Health and Safety comment:

Judicial report: PIXIE DUST (R1) and LITTLE PROPHET (R2) were both declared late scratchings during kenneling on Veterinary advice. HOMEBUSH SARAH (R6) and THOU ROMEO (R9) were declared late scratchings due to kennel cough.

Race 1	www.pngreyhounds.kiwi C0 - C0 - 375	WHAT A PARTY stumbled shortly after jumping away, losing ground. CAWBOURNE MATTY angled inwards approaching the bend placing RADIO CALL and ICAHN in restricted room for a short distance. ICAHN then shifted outwards checking BOTANY CHRIS which in turn shifted outwards forcing WHAT A PARTY wider on the track. ICAHN was then obliged to race wide for the remainder. MISS GRASSHOPPER lost it's footing and blundered rounding the bend and appeared to be indifferent in it's action in the home straight. MISS GRASSHOPPER underwent a Veterinary assessment which revealed a Pectoral injury.
Race 2	Yella Mustard @ Stud C0 - C0 - 457	NAVAJO BLUE and CAWBOURNE BRICK came together and bumped over the early stages, with NAVAJO BLUE becoming briefly unbalanced. CAWBOURNE BRICK shifted inwards approaching the bend crowding WORKING POPPY which lost ground. INFERNAL MAJESTY lost ground rounding the bend when racing in tight quarters between WORKING POPPY and NAVAJO BLUE.
Race 3	Grant Irvine Pharmacy C1 - C1 - 375	JOEY'S SECRET was slow to begin (5L). SOME GENES shifted inwards over the early stages making heavy contact with CLASSY ZARA. BOOT THE CASH ran outwards entering the bend checking SOME GENES, which was further hampered when the trailing OLLIE BAXTER was unable to avoid the heels of SOME GENES. CAWBOURNE JOSH which was racing to the outside of OLLIE BAXTER was forced wider for a short distance.
Race 4	Steve The Auctioneer Davis C1 - C1 - 457	MAGIC ARROW began only fairly, settling midfield in the early stages. RADIO GOO GOO shifted outwards abruptly over the initial stages making heavy contact with ROCKY BAXTER. RADIO GOO GOO shifted outwards off the heels of BENJI entering the bend, momentarily inconveniencing ROCKY BAXTER. ROCKY BAXTER then lost contact with the body of the field finishing at the rear. ROCKY BAXTER underwent a Veterinary assessment which revealed a Gracilis injury.
Race 5	No Moore Hassell Petfoods, Levin C1 - C1 - 375	COYOTE CAUGHT YA shifted inwards approaching the bend checking DOGGED DAN which was then further hampered by the trailing HOMEBUSH BOUNCE which was unable to avoid the heels of DOGGED DAN. Also hampered in the incident was PHILEAS FOGG which became unbalanced after being bumped by HOMEBUSH BOUNCE. Shortly after, CAWBOURNE DOUST clipped the heels of COYOTE CAUGHT YA which continued to shift inwards.
Race 6	Creative Catering, Awapuni C2 - C2 - 375	BOSTON LIGHTNING ran inwards sharply approaching the bend colliding with CAWBOURNE STEVE which fell to the track. CAWBOURNE STEVE regained it's footing and finished at the lure. CAWBOURNE STEVE underwent a Veterinary assessment which revealed bruising to the left shoulder. KOTUMBA and BOSTON LIGHTNING were hampered for some distance rounding the bend when racing in tight quarters between CHLOE'S PRODIGY and REBEL JOE. BOSTON LIGHTNING became awkwardly placed on the heels of KOTUMBA shortly after and blundered, losing considerable ground and effectively all chance in the event. BOSTON LIGHTNING underwent a Veterinary assessment which did not reveal any abnormality.
Race 7	Greyhounds As Pets C2/3 - C2/3 - 457	DOLL PARTS and CAWBOURNE BRIGHT came together and bumped over the early stages.
Race 8	Rose City Motel, PN C3 - C3 - 375	RED CRYSTAL shifted inwards approaching the bend forcing AIR RAID into the line of LENNY MAC, ANOTHER JEWEL and TIME FRAUD, with all runners being crowded for a short distance losing ground. Also inconvenienced was ROCK ON SPRITE which was bumped becoming briefly unbalanced. ROCK ON SPRITE ran wide entering the home straight.
Race 9	Racing Series Graduation Final - NZRSf - 457	BOTANY DAVE was slow into stride. GOLD STONE checked outwards off the heels of OPAWA JAY over the early stages. GOLD STONE was then obliged to race wide for the remainder. Racing into the bend, OPAWA SHAIDEN shifted inwards placing MARIAH in restricted room, with MARIAH then shifting outwards onto the heels of OPAWA SHAIDEN which was dragged down, losing ground.
Race 10	Outback Trading Company Ltd C4 - C4 - 375	EL JETTA was slow to begin (5L). FIGLIA shifted outwards entering the bend checking the trailing BEE RABBIT which lost ground.
Race 11	Personal Protection Services Ltd PN C5 - C5 - 375	YA LAUGHIN' and ALLEGRO MASTER were both slow to begin. VARGA FROST was briefly crowded entering the bend when improving up into a run between WHEELIE RASCAL and GUS. YA LAUGHIN' improved up onto the heels of WHEELIE RASCAL rounding the bend, losing ground. VARGA FROST which was trailing was briefly inconvenienced.
Race 12	Livamol Stakes C4 - C4 - 457	SWEET RUBYJANE shifted outwards over the initial stages forcing LOCHINVAR MAUI wider. TRIDENT contacted the hindquarters of WEEPU rounding the bend, with WEEPU becoming briefly unbalanced. TRIDENT contacted the hindquarters of SWEET RUBYJANE entering the home straight resulting in SWEET RUBYJANE becoming unbalanced and shifting out into the line of BIGTIME DASHER and LOCHINVAR MAUI, who were both checked.
