Race 1	ABSOLUTELY ELECTRICAL C0 - C0 - 305	Soon after the start CAWBOURNE BID, BOTANY CHRIS ,CAWBOURNE WALLY all came together, MIGHTY BA BA and HOMEBUSH ROCCO on their inner bumped then came out on to DAZZLING DI, CAWBOURNE WALLY bounced off BOTANY CHRIS over on to MIGHTY BA BA. who ran in to HOMEBUSH ROCCO . Racing in to the first turn DAZZLING DI crossed to the rail hampering CAWBOURNE WALLY, HOMEBUSH ROCCO and MIGHTY BA BA, these runners all tightened together losing momentum as CAWBOURNE BIRD angled across forcing BOTANY CHRIS in on to these dogs with them all losing ground at this point.
Race 2	HARRISON HIRE MASTER C0 - C0 - 520	In the run in to the bend on the first occasion HOMEBUSH MAGIC became unbalanced for a couple of strides, soon after ALAMEIN JUDE was hampered racing in to the bend as KEY EYE improved just ahead, ALAMEIN JUDE ducked in towards the rail ,he raced up on the outer of HOMEBUSH MAGIC with both runners coming together ,HOMEBUSH MAGIC was checked and went back to last in the running, wider out KLIMANJARO ran widest around the first bend and was unable to get in to contention there after finishing towards the rear with HOMEBUSH MAGIC. HOMEBUSH MAGIC was referred to the vet at the handlers request where a 5 day stand down was imposed for a puncture wound to the left carpus.
Race 3	WWW.RACINGTIPS.CO.NZ C0 - C0 - 305	GOODTIME TEXAN stood when the lids lifted missing the start by a wide margin ,GOODTIME TEXAN made some ground to finish several lengths in last placing at the line. CAWBOURNE SARAH ( fav ) was only fairly away from box 1 ,in the run to the first turn STAND UP GIRL angled across forcing CHERIE CHERIE in on to CAWBOURNE SARAH severely checking her ,CAWBOURNE SARAH lost ground back towards the rear, wider out GUMMY GUMSTA ran out across heels bumping PRINCELY COUNT who lost a length or so ,he then ran across towards the rail hampering CAWBOURNE SARAH for a stride or so . When in the clear CAWBOURNE SARAH ran on well for 4th placing at the line and was referred to the vet as a precaution where no abnormalities were found.
Race 4	J P PRINT (PETONE) C1 - C1 - 305	On getting away from the start SCOTT MY MONEY ran out pushing NEWTON WILLOW out on to SKELETON WITCH ( fav ) who was pushed out on to LAGOON FAME,SKELETON WITCH and NEWTON WILLOW were tightened and unbalanced or a stride or so ,BLAZE'S CORPORAL angled across forcing LAGOON FAME in on to SKELETON WITCH, NEWTON WILLOW and SCOTT MY MONEY all these runners were tightened and jostled going back several lengths. On the point of the home turn SKELETON WITCH in the rear attempted to improve and was forced to check out wide across the heels of NEWTON WILLOW . SKELETON WITCH finished in last position at the line and was referred to the vet for assessment as a precaution where no abnormalities were found.
Race 5	LIQUORLAND WANGANUI C1 - C1 - 520	WINSOME JENNY ( fav ) made a poor start ,coming off the mat she was checked as BUSTER BOY ran in to her shoulder with NITRO MARY running in tightening and checking WINSOME JENNY back to the rear . Racing in to the bend on the first occasion WINSOME JENNY was forced to check over the heels of SHEZA HUM DINGA as this runner angled across ,WINSOME JENNY went wide towards the back straight where she soon improved rapidly between runners to run on best for an easy win.
Race 6	THE ROCK 95.2FM C1 - C1 - 305	This race was delayed 1 minute at the request of race day control. MIGHTY MAGIC ( fav ) was only fairly away from box 3 ,soon after NINA BE GOOD angled across forcing SO UNBELIEVABLE and SNOW DEMON inwards , a stride or so on SO UNBELIEVABLE angled out bumping NINA BE GOOD on to MIGHTY MAGIC Racing on to the top bend SO UNBELIEVABLE caught a heel of SNOW DEMON and ran outwards forcing SO UNBELIEVABLE and MIGHTY MAGIC very wide ,these three runners tangled for several strides losing all chance finishing well back at the line.
Race 7	WANGANUI SECURITY C1/2 - C1/2 - 520	AMY WINEGLASS began awkwardly from box 5 , Racing away from the start TE MAARI STYLE was checked as OPAWA JACKIE ran out on his shoulder, AMY WINEGLASS ran across at this point resulting in TE MAARI STYLE being tightened and squeezed back to the rear . Racing around the bend on the first occasion TE MAARI STYLE angled out wide racing wide through out there after covering a fair amount of extra ground ,he appeared to be uncomfortable in his galloping action along the back straight and around the home bend where he finished in last placing at the line. TE MAARI STYLE was referred to the vet for assessment where no abnormalities were found.
Race 8	CROMBIE LOCKWOOD (NZ) LTD C1 - C1 - 305	BLACK MAGIC ROCK ran in sharply on leaving the boxes and was lucky to straighten up before making contact with the rail. Racing on to the bend TAI BAXTER ran in to the side of ANOTHER RULE who ran in to NO TIME YET ( fav ) TAI BAXTER ran on to the back of ANOTHER RULE BLACK MAGIC ROCK in behind was hampered for several strides in avoiding the heels of runners coming back on him. NO TIME YET drifted nearing the home turn finishing amongst the beaten runners at the line . SERVE YA PURPOSE raced widest in to and around the top bend making good ground ,he was hampered turning for home as BULET TOOTH TONY came out forcing him wider ,SERVE YA PURPOSE finished a nose back in 3rd placing at the line which was a good effort after the amount of ground he covered.
Race 9	WANGANUI SECURITY C4/5 - C4/5 - 520	GIRL PRIDE began awkwardly from box 3 ,she was bumped as MAMMY BROWN angled across . GIRL PRIDE went back to the rear and never improved there after finishing well back at the line . GIRL PRIDE was referred to the vet for assessment where she was found to have gracilis muscle pain on the near side. WALLACE LAD received a heavy knock at the lure and was referred to the vet by the handler where he was found to have a sprained right wrist with a 21 day stand down imposed.
Race 10	THE DOGZONE C2 - C2 - 305	SARAH'S DOMAIN ( fav ) was away well from box 1 ,racing to the first turn she checked off the heels of BOTANY WIN as this runner crossed down to the rail SARAH'S DOMAIN lost a couple of lengths a few strides on RUNS FOR GAS improved past SARAH'S DOMAIN angled down to the rail SARAH'S DOMAIN was forced to check off heels again going back towards the rear and was unable to improve there after.
Race 11	PALAMOUNTAINS SCIENTIFIC NUTRITION C2/3 - C2/3 - 305	LYNNY SOUTHCOMBE was a late scratching due to showing signs of being in season after she was taken from her kennel for this race. SHEIK 'EM UP began awkwardly from the inside box ,wider out TONGARIRO and ANOTHER COLT bumped ,TONGARIRO stumble slightly at this point as ANOTHER GROOM raced across ,further in ANOTHER DRINK bumped CAWBOURNE MATTY ,SHEIK 'EM UP in behind was hampered for several strides as ANOTHER DRINK was pushed inwards . racing in to the first turn ANOTHER GROOM was matching strides in front on the outer of CAWBOURNE MATTY was bumped in the hindquarters by HOMEBUSH ZANE , ANOTHER GROOM became unbalanced for a few strides losing momentum and several lengths back to midfield and was unable to make ground there after.
Race 12	BOOK YOUR FUNCTION @ HATRICK C 4/5 - C4/5 - 305	Racing away from the boxes BIG BOY DENO raced across on to HOMEBUSH ARIEL and ALLEGRO CLASS ,further in WINFIELD AUTUMN and EL JETTA came together ,EL JETTA ran in to CALL ME RALPH who had stumbled slightly coming off the mat, BIG BOY DENO kept on trying to cross over running in to EL JETTA turning this runner sideways and hampering CALL ME RALPH again . racing in to the first turn CAWBOURNE STEVE racing handy on the inner was hampered for some distance as HOMEBUSH CHURRO lay him on him, this allowed ALLEGRO CLASS a clear run to the lead and was able to get several lengths on CAWBOURNE STEVE who ran in to 2nd placing at the line.
