Track: Good The track was presented in a good racing condition ,all other equipment operated well through out the meeting.

Judicial report: L Ahern kennels made application to the Stewards to cancel the endorsement on the papers Rule ( 80.7 ) of FASHION AND FAME having completed 10 clear runs

Race 1	ABSOLUTELY ELECTRICAL C0 - C0 - 305	FOUND MY BERRIES and CUTS DEEP bumped coming off the mats ,CUTS DEEP then angled across in to the shoulder of SO UNBELIEVABLE in on to HOMEBUSH BOBBY, soon after nearing the first turn TO THE BANK came outwards across the face of HOMEBUSH BOBBY who went back on to SO UNBELIEVABLE both these dogs were badly hampered for a few strides going back towards the rear ,COOL GYPSY also came outwards across the heels of TO THE BANK causing CUTS DEEP to make contact with his hindquarters ,all these runners lost a fair amount of ground ,TO THE BANK finished on well for 3rd placing at the line.
Race 2	HARRISON HIRE MASTER C0 - C0 - 305	ALAMEIN GOLDIE stood when the lids went up then stumbled as he came off the mat missing the start by 10 lengths ,he made some ground throughout the race but still finished well back SKELETON WITCH raced to the lead in to the first turn angling inwards across the face of DAVEY BOY SCOTT and GUMMY GUMPSTA who went back on to MAGIC WHITELOCK ( fav ) ,he went back towards the rear and only battled away in to 5th placing at the line. racing on to the top bend GUMMY GUMSTA ran outwards checking DAVEY BOY SCOTT who went back on to HIDE THE SOCKS and PRINCELY COUNT checking these runners ,WORKING POPPY raced wide around the outer avoiding interference finishing well in to 2nd placing at the line . GUMMY GUMSTA after running wide on to the top bend raced widest there after covering a lot of extra ground finishing in 3rd placing at the line.
Race 3	WWW.RACINGTIPS.CO.NZ C0 - C0 - 305	Racing to the first turn HOMEBUSH NARK came in on to PIXIE DUST and GOODTIME ALANNAH ,severely forcing these runners in resulting in GOODTIME ALANNAH running up on to the back of PIXIE DUST almost dragging this runner down as the parted HOMEBUSH CELIA raced through between them with GOODTIME MONI running in to GOODTIME ALANNAH almost falling running outwards in to the path of PRINCESS NOVAK almost losing her footing running outwards taking PIXIE DUST to the outside of the track, these runners lost all chance finishing well back in a strung out field. GOODTIME ALANNAH, PIXIE DUST, PRINCESS NOVAK and GOODTIME MONI were all referred to the vet for assessment all were cleared with the exception of GOODTIME MONI who has a triceps muscle injury.
Race 4	J P PRINT (PETONE) C0 - C0 - 520	On leaving the boxes INFERNAL MAJESTY ran in to the shoulder of LAGOON MAC ,INFERNAL MAJESTY then ran out on to SUSAN JEWEL who was then bumped as HOMEBUSH MAGIC pushed MEG'S ME MUM across tightening together for a couple of strides.
Race 5	LIQUORLAND WANGANUI C1 - C1 - 305	SPRING MAJOR ( fav ) was only fairly away in the midfield ,he was tightened and checked between MISS RAZZ and SCOTT MY MONEY, MISS RAZZ was turned sideways in to the shoulder of SPRING MAJOR with SCOTT MY MONEY being pushed inwards jostling SPRING MAJOR for a few strides. Racing in to the first turn SPRING MAJOR was tightened inwards again almost making contact with the hindquarters of EXCESSIVE SPEED . SPING MAJOR lost ground to be well back in the running ,he made good ground in the run home to finish in to 3rd placing at the line . ICAHN from box 7 raced wide through out as is his normal racing style covering a fair amount of extra ground running in to 5th placing at the line.
Race 6	THE ROCK 95.2FM C1 - C1 - 520	In the run to the first bend ALAMEIN BLONDE came in on to the shoulder of SPEEDY FEET bumping and hampering this runner for a few strides ,soon after BOSTON MONA angled across forcing BOTANY SEL in on to HOMEBUSH SPOOK, ALAMEIN BLONDE and SPEEDY FEET who was hampered again for a couple of strides. SPEEDY FEET improved sharply towards the home turn and had to cross out over heels bumping in to BOSTON MONA carting this runner wide in to the home straight where both runners came together again SPEEDY FEET finished in to 4th placing at the line, BOSTON MONA weakened back to 7th at the line.
Race 7	WANGANUI CHRONICLE C1 - C1 - 305	From the jump INDEFINATE ORDER ran outwards across the face of TE MAARI STYLE and TASHA RAMA ,INDEFINATE ORDER kept on moving outwards with TASHA RAMA having trouble clearing the back of INDEFINATE ORDER for several strides , TASHA RAMA and TE MAARI STYLE went back towards the rear ,soon after racing in to the first bend HOMEBUSH DODGER improved past TASHA RAMA angling inwards checking this runner again ,TASHA RAMA lost more ground back with TE MAARI STYLE and both were unable to improve there after finishing in the rear at the line.
Race 8	CROMBIE LOCKWOOD (NZ) LTD C1 - C1 - 520	Racing to the bend first time around there was jostling and tightening as OPAWA JEN came across on to MISS SELFIES, SUE SEWS SOCKS and WORBOYS ( fav ) who was attempting to angle outwards ,SUE SEWS SOCKS and THRILLING AVA wider out were checked back as HOMEBUSH BOUNCE angling across forcing OPAWA LACHLAN inwards a few strides on BANJO'S RETREAT and WORBOYS came together ,WORBOYS was forced up on to the back of HOMEBUSH BOUNCE ,WORBOYS went sideways outwards cannoning in to OPAWA LACHLAN ,WORBOYS was lucky to stay on his feet losing ground to a clear last in the running and was unable to improve there after. WORBOYS and OPAWA LACHLAN were referred to the vet for assessment.
Race 9	WANGANUI SECURITY C1 - C1 - 305	From the jump HOMEBUSH FINE box 8 cut across sharply severely checking SERENA ROSE ( fav ),DO MORE who hit the hindquarters of RUNS FOR GAS pushing this runner in on to SERVE YA PURPOSE and NOMINAL LILY all these runners were hampered for several strides, HOMEBUSH FINE kept on trying to cross resulting in RUNS FOR GAS being tightened and checked back towards the rear . Racing in to the first turn HOMEBUSH FINE on the outer vying for the lead severely tightened runners on her inner ,SERVE YA PURPOSE, NOMINAL LILY, SUNDAY DRIVER ,DO MORE and FIGIAN DANDY these runners all were badly checked losing ground ,a few strides on HOMEBUSH FINE was able to get away to a handy lead ,RUNS FOR GAS after being checked early made ground around the outer across the top bend to get handy running down HOMEBUSH FINE in the concluding stages.
Race 10	THE DOGZONE C1 - C1 - 520	All clear
Race 11	PALAMOUNTAINS SCIENTIFIC NUTRITION C1 - C1 - 305	HANIFY CAE ( fav ) missed the start being last in the early running ,he soon improved rapidly along the inner racing in to and across the top bend to run away for a impressive win. In the run to the first turn FORTIS MEMORIES angled outwards pushing HOMEBUSH FLYTE outwards ,FORTIS MEMORIES caught the heels of LAGOON FAME at this point MISS GRASSHOPPER was hampered going back coming together with FORTIS MEMORIES who was attempting to get out wider pushing HOMEBUSH FLYTE wide
Race 12	HAPPY NEW YEAR, BACK AGAIN WEDNESDAY 7TH JANUARY C2 - C2 - 305	Racing to the first turn ARIZONA SKY angled across tightening ALAMEIN BEE DEE in on to CAWBOURNE MIDGET who made contact with the hindquarters WALDO BAXTER ,ALAMEIN BEE DEE and CAWBOURNE MIDGIT were checked back towards the rear, ARIZONA SKY was bumped racing on to the bend losing ground there after finishing in the rear at the line.
