROPHET and SEDGEBROOK BABE bumped together entering the home straight and SEDGEBROOK BABE was unbalanced and lost ground.
Race 5	LIQUORLAND WANGANUI C1 - C1 - 305	One of the favourites BOX OF FLUFFIES received an interrupted run going to the first corner and settled back. She then checked over the heels of LENNY MAC going into the bend, raced wide over extra ground and finished towards the rear. BUZZY AS was tightened and checked going into the bend and he went back to the rear and stayed there for the remainder of the race.
Race 6	THE ROCK 95.2FM C1 - C1 - 520	PEAKY BLINDER was slow to begin losing three lengths and he stayed well back throughout the race. CAWBOURNE GRACE shifted out entering the first bend and bumped JINJA PAT which was unbalanced and lost ground and she stayed back to finish in last place.
Race 7	WANGANUI CHRONICLE C1 - C1 - 305	MOMMA RAE shifted in going to the first corner and hampered HOMEBUSH DODGER for some distance and HOMEBUSH DODGER lost two lengths. MOMMA RAE continued to shift in going into the bend and checked LORD DE AIR which went back and out forcing LAHAR to race wide on the bend over extra ground. FOUND MY BERRIES and SHE'S SMASHING led on the bend but made contact and SHE'S SMASHING lost three lengths and went back onto HOMEBUSH DODGER which was checked.
Race 8	AON CPF C1 - C1 - 520	OPAWA LACHLAN shifted ground out going to the first corner and checked MORE SALT NEEDED which went back onto PRECIOUSLY and that runner lost several lengths and she never recovered and tailed the field throughout to finish in last place.
Race 9	WANGANUI SECURITY C1 FINAL - C1f - 520	ADDA BOY ZEKE was the slowest to begin losing two lengths but he made up ground well to finish in 4th place. MEG'S ME MUM and HOMEBUSH SPOOK bumped together going into the first corner and HOMEBUSH SPOOK was unbalanced and dropped back onto OPAWA CUDDLES which in turn shifted out and collided with THRILLING AVA. THRILLING AVA and OPAWA CUDDLES lost several lengths in the incident.
Race 10	THE DOGZONE C0/1 D - C1d - 645	All clear.
Race 11	PALAMOUNTAINS SCIENTIFIC NUTRITION C1 - C1 - 305	ANOTHER QUEEN was slow to begin and settled back. CHINESE MAGIC appeared to falter going into the bend losing several lengths and she stayed back to finish at the rear. CHINESE MAGIC was referred to the Vet for assessment and cleared of injury.
Race 12	BULLOCKS WANGANUI C1 - C1 - 305	ALLEGRO SENOR began awkwardly and settled at the rear. STAND UP GIRL shifted out going into the bend and forced CABRERA to race wide into the bend and she stayed back to finish in last place. CABRERA appeared sore following the race and was referred to the Vet for assessement and found to have dislocated a toe.
Race 13	BOOK YOUR FUNCTION @ HATRICK C2 - C2 - 305	ALLEGRO BLAST collided with CHINESE STAR when the start was made and ALLEGRO BLAST lost a length. LOLA'S QUEST shifted in going to the first corner and checked ALLEGRO BLAST which lost four lengths and all chance and she stayed back to finish near the rear.
Race 14	Non Tote - Tier 2 - 305	BENJI became awkwardly placed between runners on the bend and shifted out across heels and checked losing ground and finished well back.
Race 15	Non Tote - Tier 2 - 305	MCGYVER RAMA shifted in from the start and bumped with FORTIS MEMORIES and they both became briefly unbalanced and settled back in the field where they stayed throughout the race.
