Race Number	Race Name	Incident Report
Race 1	Absolutely Electrical C1 - C1 - 305	LENNY MAC shifted in to the rail going into the bend and severely checked GOODTIME HELEN which lost several lengths and all chance. SNOW DEMON shifted out going into the bend and caused checks to itself and also THRILLING MIGHT and CALAMITY SUE and they all lost ground and stayed back to finish in the rear group.
Race 2	www.RacingTips.co.nz C2 - C2 - 305	COSMIC CHOICE was slow to begin losing two lengths. UNO FLASH and BIG FAT GYPSY bumped together when the start was made and they lost ground and settled back. BIG FAT GYPSY galloped on the heels of UNO FLASH going into the bend and they both lost two lengths. COSMIC CHOICE shifted out on the bend and caused checks to JOHNNY ANGEL and WAR ON TERROR with JOHNNY ANGEL the most affected and he lost three lengths and stayed back to finish in last place.
Race 3	Liquorland Wanganui C1/2 - C1/2 - 520	SPEEDY FEET was checked going to the first corner and settled back. MY LIL LUCIFER was checked going into the first bend and shifted out abruptly forcing BOTANY DAVE, JINJA PAT, SPEEDY FEET and OPAWA CASSIDY very wide into the bend and they all loast ground. MY LIL LUCIFER was checked entering the back straight and she lost several lengths and tailed the field from there to the finish. MY LIL LUCIFER was referred to the Vet for an assessment as a precaution and cleared of injury.
Race 4	J P Print (Petone) C3 - C3 - 305	GOODTIME KATE became awkwardly placed in restricted room between runners going into the bend and went back onto SPOT ON MAGGIE and they both lost two lengths. FLYING BLAKE shifted out off heels on the bend and forced JUST YOU WAIT and VINNIE BAXTER wide over extra ground into the home straight and they finished at the rear. GOODTIME KATE was referred to the Vet for assessment at the Trainers request and found to have suffered a spike wound.
Race 5	Palamountains Scientific Nutrition C3 - C3 - 305	EMMA MARIE shifted in from the start and crowded COSMIC RASCAL and WHY OH WHY onto BACKYARD BULLY which was checked to the rear. CAWBOURNE PIFER shifted out going into the bend abnd EMPTY BANK shifted in and this resulted in them both being checked and WHY OH WHY, COSMIC RASCAL and EMMA MARIE which were racing in between were also severely checked losing all chance. CAWBOURNE PILFER fell as a result of the interferance and was referred to the Vet for assessment and found to have stifle pain.
Race 6	Crombie Lockwood (NZ) Ltd C2/3 - C2/3 - 520	LOCHINVAR ROSSI was the slowest to begin and settled at the rear. He then improved through the field but was held up when in restricted room behind PHONE TAP going into the final bend and lost two lengths. PHONE TAP also lost a length at that point but finished quite well for 3rd place. PHONE TAP was referred to the Vet for assessment and found to have a toe injury.
Race 7	Melbourne Cup @ Hatrick 4th November C4 Ht1 - C4q - 305 Heat 1	OPAWA LEAN MEAT was awkwardly placed in restricted room adjacent to the rail going into the bend and was shuffled back to last but when in clear running, he made up ground well to finish in 4th place. BELKARA shifted out on the bend and hampered VICKI'S QUEST and ALMOST GOT IT and all three lost ground and stayed back to finish in the last three places.
Race 8	Wanganui Chronicle C4 Ht2 - C4q - 305 Heat 2	COOL HEIR began awkwardly and lost three lengths. STIFF DRINK shifted out going into the bend and dictated the line of HOMEBUSH HAVEN which caught the heels of BIT COIN which checked but quickly recovered. HOMEBUSH HAVEN continued to shift out and this resulted in checks to that runner and also COOL HEIR, KASIM and HANNIBAL LECTER and they all lost several lengths.
Race 9	Keenan Concrete C4 Ht3 - C4q - 305 Heat 3	HOMEBUSH CRASH shifted in going into the first corner and caused checks to GIBBONATOR, WHEELIE RASCAL and EL JETTA which all lost ground. WHEELIE RASCAL then shifted out and caused checks to SHEIK EM UP, LEGERDEMAIN and OPAWA SISTER and they all lost ground.
Race 10	The Dogzone C4/5 - C4/5 - 520	MANYANA GROPER was slow to begin and settled back where he stayed throughout the race. MANYYANA GROPER was observed to ease during the race and lost ground and was referred to the Vet for assessment and found to have gracilus muscle pain with a 14 day stand down recommended. However, the dog was charged under 80.1 b with failing to pursue the lure throughout and was stood down for 28 days and is required to complete a satisfactory trial. ALWAYS WELCOME, WEEPU and PREMIER DIVISION came together and bumped going into the first bend and became briefly unbalanced.
Race 11	The Rock 95.2FM C5 - C5 - 305	BOSTON STRIKE was the slowest to begin and he then raced wide on the bend over extra ground and finished in 7th place.
Race 12	Christmas At The Races 5th- 12th - 19th December C5 - C5 - 305	RUAPEHU raced onto the heels of WINFIELD BLACK going into the bend and then jostled with CAESAR QUEEN and dropped out to finish in last place. RUAPEHU was observed to be lame following the race and was referred to the Vet for assessment and found to have a wrist injury.
