Judicial report: GOT AIR, which had originally been stood down to and including 16 Nov 2014 at Waikato on 18.09.2014, was re presented to the Vet under the provisions of Rule 82.5 and was cleared of injury and is now able to continue to race.

Race 1	All Sew Embroidery Sprint - C1 - 375	MITIGATOR (8) was slow away. MISS VEYRON (6) was inconvenienced leaving the boxes when FESTIVAL MISS (5) shifted out contacting this runner. ASIA OSTEE (4) shifted in abruptly leaving the boxes inconveniencing JADE HAWK (3) and NASTY BIZO BOI (2) who both had to steady. NASTY BIZO BOI and JADE HAWK made brief contact entering the first bend with NASTY BIZO BOI then shifting in losing ground and RICH LIST having to check and shift out off this runners heels losing ground as a result. RICH LIST was then held up on the heels of NASTY BIZO BOY before shifting out making contact with MITIGATOR for several strides. RICH LIST and MITIGATOR came together rounding the final bend.
Race 2	Affordable Pet Accessories Stakes - C0 - 457	REGAZZA GINA (7) shifted in leaving the boxes. POST COMMAND (8) was slow away. EFFIE AWARDS (3) and BELLA FORZA (4) came together for several strides soon after leaving the boxes with BELLA FORZA then getting on the heels of EFFIE AWARDS who went amiss and pulled up from the event. BELLA FORZA then shifted in with POST COMMAND, who was angling in, getting on this runners heels becoming unbalanced and knuckling to the track. POST COMMAND recovered quickly to finish some distance from the field. BOSS WAVE (6) shifted out off the heels of SUMMIT ROCK (2) rounding the bend before shifting back in making contact with MIDNIGHT LOAFA (5). POST COMMAND was referred to the vet for assessment which revealed no abnormalities. EFFIE AWARDS was referred to the vet following this event with a 10 day stand down imposed.
Race 3	Box 1 Gold Sprint - C1 - 375	PRANCING BEE (3) and EZ FERETTI (8) were slow away. Racing into the first turn PEETA MELLARK (1) was tightened shifting out slightly with LEGAL AID getting on this runners heels for a stride losing ground. LEGAL AID was then tightened when PRANCING BEE shifted out and BOSS MAN SLOY (7) shifted in with OUR CROWN JEWEL (4) also inconvenienced when getting on these runners heels for several strides. Rounding the bend LEGAL AID and OUR CROWN JEWEL were then tightened between PRANCING BEE and BOSS MAN SLOY with all runners inconvenienced losing ground as a result.
Race 4	Superior Chunky Dog Rolls Stakes - C1 - 457	JAZZBOY JACK (1) was slow away losing several lengths. PERCENTAGE GIRL (6) and HONEY QUEEN (5) were tightened and inconvenienced leaving the boxes when HEY JIMMY (7) shifted in and SPUD MISSILE (4) shifted out.
Race 5	Palamountains Nutrition Sprint - C2 - 375	YES NO MAYBE (2) was slow away. Racing into the first turn STYLISH FANCY (6), THRILLING ABRA (3) and VERY CHILLY (1) were all tightened losing momentum and ground when BEHEMOTH (5) shifted in. Also inconvenienced as a result were YES NO MAYBE and TOI SHAN (7) who were trailing these runners.
Race 6	YGOT Bonus Scheme Sprint - C3 - 375	YOU'RE LUCKY (7) was last to leave the boxes. LOCKETT IN EDDIE (3) and BOSS APPEAL (4) came together racing toward the first turn and jostled for several strides. LOCKETT IN EDDIE shifted out rounding the bend making contact with TIME FRAUD (6) with both runners momentarily unbalanced. YOU'RE LUCKY raced wide rounding the bend after shifting out off the heels of PINK BOUQUET (8).
Race 7	Garrard's Horse & Hound Sprint - C5 - 375	NITRO LUIS (7) was last to leave the boxes. HARVEY NICHOLS (3) was tightened soon after leaving the boxes between THRILLING EDGE (4) who shifted in and ROTOVEGAS RAT (2) who shifted out. HARVEY NICHOLS then made contact with the hindquarters of ROTOVEGAS RAT for several strides with both runners unbalanced. HARVEY NICHOLS then shifted out making contact with THRILLING EDGE who was inconvenienced losing ground. THRILLING EDGE then followed the field for the remainder of the race with a post race veterinary examination revealing no abnormalities.
Race 8	The Clubhouse Sports Bar Sprint - C4 - 375	There was a two minute delay to the start of this race at the request of TAB control. HIGH CALIBRE (3) and HUNTED ONE (6) were last to leave the boxes. Entering the first bend LITTLES DREAMS (7) was tightened losing ground. Rounding the bend ROTOVEGAS SPARKY (5) shifted out off the heels of COSMIC MACK (1) making solid contact with HUNTED ONE (6) with both runners unbalanced losing ground. RUSHIN DOLL (4) raced wide rounding the bend before shifting very wide entering the final straight.
Race 9	General Engravers Sprint - C5 - 375	CAESER CHANCE (3) was slow away. ROTOVEGAS RARA (7) was tightened for a distance racing down the back straight between QUICK CAT (8) and GAINSFORD (6). GAINSFORD raced wide rounding the bend.
Race 10	DogZone Stakes - C5 - 457	PREMIER OSTI (3) and ROYAL RUNNER (2) came together leaving the boxes. PREMIER OSTI shifted out slightly soon after the start making brief contact with THRILLING CARTER (4). GOOD RETURN (5) and ZAGATO (7) came together racing down the back straight. Racing into the first turn PREMIER OSTI checked losing ground when placed in restricted room to the inside of SHANDELL (6).
Race 11	Fond Foods Ltd Stakes - C4 - 457	HANDS OFF (5) was slow away. HANDS OFF raced wide rounding the bend. Entering the final straight RIGS (4) shifted out into the line of MERCENARY (3) who got on this runners heels and became briefly unbalanced.
Race 12	0800 4 Down Cow Stakes - C2/3 - 457	BLACK DUDE (10) was slow away. ZIPPING WILL (9) made brief contact with the hindquarters of TEEMARIA (4) leaving the boxes. TEEGAMBO (5) was inconvenienced soon after the start when JINJA JAM (8) angled in abruptly making contact with this runner for several strides. Rounding the bend BLACK DUDE shifted out abruptly off the heels of JINJA JAM losing momentum and ground.
