On the home turn YALDHURST EDWARD ran inwards causing tightening to ZULU DEB (1), CAMPAIGNER and RAMBUNCTIOUS who all lost momentum. |
| Race 2 | Happy Birthday Pam Hurd Stakes - C0 - 520 | TORERO (2) and JINJA LUCA (4) were the last pair to jump. Into the first bend COLDRUM (6) checked outwards off the back of KINLOCH BELLE (8) and pushed OPAWA EXTREME (7) very wide on the track with JINJA LUCA also being inconvenienced when improving. ZAHRA MOON (5) ran wide on the first bend losing ground. |

SMASH WHO (2) shifted up the track in the back straight causing tightening to CHERIE CHERIE (4), ANGEL D'OR and STRUGGLE IS REAL. ANGEL D'OR lost ground into the bend after getting on the heels of SMASH WHO. TEAR AWAY TEDDY ran wide on the home turn. |

| Race 5 | The Miller Bar & Cafe Dash - C1 - 295 | TOKEN RAY (8) came up with the lids and settled a clear last. COSTING MONEY (6) ran inwards in the initial stages and checked LUMINARY (5). On the home turn GRAND APACHE (4) crossed to the rail tightening GOLDSTAR BRIDIE (2) and HOMEBUSH ZANE (1) with this pair then running outwards pushing LUMINARY and MULL IT OVER (7) over extra ground. HOMEBUSH SPIKE (3) checked outwards off heels in the home straight losing momentum. |
| Race 6 | DogZone Maiden Final - C0f - 520 | CUE POWER (5) was last on settling. In the run to the first bend CAWBOURNE KITT (4) ran inwards causing severe tightening to MICKEY TEE (3), DARCY BRASCO (2) and KNOW RIGHTS (1) with this trio dropping to the rear. At the entrance to the back straight SUSAN JEWEL (6) ran outwards checking CUE POWER. |

BUSINESS REVIEW (8) ran inwards in the early stages causing checks to CHURCHILL CHASER (7), PHAT PANTS (6), TONY'S CHOICE (5) and BOTANY WIN (4). Into the bend BUSINESS REVIEW again ran inwards colliding with PHAT PANTS. TONY'S CHOICE ran outwards on the home turn. |
| Race 8 | Christchurch Casino Stakes - C1 - 520 | JEWEL APACHE (7) was a clear last on jumping. GEE WHIZZ JEANIE (1) and SHADOW BAXTER (3) jostled for a few strides in the early stages. YOU'RE SO FREE (5), KINLOCH POWER (6) and JEWEL APACHE all ran wide around the first bend. SHADOW BAXTER ran outwards at the entrance to the back straight placing HOMEBUSH GINGER (2) in restricted room on the heels of KINLOCH POWER with HOMEBUSH GINGER losing ground and checking JEWEL APACHE. This pair lost their chances in this incident. |
| Race 9 | Coalgate Tavern Dash - C0 - 295 | KNOW LUCK (6) angled inwards in the early stages causing tightening to OHOKA TOO SOON (5) and ANOTHER RIDDLE (4). Into the bend FEAR MARINA (3) checked PASS WITH CARE (7) from behind with both runners losing momentum. FEAR MARINA then ran inwards causing HIGH ON VEE (2) to be tightened and lose ground. MARTY MCMOTH (1) was then tightened along the rail and lost ground with ANOTHER RIDDLE and HIGH ON VEE being inconvenienced. On the home turn OHOKA TOO SOON ran inwards checking MARTY MCMOTH. |
| Race 10 | Barron's Supplies Stakes - C2 - 520 | OPAWA TANIA (5) and WAIMAK DAVE (6) came together in the early stages with WAIMAK DAVE angling outwards and checking BOTANY RICHIE (7) who lost ground. At the entrance to the back straight FLIP FLIPPA (1) was tightened and ran outwards losing ground. TRUE BLUE STYLE (3) ran wide in the back straight. |
| Race 11 | C.T.V. Sprint - C2 - 295 | WANDY FEATHER (1) and ROCKWOOD ARCHIE (7) were the last pair from the traps. BLITZING FLYER (2) was tightened by BATIATUS (3) into the bend and dropped back through the field with BOTANY PETE (6) and WANDY FEATHER inconvenienced in behind. ROCKWOOD ARCHIE and OHOKA HOPE (8) were both forced a touch wide at this point. |
