| Race 1 | Turakina Pets C0 - C0 - 375 | BUNDORAN LASS and GOODTIME TEXAN bumped together when the start was made and they lost ground and settled at the rear. PISTOLS PRINCESS and PRINCESS NOVAK bumped going into the bend and lost momentum with PRINCESS NOVAK being forced wide over extra ground. OPPORTUNIST and MADE TIME jostled together for a short distance on the bend and MADE TIME lost two lengths in the incident. |

| Race 3 | Manawatu Harness Racing Club C1 - C1 - 375 | PLENTY OF TIME began awkwardly from box8 and settled back and he then covered extra ground when wide on the bend. KIRIBATI GIRL shifted in abruptly from the start and dictated the line of DARK FAERYTALES and TO THE BANK for a short distance. SMIRNOFF and HOMEBUSH LUCIFER bumped going into the bend and both lost momentum with SMIRNOFF appearing to be the most affected and she stayed back and finished in last place. |
| Race 4 | Affordable Pet Accessories C1 - C1 - 457 | THOU ROMEO and THRILLING TOBY began a little awkwardly and lost a length. THATS KING and THOU ROMEO jostled together for some distance going to the first corner and they both became a little unbalanced and went back to the rear where they stayed for the remainder of the race. |
| Race 5 | Warehouse Stationery C3 - C3 - 375 | YOUR SAY shifted out soon after the start and bumped with FLYING BLAKE and lost ground and went back to last. A short distance further on, FLYING BLAKE and UNO ORANGE collided and they lost momentum for a couple of strides. BANJO'S RETREAT, YOUR SAY and BOTANY ZENVO jostled together briefly early in the home straight and lost momentum with BOTANY ZENVO suffering the most and she went back to last and finished in that position. |
| Race 6 | Personal Protective Services Ltd. C4 - C4 - 375 | MIGHTY MAGIC began awkwardly losing two lengths. ALL IN BERLIN, WHEELIE CHILLIE and GRAND ALLEGRO which started from the inside three boxes, were checked going to the first corner when runners drawn further out shifted in and they went back to the rear and never recovered the lost ground. |

BLUE AND CURLY AND ALLEGRO MASTER bumped together going into the bend and ALLEGRO MASTER lost ground and went back onto EL JETTA which was checked losing three lengths and he stayed back for the remainder of the race. |
| Race 8 | J P Print, Petone C2 - C2 - 375 | ZULU MERCEDES shifted in soon after the start and colliided with ROCK ON SPRITE and they were briefly unbalanced. A short distance further on, ZULU MERCEDES checked over the heels of CHOCDEE ALICE and shifted out to race wide covering extra ground on the bend. |
| Race 9 | North Island Challenge Stakes Heat 1 - C5q - 457 Heat 1 | ANGVELLA shifted in abruptly from the start and hampered OPAWA ROSIE, CURIOUS LIFE and ALWAYS WELCOME. SMASH ALLEGRO shifted in going to the first corner and jostled with RITZA DANNY for a short distance. ALWAYS WELCOME, CURIOUS LIFE and OPAWA ROSE jostled together for a short distance going to the first turn and CURIOUS LIFE suffered the most in the incident and lost two lengths. ANGVELLA shifted in going into the bend and checked KWASANT which lost five lengths and never recovered. |
| Race 10 | North Island Challenge Stakes Heat 2 - C5q - 457 Heat 2 | TIFINO, GRADUATION and TRIDENT jostled together going to the first corner and GRADUATION was checked and went back to the rear and stayed there. LOCHINVAR ROSSI which was following was also hampered and lost ground. |

EXTREME TWIST bumped LEVEL DOWN going into the bend and soon after galloped on the back of OPAWA LACHLAN AND ALL THREE checked losing four lengths and all chance. BACKYARD BULLY which was following was unable to avoid the incident and was hampered and forced wide losing all chance. |
