Race Number	Race Name	Incident Report
Race 1	ABSOLUTELY ELECTRICAL C1 - C1 - 305	AMY WINEGLASS and SOME GENES jostled together going to the first corner and AMY WINEGLASS was checked and fell and BULET TOOTH TONY and GOODTIME HELEN were both checked losing four lengths in the incident. AMY WINEGLASS was quickly back on her feet and finished onto the lure and was referred to the Vet for assessment and found to have suffered bruising and grazing to a hind leg.
Race 2	www.racingTips.co.nz C1 - C1 - 305	OPEHU FLYER and WORKING MIDNIGHT became awkwardly placed in restricted room between other runners going into the bend and they were shuffled back with WORKING MIDNIGHT in particular being severely checked losing several lengths and she never recovered and finished last.
Race 3	LIQUORLAND WANGANUI C1 - C1 - 305	BLAZE'S CORPORAL was tightened between FORTIS MEMORIES and KIRIBATI GIRL soon after the start and he lost ground and settled back. OPAWA ROMEO shifted in going into the bend and crowded FORTIS MEMORIES which went back onto BLAZE'S CORPORAL which was inconvenienced and lost momentum for a short distance.
Race 4	J P PRINT (PETONE) C2 - C2 - 305	REBEL JOE started from box 7 and shifted in abruptly from the start which resulted in tightening and checks to all runners drawn on his inside. They all lost ground with TONGARIRO, COSMIC RASCAL and WINFIELD AUTUMN the most affected and they lost several lengths and finished at the rear.
Race 5	PALAMOUNTAINS SCIENTIFIC NUTRITION C3 - C3 - 305	AZURE DREAMS shifted in abruptly from the start and caused checks to HERMIONE BAXTER, CRYSTAL WAVE and HANNIBAL LECTER with the last two mentioned runners being the most affected. ROCK ON SPRITE and VISION AND POWER jostled together for some distance going to the first turn and VISION AND POWER was eventually checked and went back hampering CRYSTAL WAVE and AZURE DREAMS and they both lost ground. HERMIONE BAXTER checked off the back of VISION AND POWER on the bend and she went back to last and finished in that position.
Race 6	CROMBIE LOCKWOOD (NZ) LTD C3 - C3 - 305	EMPTY BANK, OUR JACK ATTACK and SHINZIGZAG were slow to begin losing three lengths. OUR JACK ATTACK recovered the best of the three and finshed in 4th place. MISS SOFTY became awkwardly placed in behind BIG FAT GYPSY when that runner shifted out to the centre of the track going to the first corner. MISS SOFTY then shifted in abruptly and collided with HOMEBUSH HAVEN and they lost several lengths and stayed back to finish at the rear.
Race 7	MELBOURNE CUP RACES @ HATRICK 4TH NOVEMBER C1 - C1 - 520	BOSTON SPIRIT shifted in going into the first bend and WHERE'S THE CARAT had to check over his heels and shifted out to collide with OLLIE BAXTER and they both ran wide on the bend covering extra ground and dropped back to the rear. WHERE'S THE CARAT continued to race a little wide for the remainder of the race and finished in last place. The winner UNO CHARM was referred to the Vet for assessment at the Trainers request after slipping from the dias following the race and she was cleared of injury.
Race 8	WANGANUI CHRONICLE C4 - C4 - 305	YA LAUGHIN and ANOTHER DRINK were slow to begin losing two lengths. YA LAUGHIN made up ground well to finsh in 3rd place. STIFF DRINK, OPAWA SISTER and JUST YOU WAIT jostled together for some distance going to the first corner and OPAWA SISTER was eventually checked losing several lengths and she went back to last and stayed there to finish in that position.
Race 9	KEENAN CONCRETE WANGANUI C4 - C4 - 305	EL JETTA and SHEIK EM UP were slow to begin losing two lengths but they recovered well to make up ground and finiished in 2nd and 3rd places. CHOCDEE ALICE shifted in going to the first corner and dictated the line of SWEET LIES onto VICKI'S QUEST who in turn was forced in, crowding DOLLY PEG which was racing on the rail and she was shuffled back to the rear.
Race 10	THE DOGZONE C2 F - C2 - 520	ALLEGRO MAX was the slowest to begin from box 8 and he was then bumped and forced wide going into the first bend and never recovered, finishing in 2nd last place.
Race 11	CHRISTMAS AT THE RACES 5TH 12TH AND 19TH DECEMBER C4/5 - C4/5 - 305	The start was delayed by 2 minutes after the Vet was required to examine and clear EXPONENTIAL LILY to start after it was observed that the dogs tail was bleeding slightly when removed from the kennels. HOMEBUSH CRASH was slow to begin and settled back. ARMED FORCES shifted in from the start and inconvenienced EXPONENTIAL LILY and BLUE AND CURLY briefly. WILD AS ANGELS ran into the back of CAWBOURNE PORSCHE going into the bend and they both lost ground with CAWBOURNE PORSCHE going back to last where she stayed until the finish. WILD AS ANGELS recovered to finish in 4th place.
Race 12	BOOK YOUR FUNCTION @ HATRICK C4/5 - C4/5 - 305	ENAZUMA and ZIPPING TAY jostled together when racing at the rear going to the first corner and ZIPPING TAY became unbalanced and lost three lengths which she was unable to make up.
