Track: Good After heavy overnight rain & rain during the meeting the track was presented in a good racing order ,all other equipment operated well through out the programme .
Scales: Correct at all weights
Health and Safety comment: Nil

Judicial report: BLUE DESIRE ( J Black ) & MIDNIGHT LOAFA ( W Toomath ) have both been retired from racing as from today.
The track was down graded to dead after race 8.

Race 1	Box 1 Gold Sprint - C1 - 375	From the jump CHEVY IMPALA angled across sharply checking HEY JIMMY, OTEWA BELLA, HOMEBUSH TITAN and BIGTIME CHAI. Racing in to the first turn HOMEBUSH TITAN on the improve angled inwards tightening STILL DON'T KNOW and hampering this runner for several strides ,STILL DON'T KNOW lost some ground back towards the rear and was unable to improve there after. HEY JIMMY after being checked at the start was forced to make ground around the field running on strongly in to 3rd placing at the line.
Race 2	YGOT Bonus Scheme Sprint - C0 - 375	ROCKETSHIP MAC ( fav ) went up with the lids as did REDSTAR REAPER. ROCKETSHIP MAC was slowest to get in to stride then angled outwards to the centre of the track ,he improved in to the field racing to the top bend catching the heels of TRUCKIN' BOY who ran out widest at this point. Nearing the home turn ROCKETSHIP MAC ran out wide again covering extra ground in to the run home where he ran on in to 3rd placing at the line . REDSTAR REAPER after the bad start improved quickly in to a handy position racing across the top bend ,he went off stride in the run home to go back through the field towards the rear and was lame on pulling up . REDSTAR REAPER was referred to the vet for assessment a 21 day stand down was imposed for a sprained joint on the left fore. papers to be endorsed. ROCKETSHIP MAC was referred to the vet as a precaution where no abnormalities were found.
Race 3	Palamountains Exceed Series Final - C0f - 457	Racing in to the first turn REGAZZA LUCIELLE and THRILLING TOBY came together ,soon after racing across the top bend THRILLING TOBY and MIDNIGHT LOAFA came together , both dogs were wide on the track and were unable to improve there after. Trainer of MIDNIGHT LOAFA ( W Toomath ) advised the Stewards that the dog would not be persevered with as a racing proposition any longer and had been retired.
Race 4	Greyhounds North Distance - C2d - 650	Racing to the post first occasion SHANDELL and TEEGZ came together , soon after TEEGZ was buffeted between WHERE'S KEROMA and LITTLE TEEGAN ,TEEGZ lost ground back to the rear and was unable to improve there after finishing several lengths in the rear at the line and was referred to the vet for assessment where a 7 day stand down was imposed for a small cut to the right hind nail bed
Race 5	All Sew Embroidery Sprint - C1 - 375	CARTER CASH began awkwardly from box 2.Racing in to the first bend FRENCH CURVES angled across tightening in on to FORTIS LION MISS VOTCHKA, BOSS MAN SLOY and NASTY BIZO BOI, all these runners went back ,PEETA MALLARK and HELL FIRE raced past on the outer at this POINT checking MISS VOTCHKA who stumbled and scrambled for a stride checking BOSS MAN SLOY who also went back towards the rear ,these two runners were unable to get back in to contention there after finishing in the rear at the line MISS VOTCHKA was referred to the vet for assessment where no abnormalities were found. BOSS MAN SLOY was referred to the vet at the Handlers request
Race 6	Hautapu Veterinary Clinic Stakes - C1 - 457	Racing in to the first bend PERCENTAGE GIRL raced across towards the rail running on to THRILLING ABRA knocking this runner off balance for a couple of strides, THRILLING ABRA was unable to improve there after finishing in last placing at the line.
Race 7	Fond Foods Ltd Sprint - C2 - 375	In the early rush there was tightening and jostling between TEE KAY YAPPER, ROCKY BOY, MR DARCI, CONTEMPERANEOUS and BEHEMOTH , MR DARCI went back to the rear and was bumped as MISSY SLOY raced across on to him. Racing on to the top bend MISSY SLOY was forced to race out widest as MR DARCI on the improve ran out to avoid heels ,CONTEMPERANEOUS at this point came out across heels pushing MR DARCI and MISSY SLOY wider across the top bend .
Race 8	DogZone Sprint - C4 - 375	PINK BOUQUET was a late scratching at kennelling when found to have pain on palpation of left hind ,a 10 day stand down was imposed. Jumping away from the boxes BLUE COSMIC and RENROY bumped. Nearing the first turn COSMIC MAC ran inwards bumping AQUA WOLF both dogs lost momentum for a couple of strides ,COSMIC MAC was forced to race wide there after when attempting to improve.
Race 9	Superior Chunky Dog Rolls Series Final - C1f - 375	DAISY'S BOI began awkwardly from box 5 being last away. Racing in to the first turn ROSA GALLICA in the lead was checked losing a couple of lengths as FORTIS FIONA and MEMBERS ONLY crossed inwards, DAISY'S BOI in behind was also checked going back on to FRANKINCENSE who an wide around the top bend in to the home straight finishing strongly in the run home in to 4th placing at the line .
Race 10	Mike Stent Decorators Stakes - C3/4 - 457	Racing in to the first turn ZAGATO improved past runners as HANDS OFF also improved on his outer, HANDS OFF bumped the side of ZAGATO and almost lost his footing in behind for a stride or so losing momentum ,THRILLING DYNAMO on his inner caught the heels of ZAGATO at this point ,HANDS OFF and THRILLING DYNAMO lost ground and were unable to get back in to contention there after.
Race 11	0800 4 Down Cow Sprint - C5 - 375	Getting away from the start ROTOVEGAS DOT, HUNTED ONE ,RASSO ( fav ) came together ,HASHTAG JOSH was pushed out on to ROTOVEGAS as BOTANY JUNCTION came out ,UNO LACHLAN raced across forcing HUNTED ONE to check back off his heels. racing in to the first bend HASHTAG JOSH was checked as BOTANY JUNCTION improved through on his inner ,HASHTAG JOSH lost momentum as he regained his balance going back to the rear and was unable to get in to contention there after.
Race 12	The Clubhouse Sports Bar Stakes - C5 - 457	As the field raced away from the start VIVA VANE, THRILLING STYLE and GHOST WRITER came together jostling for a couple of strides, soon after GHOST WRITER and THRILLING CARTER caught heels both dogs were hampered for a stride or so . THRILLING CARTER was forced to race widest across the top bend covering a fair amount of extra ground he ran on or 3rd placing at the line.
