Race 1	WELCOME TO ASCOT PARK - C1 - 390	CAWBOURNE PIRATE was slow to start, and ran wide on the turn losing ground. In the home straight WRINKLES attempted to improve along the inside clipping the rear of OM NOM NOM and falling. WRINKLES recovered his feet quickly to finish the race at the rear and was subject to a veterinary check which revealed pain in the right fore triceps muscle with a 7 day stand down recommended..
Race 2	SGRC $26 FIVE WIRE MUZZLE STAKES - C1 - 390	Racing into the bend CAWBOURNE CRUZE shifted inwards tightening HOMEBUSH SLINKY on his inside. CAWBOURNE CRUZE continued to lean on HOMEBUSH SLINKY rounding the early stages of the bend.
Race 3	RIVERTON STAKES - C1/2 - 390	BAD WEEK (J McInerney) was 1.7kg down from his last race start weight two days previously. The greyhound was thoroughly examined by the vet prior to race start and found to have no abnormalities and was cleared to race. NEW THANG, UNO SHELLEY and BAD WEEK all made contact shortly after the start. On the bend HOMEBUSH BRUNO shifted inwards tightening NEW THANG, UNO SHELLEY, and KNOW MAYHEM on his inside.
Race 4	ASCOT PARK HOTEL - C2/3 - 390	MICKEY TEE and MATTY HOOKEY bumped at the start. Shortly after the start UMAGA RUNGA was checked from behind by KNOW WISDOM then was crossed over by MATTY HOOKEY which made contact with UMAGA RUNGA. UMAGA RAMA shifted inwards on the bend tightening BLUE REVIEW on his inside. Rounding the bend BLUE REVIEW shifted outwards checking UMAGA RAMA on his outside HOMEBUSH NINJA ran wide in the home straight.
Race 5	BRENDON BURKE @ RAY WHITE - C4 - 390	WUNZEE was slow to jump. From the jump STARBURST TERRY shifted ground inwards tightening SPEEDY SWEDE. In the run to the turn ABOUND and IMPERSONATOR bumped and lost momentum. Into the turn CAWBOURNE DANIAL ran inwards and fell when clipping the rear of IMPERSONATOR. The fallen runner regained his feet and finished the race a distant last, and IMPERSONATOR also lost all chance in this incident. After the race CAWBOURNE DANIAL was referred to the vet for assessment with no injury detected.
Race 6	SOUTHLAND & OTAGO PHOTO FINISH - C4 - 390	Into the turn CHOKEHOLD shifted ground inwards tightening RODRIGUEZ on his inner. The trailing RAMBUNCTIOUS clipped the rear of CHOKEHOLD and stumbled briefly and lost ground. Further into the turn COLLECTING MONEY shifted outwards off the rear of RODRIGUEZ and struck INCREASING with both dogs becoming unbalanced and losing all chances to finish at the rear.

Race 8	WWW.GREYHOUNDSASPETS.ORG.NZ - C1 - 457	The trainers of ARCHIE'S COMET (McCook/Jopson) advised that the greyhound had been retired from racing. In the race THRILLING HUNT was slow to jump. In the run to the turn THUMB PRINT TONY shifted outwards checking GIRL MAGIC. Into the home straight TOKEN RAY ran inwards tightening THRILLING HUNT on his inner with BUSINESS BOSS and ARCHI BALE also checked.
Race 9	ADDED ENEGERY STAKES - C1 - 457	From the jump OPAWA BRO was tightened between HOLIVIA LASS and TEPIRITA HENDRIX. On the turn HOLIVIA LASS ran outwards and forced OPAWA BRO wide. In the home straight THRILLING SHRIMP shifted outwards checking ZIPPING JACOB and TEPIRITA HENDRIX.
Race 10	MYROSS BUSH STAKES - C1/2 - 457	HOMEBUSH HOWARD jumped awkwardly and was slow to begin as a result. FANCY KIWI shifted outwards in the run to the bend tightening JINJA LOCH. On the bend HOMEBUSH HOWARD shifted inwards making contact with OPAWA KENDAL with HOMEBUSH HOWARD losing his momentum.
Race 11	ORETI BEACH STAKES - C3 - 457	FLIP FLIPPA and OPAWA STRETCH come together shortly after the jump. FLIP FLIPPA shifted outwards in the run to the bend resulting in HELLO BLONDIE being tightened. Near the bend FLIP FLIPPA and HELLO BLONDIE made contact again with HELLO BLONDIE being forced onto BOTANY SEATON which was racing on her outside. Rounding the bend OPAWA STRETCH shifted outwards forcing KNOW CERTAINTY wider on the track. KNOW CERTAINTY was then struck by WHAT I LIKE resulting in KNOW CERTAINTY becoming unbalanced.
Race 12	justracing.com.au - C5 - 390	BARNICLE BULLET shifted inwards at the start checking WHITEY'S GONE which blundered on his inner. CAWBOURNE JELLY also shifted inwards at the start placing NO LEAF CLOVER and SANDI CLAWS in restricted racing room. WHITEY'S GONE and DEE made contact in the run to the bend. CAWBOURNE JELLY shifted outwards just prior to the making contact with BARNICLE BULLET which was forced wider on the track. CLONE YOUR OWN which was improving on the outside of BARNICLE BULLET bumped BARNICLE BULLET. OPAWA COLIN raced wide in the home straight.
