Judicial report: Supplementary.9/4/15 Handler K McInerney admitted a breach of Rule 87.1.o in that she was negligent in presenting ANOTHER COLT in the wrong race rug and was fined $100.00.

Race 1	Elite Scaffolding Sprint - C4 - 295	Into the first turn STARBURST TERRY (2) was checked when racing tight between runners.Shortly after ANOTHER COLT (8) was hampered when shifting inwards across the heels of STARBURST TERRY.On entering the home straight DEE (10), which was leading, was galloped on from behind by the improving BARNICLE BULLET(3) and checked as a result.DEE was further hampered when firmly contacted from behind by BOTANY WIN (6) resulting in both runners losing momentum.DEE was referred to the club veterinarian for assessment and cleared of injury.
Race 2	Canterbury Scaffolding Dash - C4 - 295	Shortly after the start NORMAN JEWEL (6) shifted inwards and hampered both VAN GERWIN (3) and BO'S BUSINESS (2) both of which lost momentum.Rounding the bend NORMAN JEWEL shifted outwards and hampered RODRIGUEZ (5) and RUN FOR SOPHIE (9) forcing these runners wider.Shortly thereafter NORMAN JEWEL was unbalanced and forced outwards when contacted from the inside by the improving CAWBOURNE JELLY (4),as a result NORMAN JEWEL was forced into the racing line of RUN FOR SOPHIE which was unbalanced with the trailing BO'S BUSINESS and VAN GERWIN being badly checked and losing all chance.
Race 3	H W Scaffolding Place Pick Dash - C3 - 295	Into the first bend ONLY GOT TIME (2) was checked and lost all chance when ECKLES (5) shifted down to the running line .RATTLE YA DAGS (7) faltered rounding the bend and was referred to the club veterinarian for assessment.
Race 4	Nina's Girl Distance Series Heat - C1d - 645	Shortly after the start HIS LORDSHIP (7) shifted inwards and checked STICH UP (6) also hampered were CAWBOURNE MIAMI (5) and BRUISER BALE (4)both of which lost momentum.Into the final straight HIS LORDSHIP shifted outwards off the heels of CAWBOURNE WAR (1).
Race 5	Excel Scaffolding Sprint - C4/5 - 295	OPAWA AMY (10) was slow through the initial stages. On entering the home straight KNOW JEALOUSY (7),when awkwardly placed, shifted outwards off the heels of HOMEBUSH ROCKY (4) and covered extra ground.
Race 6	Robbie's Bar & Bistro NZ Oaks Heat 1 - R/Aq - 520 Heat 1	Near the winning post on the first occasion RUN ZOLA (7) shifted inwards and hampered OPAWA KAREN (6) ,RUN ZOLA continued on an inward movement and checked NICKY NOIR (4) .Rounding the first bend AEROPLANE RITZY (2) shifted outwards and forced both JEMIMA TEE (3) and CAWBOURNE BRIGHT (5) over extra ground.Into the back straight RUN ZOLA and JEMIMA TEE jostled for some distance when well back in the field.Rounding the final bend RUN ZOLA was checked when awkwardly placed between runners.
Race 7	Robbie's Bar & Bistro NZ Oaks Heat 2 - R/Aq - 520 Heat 2	KNOW WORTH (4) was slow to begin. HELLO BLONDIE (2) and GOLDSTAR ROSIE (3) made firm contact shortly after the start. CALINDA GIRL (6) and WEARS THE GOLD (5) jostled for a short distance after jumping.WEARS THE GOLD ran wide on the track for the majority of the event.PRETTY CHIC (7) ran wide rounding the first bend and forced KNOW WORTH wider on the track.
Race 8	Robbie's Bar & Bistro NZ Oaks Heat 3 - R/Aq - 520 Heat 3	ZULU CHANEL (2) and LUMINARY (3) were slow to begin . Shortly after LUMINARY was further hampered and checked when racing tight between runners.Passing the winning post on the first occasion GOLD CLASS (4) was checked when awkwardly placed between runners.KISSING GWYNETH (5) shifted outwards rounding the first bend hampering BOOSTIN (6) .At the end of the back straight TINA was contacted from behind by GEE WHIZZ JEANIE (8) and became unbalanced.TINA was sent to the club veterinarian for assessment.
Race 9	Erect Scaffolding Sprint - C4/5 - 295	Into the first bend PLAGIARISM (6) was momentarily awkwardly placed on the heels of WHITEY'S GONE (3).
Race 10	Southern Lakes Scaffolding Stakes - C4/5 - 520	JIBBAJABBA JEWEL (7) was checked shortly after the start . OPAWA NO EAR (2) was checked when in tight racing quarters. Approaching the winning post on the first occasion CAWBOURNE PHILLIP (4) was hampered and lost momentum when awkwardly placed on the heels of DYNA VIKKERS (3).
Race 11	Red Hand Scaffolding Dash - C4/5 - 295	Shortly after the start LITTLE REGUS (6) was hampered and placed in restricted room when runners either side shifted ground. Into the first turn LITTLE REGUS was checked when awkwardly placed on the heels of BIG MUDDY (3).
Race 12	Empire Scaffolding Sprint - C4 - 295	WHEELCHAIR NORM (4) checked off the heels of HOMEBUSH ZANE (3) shortly after the start.HOMEBUSH ZANE and SMASH THAT (2) jostled for a distance after the start with HOMEBUSH ZANE being hampered into the first bend when awkwardly placed on the heels of SMASH THAT . Into the home straight PORKY PIG (1) shifted outwards and made contact with ZORBA THE GREEK (5). Shortly thereafter KNOW KNOWING (7) was checked when SMASH THAT (2) shifted wider to obtain clear running.
