Track: Good The track was presented in a good racing condition being well watered and groomed through out the day. All other equipment operated well through out.

Race 1 YGOT Bonus Scheme Sprint - C0 - 375 Soon after the start JOE JOE and JESSE PINKMAN bumped ,LEROY JETHRO from box 7 raced across the face of these runner with LEGATO BAY checking over heels running in to JESSE PINKMAN and JOE JOE ,all these runners were hampered for a couple of strides going back some lengths. Racing on to the bend JOE JOE and LEGATO BAY came together again both dogs were hampered for a couple of strides.
Race 2 DogZone Sprint - C1 - 375
Race 3 Affordable Pet Accessories Sprint - C2 - 375 racing away from the start ASIA OSTEE ran across on to BEE RABBIT forcing him across on to FRENCH CURVES and REBEL KHAN, PEETA MALLARK caught between these runners was checked back at this point, ASIA OSTEE kept on forcing her way to the rail resulting in FRENCH CURVES and REBEL KAHN making contact with the rail , both dogs went back to the rear. REBEL KAHN attempted to make ground out wide across the top bend ,FRENCH CURVES lost ground steadily there after . to finish a margin in the rear at the line . REBEL KAHN and FRENCH CURVES were referred to the vet for assessment where no abnormalities were found.
Race 4 Greyhounds North Maiden Distance - C0d - 650 In the run to the bend on the first occasion THRILLING DYNAMO changed ground out across heels, just ahead FOUND ROMAN came out as LEGAL AID came in these dogs bumped and jostled with LEGAL AID losing momentum going back on to THRILLING DYNAMO who went back on to BOSTON MONA ,these two dogs lost ground racing out wide in to the first bend. Racing towards the back straight REGAZZA GINA racing handy was forced to check out across the heels of KWASANT as this runner angled across ,REGAZZA GINA raced widest in to and along the back straight.
Race 5 Box 1 Gold Sprint - C2 - 375 A few strides out of the boxes BOSS APPEAL crossed heels as he angled inwards, FEEL THE VIBE raced across towards the lead across the face of LUCKY MAN checking this runner back on to TIME TO FIND. Racing in to the first bend EZ FERETTI ( fav ), LUCKY MAN, TIME TO FIND and BOSS APPEAL were all held up for several strides when looking to gain racing room to improve. EZ FERETTI after being denied clear racing room back in midfield ran on for 4th placing at the line. TIME TO FIND was down 2.6 kgs today which was an intentional weight reduction by Trainer J Udy the dog had not raced since 29-10-2014, the dog was vetted all clear to race.
Race 6 Palamountains Nutrition Sprint - C3 - 375 SHELBY KING and CALIFORNIA KING bumped as they came away from the start . Racing in to the first turn CALIFORNIA KING ( fav ) was tightened inwards losing his position as FANCY ROVER from box 8 raced across pushing VERY CHILLY in on to SHELBY KING and CALIFORNIA KING, as this dog lost ground he was bumped and jostled by DON DRAPER for a couple of strides, CALIFORNIA KING went back to the rear and was unable to get in to contention there after.
Race 7 Happy Birthday Peter Henley Stakes - C1 - 457 Racing in to the first turn ARCANE RAMPAGE angled inwards across the face of OPAWA MARG forcing this dog on to CAWBOURNE JOSH, both these dogs lost momentum back to the rear ,a couple of strides on CAWBOURNE JOSH struck trouble again hen clearing the heels of RUTH'S RAIDER . CAWBOURNE JOSH and OPAWA MARG were unable to get back in to contention there after finishing in the rear at the line.
Race 8 Superior Chunky Dog Rolls Sprint - C5 - 375 Racing away from the boxes MACJAM ran in pushing UNO LACHLAN across the face of HUNTED ONE who was stopped for a stride checking off the back of these dogs. Racing in to the first turn MACJAM racing in 2nd position was almost dragged down as UNO LACHLAN ran on to her hind quarters and was hampered again as UNO LACH LAN caught her heels again when coming off the back of her ,MACJAM went back through the field bumping UNO LACHLAN out in to the line of COSMIC MACK who was tightened running out of room and falling. MACJAM lost a fair amount of ground after this incident but ran on for 5th placing at the line and was referred to the vet for assessment . COSMIC MACK recovered to his feet to finish on to the lure and was referred to the vet for assessment.
Race 9 The Clubhouse Sports Bar Series Final - C1f - 457 PINEAPPLE SPLIT began a bit awkwardly for a stride or so from box 4. racing to the first turn SUMMIT ROCK and WHAT THAT DOES raced close together for some distance ,as they went in to the first turn SUMMIT ROCK went out on to TRENDY LASS hampering both dogs ,at this point MONTANA angled in hampering for a stride or so.
Race 10 Te Awamutu Self Storage Stakes - C4/5 - 457 Racing away from the start SPANISH FANCY raced across checking LITTLE DREAMS for a stride or so. In the run to the first turn TEGAMBO and MOORE PARK MISS came together jostling for several strides, racing in to the first turn MOORE PARK MISS came out on to CAWBOURNE STEVE slightly ,as they went in to the bend FANCY INVADER crossed inwards between runners catching the heels of MOORE PARK MISS who lost momentum as she went back JAZZBOY JACK on the improve caught her outer heel, MOORE PARK MISS became unbalanced for a couple of strides going back to the rear and was unable to improve there after.
Race 11 0800 4 Down Cow Sprint - C4 - 375 From the jump PREMIER OSTI ran in on to HIGH CALIBRE who caught KIKI RHODE in the shoulder with this dog stumbling losing a length. Racing in to the first turn JELLY GEM was almost in the lead was tightened between runners as FORTIS FLYER angled across forcing ARMASTICE DAY in on to JELLY GEM, PREMIER OSTI and CALM NUSKA on the inner. JELLY GEM and CALM NUSKA went back towards the rear ,JELLY GEM lost momentum and was unable to get back in to contention there after finishing in last placing at the line, CALM NUSKA made good ground back in to 4th placing at the line.
Race 12 All Sew Embroidery Stakes - C2/3 - 457 In the run in to the first turn THREAT angled across to the rail hampering TEEGZ who went back to the rear ,after being last away by several lengths VIVA VANE improved to make ground in to the first bend but was carted wide along with BLACK DUDE as TEPERITA ENFORCE came out when avoiding the heels of PROPHECY, these three dogs were unable to get back in to contention being the last three runners to the line.
