Judicial report: An Inquiry has been opened and adjourned in to the circumstances of DON DRAPER & LUCKY MAN being not identified properly at kennelling and pre race checks .
This was not picked up until pre race checks for race 8 where LUCKY MAN was presented to race instead of DON DRAPER .
DON DRAPER started in race 5 in error and was disqualified from 5th placing, with the placing 's altered accordingly.
DON DRAPER was a late scratching in race 8 by the Stewards.
LUCKY MAN was to be a starter in race 5.

Race 1	Trophies Plus Sprint Series Final - C1f - 318	FALSE ACCUSATION was best away ,soon after she angled out on to YOU BETCHA JIMMY for a couple of strides. Racing in to the first turn FALSE ACCUSATION crossed to the rail in behind the leader WINSOME GEORGE, FORTIS LION angled inwards tightening FALSE ACCUSATION who lost ground ,CONTEMERANEOUS made contact with FORTIS LION then ran out on to TOXIC REVENGE and DIPSY LALA, all these runners ran wide on to and around the top bend ,TOXIC REVENGE raced widest in to the home straight.
Race 2	Spanish Fancy - Sunline Trophy Stakes - C0 - 527	DOBBIE went up with lids ,JOE JOE from box 6 ran across sharply causing checks and tightening to SUSAN JEWEL, LITCHFIELD LADY, HINUERA GIRL who was pushed in to DOBBIE as this runner ducked across to the rail. Racing to the bend on the first occasion DOBBIE was hampered for a stride or so when clearing the heels of DARK GARNAH. Racing around the first bend and in to the back straight LITCHFIELD LADY hampered HINUERA GIRL for some distance by attempting to race wide.
Race 3	Greyhounds North Graduation Distance - C1d - 603	In the run in to the home straight on the first occasion there was tightening and jostling between MRS PUNTING, KIKI RHODE and JINJA JAM for a couple of strides.
Race 4	DogZone Sprint - C0 - 318	WICKED TYCOON went up with the lids losing several lengths , she made some ground through out the running but was always too far back. LEGATO BAY angled inwards soon after the start came out then ran in again on to MAKING YOU PAW and MELMAN, both these runners were checked going off balance for a couple of strides losing ground to the rear and were unable to get back in to contention there after
Race 5	Greyhounds As Pets Sprint - C2 - 318	BIG MAN MARJEN ( 1st NZ start ) stumbled on leaving the boxes going down on her nose ,wider out WHAT'S UP WATTO began awkwardly for a stride. BIG BANG MARJEN was last in the early running, she made ground rapidly in to the first turn to check off the heels of PRAIRE KACHINA, BIG BANG MARJEN lost a couple of lengths and chased hard there after to almost run down PRAIRE KACHINA in the latter stages of the race to finish in 2nd placing at the line. Racing in to the first turn WHAT'S UP WATTO angled inwards tightening in on to LUCKY MAN and ASTA a stride or so on ASTA was checked again as PEETA MELLARK came in pushing ASIA OSTEE in to the racing line of ASTA. LUCKY MAN finished in 5th placing and was disqualified after it was found that DON DRAPER was kennelled in error for this race and started.
Race 6	$20,000 Guaranteed Triple Trio Stakes - C1 - 527	MONTANA stood when the lids lifted missing the jump by 10 lengths. Racing in to the bend on the first occasion WHAT THAT DOES was checked as MISS VOTCHKA moved across his racing line ,soon after WHAT THAT DOES crossed to the rail and steadily made ground ,turning for home WHAT THAT DOES pushed through on the inner of OPAWA UNO hampering this runner slightly who was starting to weaken at this point.
Race 7	Deli's Sports Bar Clendon Inn Sprint - C4 - 318	Racing to the first turn CALAMITY FREE angled in on to the hind of HASHTAG JOSH pushing this runner in to CALM NUSKA, and WINFIELD WINTER these runners were all checked Racing in to the first turn CALM NUSKA was checked back and stumbled as WINFIELD WINTER came out off the rail and CALAMITY FREE angled in ,CALM NUSKA lost several lengths back to the rear ,CALAMITY FREE and WINFIELD WINTER came together soon after bumping and jostling for several strides.
Race 8	MTA Gift Vouchers Sprint - C3 - 318	DON DRAPER was declared a late scratching by the Stewards after the brands and microchip number did not match with the papers at the pre race check. Soon after the start SACRED CAN YOU and ROTOVEGAS SPARKY came together bumping and jostling for several strides. Racing in to the first turn ROTOVEGAS SPARKY was checked as THIS TIME PEDRO ran out to avoid heels.
Race 9	Plasterboard Ltd Stakes - C4/5 - 527	In the run in to the bend on the first occasion KISSEN RUN ran out off heels pushing THRILLING GEORGA out in the racing line of INDI RHODE, these three runners were all checked going wide losing ground. KISSEN RUN dropped back to the rear racing along the back straight finishing several lengths in the rear at the line. THRILLING GEORGA was unable to get in to contention after the earlier incident also finishing towards the rear at the line . KISSEN RUN was referred to the vet where she was found to have a wrist injury.
Race 10	Carol's TABs Sprint Series Final - C4f - 318	In the run to the first turn there was bumping and jostling between ALL IN ALL, FORTIS FLIER, WAR ON TERROR, IT'S THE DREAM, and GOOD RETURN ,WHERE'S CARLOS from the wide box raced across the face of these runners causing tightening and checks.
Race 11	Lochinvar Marlow Sprint - C5 - 318	Soon after the start COSMIC PEARL, DOUBLE MAGIC and LOOKS ALL GOOD, came together LOOKS ALL GOOD lost a length then angled outwards behind the leading dogs as they raced to the first turn COSMIC PEARL came out making contact with the hind quarters of HARVEY NICHOLS, with LOOKS ALL GOOD angling back inwards, COSMIC PEARL and LOOKS ALL GOOD were badly hampered as they ran on to heels losing momentum running out wide losing ground and were unable to improve there after.
Race 12	Jack's Wholesale Meats Sprint - C1 - 318	Soon after the start NO PARKING ran across bumping in to THRILLING FLORA, wider out BEALE STREET raced across bumping in to LORD DE AIR . Racing in to the first turn NO PARKING ran in to THRILLING FLORA with this runner being tightened and checked back towards the rear ,further out BEALE STREET made contact with the hind quarters of LORD DE AIR both runners lost ground Nearing the home straight WORKING JEWEL ran out making contact with VON TRAPP who was rapidly improving around the outer , both dogs came together slightly for a stride or so soon after.
Race 13	Non Tote Sprint - Tier 2 - 318	JUNIOR WHAT was slowest to begin, Racing in to the first turn CYCLONE LUSI crossed in towards the lead making contact with the shoulder of FOUND MY BERRIES, CYCLONE LUSI went off stride going back several lengths to midfield, she raced wide across the top bend in to the home straight finishing towards the rear at the line.
