Judicial report: Supplementary: Christchurch Greyhound Racing Club , 22nd December 2014 - Race 7 - Trainer L Waretini advised Stewards that following WILL EXCITE's disappointing performance the dog had been found to have a laceration to it's left hind pad. Ms Waretini added that the dog had responded positively to treatment.

Race 1	Happy New Year Dash - C2 - 295	UNO FLASH (8) was considerably slow to jump. ANOTHER GROOM (1) lost ground when placed in restricted room racing into the bend by KNOW MAGIC (4). This in turn caused an inconvenience to CRONK WENT PLONK (3). UNO FLASH was awkwardly placed behind ANOTHER GROOM and CRONK WENT PLONK round the bend.
Race 2	Super Pets Dash - C5 - 295	SOZIN'S COMET (1) lost momentum when being obliged to check off the heels of MR.WHIPPY (8) racing into the bend. ANIU (2) and CRACKING CHAIN (3) were placed in restricted room and lost ground when STAR DREAMER (6) moved inwards prior to the bend. SOZIN'S COMET and SPUD GUN (7) came together leaving the bend. MR. WHIPPY was sent to the vet for assessment at the request of its connections.
Race 3	Thursday Place Pick Sprint - C3/4 - 295	OHOKA HOPE (2) and DILLMANSTOWN (6) came together just prior to the bend with OHOKA HOPE losing ground.
Race 4	Happy Birthday Johnny McInerney Stakes - C2 - 520	NICKY NOIR (8) was last to jump. Shortly after the start EARN ME SOME (6) came inwards bumping OPAWA JEAN (5) onto STICH UP (2). STICH UP then lost ground when placed in restricted room racing into the first bend by EARN ME SOME which had continued to come in. KINLOCH POWER (4) came inwards and was had it's heels climbed on by LAGOON MAY (3) entering the first bend with both these runners racing wide. CULVIE SPRITE (7) and NICKY NOIR came together on several occasions in the run home
Race 5	christchurchgreyhounds.co.nz Dash - C3 - 295	BLUE REVIEW (2) was slow to jump before galloping awkwardly. This dog was sent to the vet for assessment. SENORITA TINA (5) came together with JUDITH MARY (4) after the start. BARICLE BULLET (3) was placed in restricted room between SENORITA TINA and HANNA THE SPANNA (1) prior to the bend.
Race 6	I Pave Concrete Sprint - C5 - 295	LITTLE MIDNIGHT(8) was slow to jump. COSTING MONEY (3) was sent to the vet for assessment after it fell to the track racing into the bend due to being tightened by OPAWA CASPER (5) who in turn had been tightened by KERAMUS (6). STARBURST TERRY (1) had to check off the heels of SPRINKLES (7) exiting the bend.
Race 7	Kolorful Kanvas Dash - C3/4 - 295	RED HOT FURY (5) was squeezed between HOMEBUSH ROCKY (4) and KNOW MAYHEM (6) shortly after the start.
Race 8	Christchurch Casino Stakes - C3 - 520	WHAT I LIKE (3), BOTANY SEATON (4), OPAWA JED (5) and CAWBOURNE FLOYD (10) were all squeezed between RUNAWAY TAXI (2) and OPAWA KENDEL (7) shortly after the start. Racing into the first bend BOTANY SEATON checked inwards off the heels of RUNAWAY TAXI (2) hampering OPAWA KENDAL (7). VOUSSOIR (8) raced wide round the first bend. This bitch was sent to the vet for assessment at the request of it's connections.
Race 9	Greyhounds As Pets Sprint - C3 - 295	Shortly after the start FANTASIC FOUR (5) came inwards squeezing BLUE GALE RISE (3) onto ADROIT (2). Racing into the bend RICK'S TERRA (6) came inwards impeding GO BIRDIE(4), ADROIT and severely checking FANTASTIC FOUR. BLUE GALE RISE was also inconvenienced in this indecent.FANTASTIC FOUR was sent to the vet for assessment.
Race 10	C.T.V. Dash - C5 - 295	Racing into the bend HOMEBUSH KELSO(5) was obliged to check off the heels of INSPECTOR SPOT (7). SMASH THAT (2) commenced to race wide from the bend forcing KNOW PRIDE(3) to check off it's heels and OHOKA COBY(4) and RODIGUEZ to race wide.
Race 11	Carol's T.A.B. Stakes - C5 - 520	KNOW ATTEMPT (8) was slow to jump. MAGIC EMILY (6) was squeezed between KNOW DANGER (5) and GAME GIRL (7) early. HIS LORDSHIP (1) had to check off the heels of TRUST ISSUES (2) racing round the first bend.
Race 12	Livamol Sprint - C3/4 - 295	No racing incidents.
