Judicial report: J.McInerney the Trainer of OTTO BAXTER IN RACE 13 was fined $ 100-00 under Rule 69.11 when the dog was presented to race 2.3 kilograms underweight from its last start on 09.12.2014

Race 1	ABSOLUTELY ELECTRICAL C0 - C0 - 305	ICAHN was slow to begin losing three lengths and he then raced a little wide throughout but kept up a strong run to finish in 4th place. FOUND MY BERRIES and PIXIE DUST jostled together for a short distance going to the first corner and were briefly unbalanced but recovered to finish in 2nd and 3rd places. HOMEBUSH EXPRESS shifted in of its own accord and made firm contact with the rail on the first corner and she then shifted out and collided with the hind quarters of HOMEBUSH MELVIN and they stayed back to finish in the last two places. HOMEBUSH EXPRESS was referred to the Vet for assessment and cleared of injury.
Race 2	HARRISON HIRE MASTER C0 - C0 - 305	ALLEGRO TOUCH and WHAT A PARTY bumped together when the start was made and lost a little ground. ALLEGRO TOUCH shifted in going into the bend and bumped with CHERIE CHERIE and they both lost momentum briefly. SNIFF OF BRANDY was tightened between runners soon after the start and lost two lengths. GUMMYGUMPSTA shifted out approaching the home straight and forced ALLEGRO TOUCH wide on the track and they bumped in the straight and ALLEGRO TOUCH lost ground.
Race 3	WWW.RACINGTIPS.CO.NZ C0 - C0 - 305	WAIRERE MIKE was checked going to the first corner and went back to last and stayed back to finish in that position. HOMEBUSH CELIA checked off the heels of BUZZY AS going into the bend and lost two lengths. WAIRERE MIKE checked over the heels of HOMEBUSH HAPPY going into the bend and they both lost ground.
Race 4	J P PRINT (PETONE) C0 - C0 - 520	INFERNAL MAJESTY was a late scratching just before start time when the dog was found to have a minor nail injury which probanly occurred in the kennels. GOODTIME MIKE checked off the back of HOMEBUSH MAGIC going into the first corner and shifted out to race wide on the bend.
Race 5	LIQUORLAND WANGANUI C1 - C1 - 305	BOTANY PETE began awkwardly losing three lengths but he recovered to make up ground and finished in 4th place. BOTANY PETE was checked and fell heavily at the lure and was referred to the Vet for assessment and found to have a leg injury. MANU RAMA shifted in going into the bend and FLIRT WITH ME was checked and went back to the rear. FLIRT WITH ME was referred to the Vet for assessment at the Trainers request and found to have hock swelling. NIKKA CENTURY checked off the back of SCOTT NO MATES on the bend and fell and MANU RAMA was hampered in the incident and lost four lengths. NIKKA CENTURY was referred to the Vet for assessment and found to have gracilus and whip muscle pain.
Race 6	THE ROCK 95.2FM C1 - C1 - 520	HOMEBUSH BOUNCE and GOLFING BUDDY bumped together going into the bend and GOLFING BUDDY was checked and lost four lengths.
Race 7	WANGANUI CHRONICLE C1 - C1 - 305	BIG WONDER and FEAR MARINA were slow to begin losing two lengths. FIJIAN DANDY shifted away from the rail going into the bend and bumped with FEAR MARINA which was forced out onto FIRE BOY BAXTER and all three lost ground and never recovered.
Race 8	CROMBIE LOCKWOOD (NZ) LTD C1 - C1 - 520	CAWBOURNE WALES drifted of the back of the field on the first bend and initially appeared to be off stride but then ran home well over the concluding stages and was referred to the Vet for assessment and found to have wrist pain. OPAWA RABBIT faltered on the home turn and drifted to finish in last place and was referred to the Vet for assessment and found to have thigh muscle pain.
Race 9	WANGANUI SECURITY C1 FINAL - C1f - 305	All clear.
Race 10	THE DOGZONE C1 - C1 - 520	PADDY BAXTER checked off the heels of OPAWA MESSINI going into the first corner and went back onto BRUISER BALE which was hampered for a short distance.
Race 11	PALAMOUNTAINS SCIENTIFIC NUTRITION C1 - C1 - 305	GEM'S CONQUEST began awkwardly losing ground and settled back. GEM'S CONQUEST checked over the heels of ELITE DOSE going into the bend and ran wide covering extra ground and finished in last place.
Race 12	BOOK YOUR FUNCTION @ HATRICK C2 - C2 - 305	ARIZONA SKY and PHILEAS FOGG were slow to begin losing two lengths. THOU ROMEO was awkwardly placed between runners going into the bend and lost two lengths.
Race 13	Non Tote - Tier 2 - 305	PROCRASTINATION shifted out going into the bend and checked OPEHU FLYER which lost four lengths. PROCRASTINATION was referred to the Vet for assessment at the Trainers request and found to have toe laceration. OPEHU FLYER was referred to the Vet for assessment and found to have a toe injury.
Race 14	Non Tote - Tier 2 - 305	OPEHU TIGER and RIBA LORDA were checked losing four lengths when tightened between runners going into the bend and they stayed back to finish in the last two places.
