Weather: OvercastTrack: Good After heavy rain the track was presented in a very good racing order . All other equipment operated well through out the programme.

| Race 1 | Greyhound Function Centre Sprint - C1 - 318 | Racing to the first turn there was crowding as MEMBERS ONLY angled in on to CHEVY IMPALA and WHAT'S UP WATTO, wider out WINSOME GEORGE cut in through the field across the face of STILL DON'T KNOW and CHEVY IMPALA, WINSOME GEORGE ran in checking WHAT'S UP WATTO who went back on to CHEVY IMPALA who stumbled running outwards forcing STILL DON'T KNOW and CARTER CASH wide on to the top bend CHEVY IMPALA was referred to the vet for assessment where he was found to have a fractured toe MEMBERS ONLY ran third and was referred to the vet at the Trainers request where a puncture wound to the left carpus was found. |
| Race 2 | Lochinvar Marlow Sprint - C0 - 318 | RUBY TWO BEE went up with the lids being last away . Racing in to the first turn FALSE ACCUSATION raced across to the rail, MONTANA caught his heels going in on to EFFIE AWARDS and RUBY TWO BEE who stumbled ,EFFIE AWARDS ran wide in to and around the top bend covering a lot of extra ground. Racing across the top bend HERSCHKE ran on to the back of DAISY who went down on her haunches for a stride or so ,DYLANS A VILLIAN ran wide to avoid these two runners . DAISY lost ground to the rear finishing well back in a strung out field at the line. DAISY was referred to the vet for assessment where no abnormalities were found. |
| Race 3 | Carol's TABS Stakes - C1 - 527 | RADLEE REASON went up with the lids missing the start by 5 or more lengths. Racing in to the first bend LUCKY MAN and MR DARCI came together bumping and jostling for several strides, ZAMDATO improving through the field crossed to the rail severely hampering DIRECTOR VANCE who went back to a clear last in the running and was unable to improve there after in a fast run race. |
| Race 4 | Greyhounds As Pets Sprint - C2 - 318 | In the run in to the first turn TOI SHAN on getting to the lead angled inwards on to IT'S THE DREAM and ASIA OSTEE who was tightened for room for several strides, wider out PEETA MALLARK raced towards the leaders angling in forcing HOT POOTIE inwards severely tightening TOI SHAN and IT'S THE DREAM who caught heels losing momentum going back on to MISS JOLT and THRILLING ABRA, all these runners lost a fair amount of ground allowing PEETA MALLARK, ASIA OSTEE and HOT POOTIE to get away on the rest of the field and were the first three to the line. |
| Race 5 | Sel's TAB Mangere Stakes - C2/3 - 527 | Racing in to the home turn YES NO MAYBE and THIS TIME PEDRO came together bumping for a couple of strides, THIS TIME PEDRO lost a few lengths finishing in 4th placing at the line. |
| Race 6 | $10,000 Guaranteed Triple Trio Sprint - C3 - 318 | Soon after the start HEZA CARLOS and ZIPPING WILL bumped, a few strides on NINJAGO and ZIPPING WILL came together as ALL IN ALL angled outwards ,FRENCH CURVES from the 8 box raced across inwards across the heels of ALL IN ALL with ROTOVEGAS SPARKY cutting inwards tightening FANCY MY LUCK ( fav )for several strides, ZIPPING WILL on the inner towards the rear became unbalanced for several strides racing in to the first bend , he recovered well to finish in to 3rd placing at the line. |
| Race 7 | Auckland Vending Sprint - C1 - 318 | This race was delayed 2 minutes at the request of Race Day Control. Soon after the start MACJAM and MISSY SLOY came together, MISSY SLOY was checked back back in behind the leaders she then ran outwards to the centre of the track and was then carted wide across the top bend as LORD DE AIR raced up on her inner ,both dogs lost ground finishing towards the rear at the line. Racing in to the first turn MACJAM racing handy was checked going back across heels losing ground towards the rear and was unable to get back in to contention there after. |
| Race 8 | Plasterboard Ltd Stakes - C4 - 527 | In the run in to the first bend GOT AIR angled across on to GOOD RETURN pushing this runner in to DON DRAPER . SPUD MISSILE went straight to the lead from box 5 ,he ran to the outer of the track along the back straight before crossing down to the rail racing in to the final bend but was never in danger of being passed to go on and win well. DON DRAPER was referred to the vet for assessment where he was found to have suffered a grazed stopper pad |
| Race 9 | DogZone Sprint - C4 - 318 | FANCY ROVER began awkwardly from box 5 stumbling slightly as he came off the mat . Racing in to the first turn LOOKS ALL GOOD raced across to the lead checking LITTLE DREAMS inwards on to the shoulder of COSMIC PEARL ,SNAPCHAT in behind ran inwards sharply across heels causing JETSUN BLAZE to run in to the back of her ,these runners lost ground at this point ,SNAPCHAT recovered to finish in to 4th placing at the line. |
| Race 10 | Founders Day Cup - C5 - 527 | On racing away from the start there was tightening and jostling between iNDI RHODE, SHARELLA, NIGHT PEARL and MITIGATOR ,all these runners were affected for a few strides, soon after MITAGATOR was pushed over in behind the leaders as INDI RHODE angled inwards ,as the field raced in to the first bend INDI RHODE ran in to STYLISH FANCY . After the incident soon after the start NIGHT PEARL went back to a clear last in the running staying back through out finishing a margin in the rear at the line and was referred to the vet for assessment where she was found to have pain over left wrist ,the vet has recommended to the connections that the dog may need to be x-rayed. MITAGATOR was also referred to the vet for assessment where he was found to have suffered a minor cut to the left carpus no stand down imposed |
| Race 11 | Deli's Sports Bar Clendon Inn Sprint - C5 - 318 | Racing in to the first turn ROTOVEGAS JUNIOR came in on LITTLE RASCAL turning this runner sideways for a couple of strides . IBIZA FLING made the first turn awkwardly for a couple of strides ,soon after racing on to the bend DOUBLE MAGIC, came in on to ROTOVEGAS JUNIOR and LITTLE RASCAL, these runners jostled for several strides.. TEE KAY YAPPER was towards the rear racing in to the first turn then was forced to race wide he finished well in to 2nd placing at the line. IBIZA FLING was referred to the vet at the trainers request where he was found to have a cut toe |
| Race 12 | MTA Gift Vouchers Sprint - C1 - 318 | BIGTIME CHAI was hard to box away again today and will be boxed first at his next start . BIGTIME CHAI stood when the lids went up losing 6 or so lengths racing in the rear through out there after . NO PARKING was also slow away from box 7 . racing to the first turn NO PARKING and BOSTON MONA came together bumping for a couple of strides ,BOSTON MONA was checked back as NO PARKING cut inwards checking JETSUN STORM and COSMIC PIRATE all these runners lost momentum and ground with BOSTON MONA being forced out wide on to the top bend as JETSUN STORM raced through on her inner. |
