Track: Good . The track was classified as Dead after overnight rain, but with a fine day and drying wind the track was upgraded to Good for the second half of the programme.

Race 1	www.greyhoundsaspets.org.nz - C0 - 310	From the jump CHERIE CHERIE shifted ground inwards checking BURNO. Into the turn BURNO ran outwards forcing CHERIE CHERIE wide on the track. In the home straight LOTS OF BEERSIE checked off the heels of JINJA COLL and lost momentum.
Race 2	Pryde Engineering Maiden Stakes - C1 - 545	MOON AND SEA was slow to jump. In the run to the first turn KNOW SMIGGLE and GOLDSTAR ROSIE were tightened when KINLOCH SILVER pushed outwards from Box 2 and SHADOW BAXTER ran inwards from Box 5. Into the first turn MISS SELFIES ran inwards tightening SCOTSOME POWER who was forced outwards.
Race 3	Forbury Sports Bar Stakes - C1/2 - 545	In the run to the first turn SHEZ KEEN ran outwards and checked OPAWA OPAL who stumbled and lost momentum. Into the first turn OPAWA OPAL shifted inwards tightening OPAWA JEAN. Into the back straight SHEZ KEEN checked off the heels of CAWBOURNE STEVE and forced CCALM SPIRIT wide.
Race 4	Brocklebanks Dry Cleaners Sprint - C1 - 310	GOLDSTAR BRIDIE, UNRELIABLE ANDY and ROYAL APACHE were slow to jump. From the jump HOMEBUSH ZANE ran inwards checking SLINGO. Into the turn ROYAL APACHE ran inwards and lost momentum when bumping with ADMIRAL ADAM, with the trailing SLINGO and WANDY MILLAH pushed wide on the turn.
Race 5	Just Essence Catering Sprint - C1 - 310	HOMEBUSH SPIKE jumped awkwardly and lost momentum. From the jump SOME GENES and NO BRO pushed against each other to the turn with both dogs losing ground. On the turn NO BRO clipped the heels of KNOW STILL with both digs losing ground, and HOMEBUSH SPIKE ran wide on the track.
Race 6	Otago Celebration Maiden Stakes Final - C0f - 545	Into the first turn HOMEBUSH DOBBY shifted ground abruptly downwards checking SUSAN JEWEL. KINLOCH POWER ran wide on the first turn losing ground.
Race 7	A F Johnston Electrical Stakes - C3/4 - 545	Into the first turn CAWBOURNE WITCH was tightened between OPAWA ANDREA and DEE and lost ground. On the first turn KNOW ATTEMPT ran outwards and pushed CABOUL wide. After the race CABOUL was referred to the veterinarian for examination with lameness in the left hind leg and a 7 day stand down recommended.
Race 8	Brian Bagley Driver Licensing Sprint - C2 - 310	SAN SEBASTIAN ran inwards at the jump from Box 4 and tightened the dogs on his inner. In the run to the turn ANIU ran inwards making heavy contact with SAN SEBASTIAN who in turn checked LAST EXPLORER. Into the turn LAST EXPLORER shifted ground outwards checking SAN SEBASTIAN, ABOUT TOWN and HOME TRUTH. Shortly afterwards ANIU clipped the heels of MAMALULU when improving and stumbled briefly. HOME TRUTH ran very wide on the bend. After the race ANIU was subject to a veterinary check which revealed no abnormalities.
Race 9	Norwood Farm Machinery Sprint - C3 - 310	Both SMOKING MARLEY and KNOW MAYHEM were tightened in the run to the turn. Into the turn ROB'S MATE ran inwards making contact with KNOW MAYHEM before becoming unbalanced and losing ground. The trailing SMOKING MARLEY and CAR BOOTLE were severely checked as a result and lost all chances with both dogs running wide on the track
Race 10	Roofing Solutions Stakes - C5 - 545	CAWBOURNE AXE was slow to jump, and then on the first turn ran outwards and pushed KNOW AMBITION wide.
Race 11	Speedprint Shop Dash - C5 - 310	On the turn as the field tightened DRYSDALE was forced to run wide.
Race 12	Racing Again Tuesday 21st October - C4 - 310	Into the turn BLONDE TORI shifted ground outwards and pushed NOBLE FANTASY and TEAM DREAM wide.
