Track: Good Track was presented in a very good racing condition all other equipment operated well through out the programme
Scales: Correct at all weights
Health and Safety comment: Nil

Judicial report: J Udy was fined $50-00 minor infringement rule after failing to catch a runner in race 8 as arranged.
Races 10 & 12 were delayed for several minutes due to Harness commitments on course.

Race 1	Hautapu Veterinary Clinic Sprint - C0 - 375	MIDNIGHT LOAFA dwelt at the start then angled outwards across heels , soon after he ran inwards bumping in to TRIPPIN' NORTH knocking him off balance he went back to the rear finishing a margin in last placing at the line and was referred to the vet for assessment where no abnormalities were found. TRIPPING NORTH in first start for new Trainer was 3.3 kgs up from his last start the weight increase was intentional the dog was vetted clear to race .
Race 2	Superior Chunky Dog Rolls Series Final - C0f - 457	From the jump HEY JIMMY ( fav ) ran in sharply in to REGAZZA LUCIELLE knocking this runner in to THRILLING ORLA, HEY JIMMY was checked back as KEY EYE angled inwards, all these runners were hampered ,HEY JIMMY ended up widest racing in to the first bend in the rear . HEY JIMMY was forced wider racing across the top bend as REGAZZA LUCIELLE raced through on his inner ,HEY JIMMY covered a lot of extra ground throughout the running finishing towards the rear at the line.
Race 3	YGOT Bonus Scheme Sprint - C2 - 375	Soon after the start HOMEBUSH TITAN, GEM'S CONQUEST and THRILLING ABRA came together ,soon after racing in to the first turn HAJIME came in forcing HOMEBUSH TITAN in across the heels of GEM'S CONQUEST,HOMEBUSH TITAN lost some momentum and went back to the rear ,he made ground along the inner to finish in to 5th placing at the line. Nearing the home turn JOKER MAN and THRILLING ABRA jostled and bumped for some distance when racing in tight quarters along the inner.
Race 4	Little Teegan NZ Distance Greyhound of Year Distance - C0d - 650	SHERIFF ROSCOE stood when the lids lifted missing the start by 5 or so lengths and raced towards the rear with POST COMMAND through the race .
Race 5	0800 4 Down Cow Stakes - C1 - 457	BORIS began awkwardly from box 5 for a stride ,soon after LEVEL DOWN raced across running in to the shoulder of BORIS who went sideways ,LEGAL AID was bumped going inwards on to GOLFING BUDDY pushing him in to the back of COOLABAH BLUE . racing in to the first bend LEVEL DOWN ran in further bumping in to LEGAL AID, LEVEL DOWN lost momentum going back towards the rear being hampered between runners for a stride or so ,LEVEL DOWN ran wide when attempting to improve covering a fair amount of extra ground finishing towards the rear at the line . LEVEL DOWN was referred to the vet for assessment where no abnormalities were found.
Race 6	$10,000 Guaranteed Triple Trio Sprint - C1 - 375	From the boxes CALIFORNIA KING ( fav ) and SOUTH BAY DREAM came together as COSMIC WARRA angled across, CALIFORNIA KING then angled inwards being hampered being pushed in to SOUTH BAY DREAM as BOSS MAN SLOY came across tightening these runners. CALIFORNIA KING THEN angled outwards running very wide in to and across the top bend covering a fair amount of extra ground, he finished strongly in the run home to finish in to 2nd placing at the line. Racing in to the first turn SOUTH BAY DREAM was hampered losing momentum or several strides.
Race 7	Fond Foods Ltd Sprint - C4 - 375	HANDS OFF, FANCY MY LUCK, HUNTED ONE ( fav ) and SUPER ZIP ZIP all came together as they jumped away from the boxes ,FANCY MY LUCK and HUNTED ONE both stumbled slightly losing momentum FANCY MY LUCK and HUNTED ONE never recovered to get in to contention racing well back there after .
Race 8	The Clubhouse Sports Bar Series Final - C1f - 375	Getting away from the start SHELBY KING raced across forcing BEHEMOTH in across the face of EZ FERRETI bumping in to NOT BAD, soon after in the run to the first turn NOT BAD caught the heels of SHELBY KING and stumbled slightly a couple of strides on EZ FERRETI ran on to the heels of NOT BAD who was hampered again losing momentum ,as the field raced on to the bend NOT BAD caught the heels of BEHEMOTH going back on to COSMIC PIRATE who ran very wide on to the top bend The Stewards reviewed the start of the race as the lure appeared to be a bit longer than usual , the film was unclear with runners jumping away well with the exception of COSMIC PIRATE from box 8 dwelt being slowest in to stride. The payout was then authorised. NOT BAD was referred to the vet for assessment where no abnormalities were found. NOT BAD was referred to the vet for assessment.
Race 9	All Sew Embroidery Sprint - C3 - 375	DIPSY LALA and RENROY ( fav ) bumped as they jumped away from the boxes. Racing in to the first turn CHARMING NEV on the inner was checked as YOUR'E LUCKY came in forcing YES NO MAYBE in across to the rail all these runners lost momentum at this point for a few strides, CHARMING NEV lost ground to a clear last in the running finishing a margin in the rear at the line and was referred to the vet for assessment where no abnormalities were found.
Race 10	DogZone Sprint - C5 - 375	From the boxes QUICK CAT ran in to UNO LACHLAN and CALAMITY FREE ,UNO LACHLAN was jostled and bumped for a couple of strides between these runners ,soon after racing in to the first turn GUS ( fav ) tried to push out from behind NITRO LUIS pushing CALAMITY FREE out as CALL BE BLUE raced across to the face of UNO LACHLAN who ran in causing tightening TO CALAMITY FREE, THRILLING EDGE and GUS who was forced on to heels being severely hampered along with THRILLING EDGE losing ground ,THRILLING EDGE was unable to get back in to contention finishing in 6th placing at the line. GUS soon after improved along the inner racing across the top bend to finish on strongly in to 2nd placing at the line
Race 11	Piggy Back NZ Greyhound of the Year Stakes - C5 - 457	From the boxes THRILLING BUTCHER ( fav ) ran in bumping SHANDELL, THRILLING CARTER and GHOST WRITER, THRILLING CARTER angled outwards to the centre of the track making good ground around runners to finish off strongly in the run home to run down the pacemaking FANCY AMIGO.
Race 12	Box 1 Gold Stakes - C2 - 457	CONTEMPERANIOUS was a late scratching at kennelling when found to be suffering from swelling over the right carpus ,a 14 day stand down was imposed When questioned by the Stewards P Freeman was of the opinion that the dog suffered the injury on the journey North and was not noticed until being vetted. BOSTON LASS from box 8 became unbalanced racing in to the first turn losing momentum and was forced to race widest across the top bend after THREE RIVERS checked off the heels of ZIPPING WILL coming out on to BOSTON LASS forcing her widest across the top bend where she finished on in to 6th placing at the line.
