| Race 1 | Super Pets Sprint - C1 - 295 | ELWOOD SENSATION (1) and HOMEBUSH NARK (3) were the last pair on jumping. HOMEBUSH NARK and GOLDSTAR BOMBER (4) came together into the bend. ELWOOD SENSATION angled outwards when improving on the bend pushing HOMEBUSH NARK and GOLDSTAR BOMBER over extra ground. On the home turn MOP HEAD (7) and HOMEBUSH FLYTE (8) collided when well back. When questioned in regards to the vastly improved performance of the winner HOMEBUSH CORAL (9) kennel representative J McInerney Jnr commented that the bitch was in a fresh state today and in that state was able to jump to the lead. |
| Race 2 | DogZone Maiden Sprint Heat 1 - C0q - 295 Heat 1 | PASS WITH CARE (5) was last to jump with MARTY MCMOTH (3) and ANOTHER LIZ (7) also tardily away. DIAMOND LULU (1) was checked in the early stages losing ground. ANOTHER LIZ ran inwards sharply in the back straight as DIAMOND LULU ran outwards checking CAWBOURNE KITT (4) and MARTY MCMOTH. |
| Race 3 | DogZone Maiden Sprint Heat 2 - C0q - 295 Heat 2 | OUR JOHN (1) was very slow to jump with WOOLY WHATSIT (2) also settling well back. EM CEE DEE (7) and BELFAST EEJIT (5) both covered extra ground on the bend. |
| Race 4 | DogZone Maiden Sprint Heat 3 - C0q - 295 Heat 3 | KNOW ANTERNET (3) was leaping in the air on dispatch and lost ground. OHOKA TORI (5) was dragged down by HOMEBUSH CHAOS (6) in the back straight with this pair dropping to the rear. KNOW ANTERNET stumbled for a stride into the bend. JAMAICAN ARCHIE (4) ran wide on the home turn. CAWBOURNE ARNEY (2) angled outwards on the home turn pushing TAMASKA (8) wider on the track. |
| Race 5 | DogZone Maiden Sprint Heat 4 - C0q - 295 Heat 4 | This race was delayed by one minute at the request of Raceday Control. MOBILIZE (1) weighed in 2.6 kgs under its last race weight with this being a planned weight reduction for new trainer D Stapleton. MAYBE WHAT (3) and CHARLIE NEXT BOY (8) were both slow to jump. ANOTHER CRUISE (7) ran sharply inwards in the initial stages badly checking BUTTERFLY TERRA (6) which collided with EDELWEISS (4). MOBILIZE ran outwards in the back straight causing tightening to HOMEBUSH INQUIRY (2) and BUTTERFLY TERRA with ANOTHER CRUISE also checked. EDELWEISS and CULVIE GODFATHER (5) were pushed wide on the track as a result of this incident. On the bend CHARLIE NEXT BOY was checked from behind and ran outwards checking ANOTHER CRUISE. ANOTHER CRUISE then ran inwards in the home straight badly checking HOMEBUSH INQUIRY. |
| Race 6 | DogZone Maiden Sprint Heat 5 - C0q - 295 Heat 5 | SACAJAWEA (4) was slow to jump. ANOTHER JAMIE (8) crashed inwards in the early stages causing severe tightening to KNOW STRUGGLE (7), EUG THE SCROOGE (6) and ILABB (5). ANOTHER JAMIE continued to run inwards checking FIRST OFFICER (3) which had been turned and was angling outwards. EUG SCROOGE received a severe check into the bend when racing to the outside of FIRST OFFICER. Stewards viewed the replay of the initial stages of the race in regards to the racing manners of ANOTHER JAMIE. After taking into account that this was the dog's first start and the considerable interference that occurred it was decided that the dog be given the benefit of the doubt as to whether marring had occurred but this dog's manners will be closely watched in its immediate starts. |
| Race 7 | Islington Tavern Maiden Stakes - C0 - 520 | KNOW WORTH (3) and BENJAMIN BLACK (4) were the last pair on jumping. WRINKLES (1) shifted up the track in the run to the first bend checking JINJALESS (8). Soon after BENJAMIN BLACK ran inwards checking KNOW WORTH which lost ground. WRINKLES commenced to weaken on the final bend and was checked by KNOW LUCK (6) which was improving to its inside. PREMIER PRINCE (5) and KNOW WORTH were both forced wide at this point. WRINKLES finished at the rear with a post race veterinary check revealing no irregularities. |
| Race 8 | Happy Birthday Barry Free Dash - C1 - 295 | HOMEBUSH STEW (1) weighed in 3 kgs above its last race weight with this being a planned weight increase after a long spell. LUMINARY (3), HOMEBUSH RILEY (7) and JEWEL APACHE (8) were the last trio at the jump. TOKEN JUMP (4) was badly checked into the bend after dragging HOMEBUSH RILEY down with this pair losing ground. This caused LUMINARY and JEWEL APACHE to run wide and be badly checked losing their chances. |
| Race 9 | Happy Birthday Doug Schultz Stakes - C2 - 520 | MR. JOHNNY (3) turned in the boxes and took no part in the race. This dog is required to complete a satisfactory trial as per Rule 72.13. CAMSIDE GOLD (2), OPAWA BRO (6) and CHILL OUT RALPH (7) were slow away. CAMSIDE GIRL ran outwards in the early stages. FLYING AMELIA (4) was checked and lost ground into the first bend with this bitch coming together with BRUISER BALE (5) and then angling outwards and badly checking CAMSIDE GOLD which lost momentum. CAMSIDE GOLD was then checked by OPAWA BRO which was improving to its inside. OPAWA BRO ran wide on the home turn pushing FLYING AMELIA wider on the track. |
| Race 10 | Chris & Lisa Earl Dash - C2 - 295 | TONY'S CHOICE (4) was last on settling. SARAH'S DOMAIN (5) was tightened into the bend. OHOKA FAITH (7) raced wide around that bend. SWEET MARYLOU (6) was badly dragged down in the shadows of the post but held on to third placing with a post race veterinary check revealing no abnormalities. |

| Race 12 | Livamol Dash - C2 - 295 | CORPORATE IMAGE (3) and OPAWA HOG (4) were the last pair on settling. CAWBOURNE DANIAL (1) was badly tightened along the rail into the bend losing ground. OPAWA HOG ran inwards and struck the rail on the home turn losing ground. CAWBOURNE DANIAL and OPAWA HOG were both checked and cleared by the vet post race. |
