Judicial report: Trainers Partnership, Udy and Bliek were fined $ 100-00 under Rule 69.11 when GEM'S CONQUEST was presented 1.6 kilograms up in weight from its last start on 21.01.2015.

Race 1	ABSOLUTELY ELECTRICAL C0 - C0 - 305	GOODTIME TEXAN began awkwardly losing several lengths and he stayed well back throughout.
Race 2	HARRISON HIRE MASTER C0 - C0 - 305	CLEARLY MAGIC began awkwardly losing two lengths and settled back. CLEARLY MAGIC then made contact with the rail on the bend and was referred to the Vet for assessment and found to have suffered from bruising. RANGER'S WALTZ checked off the back of CHERIE CHERIE going into the bend and they both became unbalanced and lost ground. PORTOBELLO PATSY checked over the heels of WICKED TYCOON on the home turn and shifted out abruptly making contact with ROGER RED and they both lost three lengths.
Race 3	WWW.RACINGTIPS.CO.NZ C0 - C0 - 520	CAWBOURNE GRACIE shifted in from the start and checked MIGHTY BA BA and MEG'S ME MUM and they lost ground and settled back. CAROLINA MOON shifted in on the first bend and checked MEG'S ME MUM and MIGHTY BA BA and they lost three lengths and stayed back from there to finish in the last two places.
Race 4	J P PRINT (PETONE) C0 - C0 - 305	KILIMANJARO was the slowest to begin losing two lengths. FANGIRL shifted in going into the bend and dictated the line of DENALI which shifted in and crowded KILIMANJARO which checked and went back and out onto KEY EYE and GOODTIME MONI and they lost three lengths and stayed back to finish in the last three places. KILIMANJARO was also affected in the incident and lost ground.
Race 5	LIQUORLAND WANGANUI C1 - C1 - 520	Trainer S.Maher was reprimanded after he had inadvertantly placed his dog MEGA JET in the wrong box and this was observed by the starter who advised Mr Maher of the mistake which was immediately corrected. General tightening from the start resulted in checks to HOMEBUSH SPOOK, SHEZA HUM DINGA, WALL AGE and BOTANY BAZZ and they lost ground and stayed back throughut the race and finished in the last four places.
Race 6	THE ROCK 95.2FM C1 - C1 - 305	ACONAGUA was slow to begin losing two lengths. NO TIME YET checked off the heels of SHE SAID MAYBE going into the bend and went back and was hampered from behind by ANOTHER PLANE losing further ground. ACONAGUA then shifted out and NO TIME YET was again hampered when avoiding that runners heels and he went back to the rear and never recovered.
Race 7	WANGANUI CHRONICLE C1 - C1 - 305	ELBRUS was slow to begin and settled at the rear. ANOTHER RULE shifted in going into the bend and checked ELBRUS which lost three lengths and she never recovered and stayed back to finish in last place. FORTIS MEMORIES, NAST BIZO BOI and QUEEN COBRA jostled together going into the bend and FORTIS MEMORIES and QUEEN COBRA lost three lengths.
Race 8	CROMBIE LOCKWOOD (NZ) LTD C1 - C1 - 305	BLACK MAGIC ROCK shifted in abruptly from box 3 at the start and forced BOOMERANG MAN in and he made firm contact with the rail losing several lengths and he tailed the field throughout and finished last. BOOMERANG MAN was referred to the Vet for assessment and cleared of injury. PIXIE DUST and HOMEBUSH DODGER came together and bumped going into the bend and they lost two lengths.
Race 9	WANGANUI SECURITY C1 - C1 - 305	GEM'S CONQUEST was slow to begin losing two lengths and she stayed well back throughout the race. GOODTIME HELEN clipped the heels of SILVER TOKAAM going into the bend and she became unbalanced losing four lengths but once balanced again, she was observed to to be running on well at the finish.
Race 10	THE DOGZONE C1 - C1 - 520	All clear.
Race 11	PALAMOUNTAINS SCIENTIFIC NUTRITION C1 - C1 - 305	COYOTE CAUGHT YA began awkwardly losing ground and he stayed back throughout the race to finish in last place.
Race 12	BOOK YOUR FUNCTION @ HATRICK C2 - C2 - 305	MANU RAMA was slow to begin and settled at the rear. MANU RAMA then galloped on the back of MISS JOLT going into the bend when MISS JOLT went back a length and they both lost four lengths and never recovered.
Race 13	Non Tote - Tier 2 - 305	HOMEBUSH OLIVE shifted in soon after the start and caused checks to ARCHIE'S TIME and INDEFINITE ORDER and they both lost ground and stayed back to finish in the rear group.
