Health and Safety comment:

Judicial report: 1) Due to flight delays, Course Veterinarian D Matheson was unable to be on course in time for the first round of kenneling. As a result all competing dogs were identified and weight prior to being kennelled and underwent pre-race Veterinary examinations prior to their respective races. 2) OUR CHARLOTTE, which Trainer H Anderton reported had been subjected to back manipulation after it had raced disappointingly at it last start, completed a satisfactory trial in accordance with Rule 80.2.(d) and is now free to be nominated to race. 3) MAY MAY LAST (J Dunn), which was late scratched when found to be in season on 3 February, was represented to the Veterinarian and found now not to be in season with the stand down being rescinded.

Race 1	Hampden Tavern Dash - C0 - 295	OHOKA TORI (5) was slow away after MOONLIGHT LAD (6) took its running line. HOMEBUSH BUTTON (3) was placed in restricted room and lost ground when racing to the inside of FERAL HELEN (7) into the bend. MOONLIGHT LAD raced wide around the bend.
Race 2	Happy 50th Birthday Mark Nicol Sprint - C1/2 - 295	BATIATUS (3) was awkwardly placed on the heels of SHEZA GAMBLE (1) rounding the bend. SHEZA GAMBLE was denied clear racing room throughout the run home.
Race 3	Clarkson Sign Studio Maiden Final - C0f - 520	Racing into the first bend COUNTRY CROSSING (4) jostled with KNOW LUCK (2) before having to check off the heels of OPAWA EXTREME (1), COUNTRY CROSSING was then placed in restricted room by OPAWA EXTREME shortly after. Racing into the first bend KNOW LUCK came out and bumped TEPIRITA MEGA (6) resulting in KNOW WORTH (7) being turned. Shortly after, KNOW LUCK again contacted TEPIRITA MEGA with KNOW WORTH receiving a second check.
Race 4	DogZone Sprint - C0 - 295	PAS WITH CARE (9) was slow to jump. WRINKLES (8) came inwards at the start forcing OUR JOHN (7) down onto GONE ROGUE (6). EM CEE DEE (3) was awkwardly placed onto the heels of TERRA ALERT (4) racing to the bend and was then held up rounding the bend and having to check off the heels of LUCAS SCOTT (5).
Race 5	Christchurch Casino Dash - C0 - 295	KNOW ANTERNET (4) was slow to leave the boxes. HOMEBUSH CHAOS (6) lost all momentum after the start when squeezed between BIG BEN (7) and TAMASKA (5). BIG BEN brushed the rail rounding the bend.
Race 6	Glenbyre Tavern Stakes - C0 - 520	CAWBOURNE KENNY (2) had to check off the heels of CAWBOURNE ROWAN (5) prior to the first bend. Racing into the first bend SKILLZ TAYLOR (3) was checked by JINJALESS (7) which was racing to its outside. SKILLZ TAYLOR was then further checked when OPAWA LARRY (7) raced on its heels. This in turn caused ZAHRA MOON (8) to race wide. Racing around the final bend JINJALESS was was placed in restricted room to the inside of BENJAMIN BLACK (1).
Race 7	Super Pets Sprint Final - C1f - 295	Racing into the bend OHOKA FAITH (6) lost momentum when placed in restricted room between NICKSTA (2) and TINA (7) who also lost momentum. TONY'S CHOICE (4) was inconvenienced in this incident.
Race 8	Flair Stakes - C1 - 520	RAcing into the first bend EL GRAND SHADOW (1) was placed in restricted room to behind GIRL MAGIC (3) which got turned outwards onto TUI TIME (7) resulting in TUI TIME falling to the track and failing to finish. GOLDSTAR JUNIOR (8) was forced wide in this incident. TUI TIME was subjected to a post - race Veterinary examination and cleared of injury.
Race 9	C.T.V. Sprint - C1 - 295	CUE POWER (2) was checked and lost ground when placed in restricted room racing into the first bend. This in turn caused an inconvenience to GOSSIP QUEEN (3), CEC DIVINE (6) and MONACO DENVER (7). CEC DIVINE was squeezed between BOSTON BILLY (8) and OPAWA VENUS (1) rounding the bend.
Race 10	Shirley Vet Clinic Stakes Final - C1f - 520	LAGOON VICTORY (2) began awkwardly. KNOW CLOWN (7) and ZULU CHANEL (8) raced wide round the first bend.
Race 11	Opawa Bowl & Jack Tavern Dash - C1 - 295	BITA BANTA (6) was squeezed over the early stages between CORPORATE IMAGE (5) and NEW THANG (7). NEW THANG then lost ground when placed in restricted room between KNOW LAUGHING (8) and CORPORATE IMAGE. NEW THANG was Subjected to a post - race Veterinary check and cleared of any injury. CAWBOURNE PEEJAY (2) was bumped by ROYAL APACHE (3) through the early stages and was then leaned on by this runner entering the bend. CAWBOURNE PEEJAY then ran wide forcing ROYAL APACHE and KNOW LAUGHING wider on the track after checking off the heels of TOKEN JUMP (4).
Race 12	Livamol Dash - C1/2 - 295	MULBERRY BROOK (2) and BIGTIME TIP (8) were both slow to jump.
Race 13	Non Tote - Tier 2 - 295	All Clear.
Race 14	Non Tote - Tier 2 - 295	Racing into the bend CAWBOURNE MONARO (3) was placed in restricted room between GOLDSTAR BOMBER (8) and PETRA HAKA (1). HYPERPARADISE (2) was squeezed for room rounding the bend when racing to the inside of CAWBOURNE MONARO.
