LUCAS SCOTT (1) was keen to get away from the rail in the back straight and received a check when doing so losing ground. Into the bend KNOW CONTEST (2) was tightened and ran outwards pushing MAYBE WHAT and FERAL COASTER very wide. TELL THE BOYS (4) was dragged down for a stride on the home turn as BITA BANTA (7) got on its heels. TELL THE BOYS was referred to the vet for assessment and given the all clear. |
| Race 2 | Power Farming Canterbury Maiden Stakes Heat 1 - C0q - 520 Heat 1 | KNOW WORTH (2) and CAWBOURNE KENNY (8) were the last pair on settling. BENJAMIN BLACK (5) angled inwards in the early stages pushing KNOW WORTH down the track with OAK SPUR (1) also receiving a check. HOMEBUSH HANSOME (3) was checked into the bend as it angled inwards and OPAWA KURU (4) improved to its inside making shoulder contact. CAWBOURNE KENNY was pushed wide as a result of this of this incident. |
| Race 3 | Greyhounds As Pets Sprint - C0 - 295 | FIRST OFFICER (1), CAWBOURNE WILMER (5), KNOW STRUGGLE (6) and WOOLY WHATSIT (7) were all tardily away. KNOW STRUGGLE and CAWBOURNE WILMER came together in the early stages. KNOW STRUGGLE checked off the heels of BOLTIN ARCHIE (2) into the bend and ran outwards simultaneously to FIRST OFFICER angling outwards. This placed CAWBOURNE WILMER and WOOLY WHATSIT in restricted room with KNOW STRUGGLE receiving a check and falling. KNOW STRUGGLE completed the race and was referred to the vet for assessment. |
| Race 4 | Power Farming Canterbury Maiden Stakes Heat 2 - C0q - 520 Heat 2 | SKILLZ TAYLOR (5) and BELFAST EEJIT (7) were the last pair to jump. COLDRUM (9) was dragged down for a stride into the first bend and ran outwards pushing KNOW LUCK (2) and MERCEDES GOLD (10) over extra ground. In behind SKILLZ TAYLOR checked outwards off the hind quarters of EUG THE SCROOGE (1) pushing BELFAST EEJIT and MOBILIZE (8) wider on the track. SKILLZ TAYLOR and MOBILIZE were again checked at the entrance to the back straight. When questioned in regards to the improvement of the winner MERCEDES GOLD the connections advised that the bitch had been freshened and had been trialling well in preparation for this event. |
| Race 5 | Ritchies Coachlines Dash - C0 - 295 | OUR JOHN (8) was last to jump. FERAL HOKI (7) was dragged down for a stride into the bend and dropped to the rear. ILABB (6) and KNOW RIGHTS (9) came together for a few strides on the home turn when well back. |
| Race 6 | Power Farming Canterbury Maiden Stakes Heat 3 - C0q - 520 Heat 3 | SHAKAYLA ROSE (4) ran sharply outwards in the early stages checking KNOW MENTION (6) and EM CEE DEE (7) with ALBIE DEE (8) also being inconvenienced. Into the first bend SHAKAYLA ROSE received a check and lost ground. KNOW MENTION checked outwards on the first bend off the back of ZAHRA MOON (5) and ALBIE JAY and pushed EM CEE DEE wider on the track. SHAKAYLA ROSE received another check at the entrance to the back straight and dropped to a clear last with this bitch being referred to the vet for assessment and cleared of any abnormality. |
| Race 7 | Shirley Vet Clinic Sprint - C0 - 295 | JAMAICAN ARCHIE (2) was a clear last at the jump. COSMIC CHELSEA (4) ran inwards in the back straight checking KING OF KICKING (3) and tightening HOMEBUSH NAKI (1). JAMAICAN ARCHIE ran outwards into the bend checking CAWBOURNE KITT (5) and KNOW SALUTE (6) with PISTOLS PRINCESS (7) being pushed wider on the track. KNOW SALUTE shifted up the track on the home turn pushing PASS WITH CARE (8) over extra ground. KNOW SALUTE then angled inwards checking KING OF KICKING. PISTOLS PRINCESS ran inwards over the concluding stages coming together with COSMIC CHELSEA losing momentum. PISTOLS PRINCESS was referred to the vet for assessment with no injury detected. |
| Race 8 | Glenbyre Tavern Stakes - C2 - 520 | KNOW TASTE (5) and GOLDSTAR BOMBER (7) were the last pair at the jump. KINLOCH POWER (1) ran outwards in the early stages checking EARN ME SOME (9) for a stride. GOLD VIPA (8) shifted up the track when weakening in the home straight. |

CAWBOURNE ROMAN was checked when devoid of racing room into the bend and lost ground running wide on the track. |

| Race 11 | C.T.V. Dash - C2 - 295 | ANOTHER GROOM (5) and MAMALULU (4) were tightened into the bend. Soon after KNOW MAGIC (2) angled outwards checking PHAT PANTS (3) and HOMEBUSH BRUNO (8). ZULU BRO (7) and NORMAN JEWEL (6) ran wide around the bend at this stage. MAMALULU checked outwards off ZULU BRO on the home turn. |

In the back straight KNOW FAVOURS (5) shifted up the track checking JACK'S A JEWEL (6) for a stride. KNOW FAVOURS then raced wide into the bend pushing JACK'S A JEWEL very wide with this pair losing their chances. |
