Judicial report: 1) Non-Race day hearing heard 1st May 2015 – RIU v Mrs R Blackburn – Mrs Blackburn was fined the sum of $400.00 by the J.C.A after admitting a breach of Rule 87 1. o. in that she was negligent in failing to bring both LUMINARY and ELWOOD SENSATION to compete in Races 7 and 9 respectively at the Christchurch GRC meeting at Christchurch on Friday 10 April 2015. 2). BOLTIN ARCHIE completed a satisfactory trial under Rule 80. 3). Trainer C Weir was fined $50.00 for failing to produce the certificate of registration and weight record at the time of kennelling for CAWBOURNE PEEJAY (Race 10). 4). Trainer D Stapleton was fined $50.00 for failing to kennel HAMPDEN ON TAP by the prescribed time (Race 10). 5). Trainer A Lee reported to Stewards that following its run on Friday GUMP'S THE NAME was found to have a slight hock strain. She advised that the dog will be given a brief spell.

Race 1	Super Pets Sprint - C1 - 295	BUDGIE RIGHT (3) was bumped from the outside by BHUJA (4) which was changing ground inwards shortly after the start. BUDGIE RIGHT was then squeezed for racing room between SARAH'S DOMAIN (5) and HAREEBA TIME (2) prior to the bend. Approaching the bend GO TOMMO (7) was turned outwards when racing to the outside of PETRA HAKA (6) which also caused an inconvenience to MULBERRY BROOK (8).
Race 2	Active Electrical Christchurch Dash - C1 - 295	ABBAS JUNIOR (8) made the jump awkwardly. Prior to the bend ABBAS JUNIOR and HAYLEY JAMES (5) came together. Racing into the bend ZIPPORA BLAZE (7) came down the track tightening the racing room of HAYLEY JAMES which in turn hampered BUSINESS REVIEW (6) and COME ON DOLLY (4). ABBAS JUNIOR then raced wide rounding the bend. STRUGGLE IS REAL (9) was sent to the vet post race after being clipped from behind by ABBAS JUNIOR after the line.
Race 3	Little Brown Jug Stakes - C1 - 520	OPAWA BRO (3) was sent to the vet post race after it was terminally checked and lost its footing when racing to the inside of SKILLZ TAYLOR (6) into the first bend.
Race 4	David Emerson Consultancy Sprint - C1 - 295	FERAL HELEN (4) and RICK'S TREASURE (5) came together shortly after the start. Racing towards the first bend LA FONTAINE (2) raced up the track while CAWBOURNE SHADOW (8) raced down the track, This in turn cause general tightening to FERAL HELEN, RICK'S TREASURE and WOOLY WHATSIT (7). Following the race RICK'S TREASURE sustained a cut pad on leaving the course and received a 7 day stand down. Racing into the bend ANOTHER FAN (1) was checked by LA FONTAINE. CAWBOURNE SHADOW squeezed the racing room of WOOL WHATSIT racing into the bend before galloping on the heels of RICK's TREASURE.
Race 5	Shirley Vet Clinic Stakes - C1 - 520	KNOW CLOWN (4) came out onto TRACEY (9) shortly after the start.KNOW CLOWN then had to check of the heels of TRACEY when racing into the first bend. OPAWA GAVIN (2) was placed in restricted room and lost ground when racing to the inside of ALBIE JAY (3) into the first bend. Racing round the first bend TUI TIME (1) came out into the racing line of OPAWA GAVIN which had to check.
Race 6	Barron's Supplies Dash - C1 - 295	OHOKA JOKA (9) and BELFAST EEJIT (2) were slow to jump. Racing into the bend MITCHELL DEAN (5) lost momentum when squeezed for racing room to the inside of ROCKWOOD ARCHIE (6) which was being dictated down the track by SHOWROOM (8). ROCKWOOD ARCHIE and SHOWROOM came together leaving the bend.
Race 7	Christchurch Casino Sprint - C1 - 295	Racing into the bend LIL DANNY RASCAL (3) lost ground when placed close to the heels of BIGTIME TIP (6). RANGITATA RAIDER (7) raced wide round the bend. Following the race RANGITATA RAIDER was referred to the vet for assessment and found to have mild wrist pain.
Race 8	Hampden Tavern Dash - C1 - 295	EYES ON LULU (2) was slow to jump. Racing out of the bend BITA BANTA (4) came out and bumped CAWBOURNE ROWAN (8) which in turn bumped MEMPHIS GIRL (7).
Race 9	Kolorful Kanvas Stakes - C1 - 520	Shortly after the start KNOW SMIGGLE (3) was squeezed by BLUSHING BELLE (4) which was shifting down the track. Racing round the first bend CANDYBOY (5) lost ground after coming down the track and making contact with BIG JOHN CANON (2). CANDYBOY and KNOW SMIGGLE came together racing into the back straight.
Race 10	C.T.V. Sprint - C1 - 295	PEYTON SAWYER (3) was slow to jump. BUTTERFLY TERRA (9) began awkwardly before being severely bumped from the inside by TOKEN MUSCLES (10) which was shifting up the track this in turn caused CAWBOURNE PEEJAY (5) to be checked and lose momentum. CAWBOURNE PEEJAY was then placed in restricted room between PEYTON SAWYER and HAMPDEN ON TAP (6) racing into the bend. TOKEN MUSCLES again shifted up the track rounding the bend forcing McJOPSON up the track. Stewards will speak with Trainers Lane/Wales in the coming days regarding this bitches racing conduct. BUTTERFLY TERRA was sent to the vet post-race and cleared of any injury.
Race 11	Mac Developments Stakes - C1 - 520	KNOW NEGLECT (7) was slow to jump. COURT THE BELLE (5) was placed in restricted room through the early stages when racing between ALL ABOUT ECHO (4) and LAGOON MYTYE (6).
Race 12	Livamol Dash - C1 - 295	TEPIRITA HENDREX (5) missed the jump by a considerable distance. MONACA DENVER (3) lost momentum when placed in restricted room to the inside of CAWBOURNE BEAU (6). Racing into the bend HAT TRICK CHAOS (7) was dragged down for a stride by ADJUDICATOR (4). Racing round the bend VINCENT GALLO (2) came out and checked CAWBOURNE BEAU who then jostled with HOMEBUSH NARK (1) several times.
