Judicial report: T.McCracken the Trainer of THRILLING DYLAN was fined $ 100-00 under the provisions of Rule 69 11 when the dog was presented 1.8 kilograms down in weight from its last start on 20.10.14.

Race 1	ABSOLUTELY ELECTRICAL C1 - C1 - 305	CLAMPED shifted out when the start was made and bumped FORTIS MEMORIES which was unbalanced and lost a length. GOODTIME HELEN was checked going into the bend and fell and FORTIS MEMORIES was hampered and lost ground when avoiding that fallen runner. GOODTIME HELEN was referred to the Vet for assessment and KISS OF DEATH was also referred to the Vet for assessment when he was observed to be lame on pulling up at the lure. KISS OF DEATH was observed to be checked after crossing the finish line and this may have resulted in an injury to a carpus. GOODTIME HELEN suffered general muscle soreness.
Race 2	www.RacingTips.co.nz C1 - C1 - 305	RUNS FOR GAS, PHILEAS FOGG and THRILLING INDY jostled together for a short distance soon after the start and lost a little momentum. HOMEBUSH MISHA checked off the heels of ZAMADDIS LASS when racing at the rear going to the first turn. HOMEBUSH MISHA checked over the heels of CALAMITY SUE on the bend and shifted out, making contact with PHILEAS FOGG and THRILLING INDY and all three were checked losing ground. PHILEAS FOGG recovered the best of the affected runners and he finished in 4th place.
Race 3	LIQUORLAND WANGANUI C1/2 - C1/2 - 520	ANOTHER HUNTER and OPAWA JEN drifted off the back of the field going into the first bend and they continued to lose ground duting the running and they finished several lengths behind the other runners and were referred to the Vet for assessment. OPAWA JEN was found to have pectoral muscle pain and ANOTHER HUNTER was found to have calf muscle pain which was in the site of an old injury in the Vets opinion.
Race 4	J P PRINT (PETONE) C2 - C2 - 305	WINFIELD AUTUMN shifted in from the start and hampered SPOT ON MAGGIE which lost ground and settled back. SHOWEM BABY shifted out going to the first corner and checked REBEL JOE which blundered and almost fell and he lost several lengths and all chance.
Race 5	PALAMOUNTAINS SCIENTIFIC NUTRITION C3 - C3 - 305	EMPTY BANK was slow to begin and settled back but she made up ground well to finish in 2nd place. VISION AND POWER shifted in going to the first corner and crowded HERMIONE BAXTER which was checked back to last and stayed back to finish in that position. HERMIONE BAXTER appeared uncomfortable in he action and was referred to the Vet for assessment and cleared of injury. MISS UNIVERSE lost her position on the bend and it was suspected that she could have been bumped by VISION AND POWER but this could not be clearly established. MISS UNIVERSE lost three lengths and finished in 6th place.
Race 6	CROMBIE LOCKWOOD(NZ) LTD C3 - C3 - 305	MERCENARY was slow to begin losing three lengths but he made up ground well to finish in 3rd place. AZURE DREAMS and CAWBOURNE RAVE were checked going to the first corner and went back to the rear and stayed back to the finish of the race. LEGERDEMAIN was referred to the Vet for assessment and found to have dislocated a toe joint.
Race 7	THE ROCK 95.2FM C1/2 - C1/2 - 520	MY LIL LUCIFER shifted out from the start and checked CAWBOURNE WALES and UNO CHARM and they settled back. CAWBOURNE WALES and UNO CHARM were awkwardly placed in restricted room going into the first bend and they shifted out abruptly onto ROCKY BAXTER with all three losing ground.
Race 8	WANGANUI CHRONICLE C5 - C5 - 305	ALLEGRO MASTER and NGAURUHOE shifted ground from the start which resulted in WILD AS ANGELS being tightened and shuffled back to the rear. NITRO LUIS shifted in going to the first corner and this resulted in tightening to other runners with WILD AS ANGELS and BIG JAMESY the most affected. WILD AS ANGELS was classed as falling and finished the race some distance behind the other runners. WILD AS ANGELS was referred to the Vet for assessment and found to have a foreleg injury.
Race 9	KEENAN CONCRETE C5 - C5 - 305	EXPONENTIAL LILY shifted in going to the first corner and dictated the line of CAESAR QUEEN which was forced in causing checks to BIT COIN and HOMEBUSH CRASH and they lost four lengths and all chance and finished at the rear.
Race 10	THE DOGZONE C4/5 - C4/5 - 520	INDIANA IZMIR and KNUCKLE BUMP jostled together for a short distance going to the first corner and INDIANA IZMIR lost two lengths. INDIANA IZMIR shifted in on the first bend and checked THRILLING DYLAN which lost four lengths and he stayed back to finish in 2nd last place.
Race 11	CHRISTMAS AT THE RACES 5TH 12TH AND 19TH DECEMBER C 3/4 - C3/4 - 305	EL JETTA and CAWBOURNE TOMCAT bumped together going into the bend and became unbalanced and CAWBOURNE TOMCAT lost two lengths in the incident and finished near the rear.
Race 12	BOOK YOUR FUNCTION @ HATRICK C3/4 - C3/4 - 305	VICKI'S QUEST, ANOTHER JEWEL and UNO HEIDI jostled together for a short distance soon after the start and lost momentum briefly. ANOTHER JEWEL shifted in going into the bend and checked VICKI'S QUEST which lost two lengths.
