THRILLING MARVIN was stood down for 3 months and the completion of a satisfactory trial under rule 80.1b for failing to purse the lure as required in race 4.

Race 1	Carol's TABs Sprint - C3 - 318	MAHONIE (1), BOSS APPEAL (3) and RENROY (7) were slow away. Racing toward the first turn NO MORE LAUGHTER (6) shifted in making contact with the hindquarters of BOSS APPEAL with both runners becoming unbalanced and NO MORE LAUGHTER losing ground as a result. Racing into the first turn WHEEZY APPEAL (4) shifted in making contact with AZURE DREAMS (2) with both runners becoming unbalanced and WHEEZY APPEAL losing ground as a result. Rounding the final bend BOSS APPEAL, who was in restricted room, shifted out to obtain clear racing room making contact with AZURE DREAMS who lost ground. Also shifting out as a result was WHEEZY APPEAL who made contact with RENROY. A post race veterinary examination of NO MORE LAUGHETR who finished several lengths from the body of the field revealed shoulder and lumbar muscle soreness with a 14 day stand down imposed.
Race 2	MTA Gift Vouchers Sprint - C0 - 318	FESTIVAL MISS (5) missed the start losing several lengths. THRILLING ORLA (3) and CYCLONE LUSI (2) came together leaving the boxes. Soon after leaving the boxes PINETREE BLUE (4) shifted out abruptly making contact with FRANKINCENSE (7) who shifted out inconveniencing DENALI (8). FESTIVAL MISS shifted in across the heels of THRILLING ORLA approaching the first bend before getting on the heels of WESTERLY WIND (1) who was unbalanced coming together with THRILLING ORLA. FESTIVAL MISS then shifted out making contact with DENALI and continued to shift out rounding the bend taking DENALI wider on the track with both runners losing ground as a result. CYCLONE LUSI and THRILLING ORLA came together entering the final straight with CYCLONE LUSI then shifting out as a result.
Race 3	Lochinvar Marlow Stakes - C1 - 527	DIRECTOR VANCE (6) shifted in leaving the boxes making contact with KATNISS (5) before shifting out to obtain clear racing room. NEWTON WILLOW (7) and RADLEE REASON (8) made solid contact rounding the final bend. MEMBERS ONLY who gave ground racing down the back straight from 4th position to several lengths last was referred to the vet for assessment which revealed the right quadriceps to be sore with a 10 day stand down imposed. DIRECTOR VANCE was examined by the vet following this event and found to be sore in the left fore wrist with a 10 day stand down imposed.
Race 4	Greyhound Function Centre Stakes - C0 - 527	PEETA MELLARK (4) and CARTER CASH (7) were last to leave the boxes. Racing toward the first turn PEETA MELLARK made contact with the hindquarters of EFFIE AWARDS (3). As a result both runners were briefly unbalanced with EFFIE AWARDS losing ground and PEETA MELLARK shifting out onto LIFE CYCLE (5) and CARTER CASH (7) who were both taken wider on the track. When in the lead rounding the first turn LUCKY MAN (1) was inconvenienced by THRILLING MARVIN (2) who lay in on this runner, this then continued for a distance racing down the back straight. KEY EYE (6) was held up rounding the final bend. When in the lead racing down the final straight THRILLING MARVIN eased and shifted in inconveniencing LUCKY MAN turning his head toward this runner. THRILLING MARVIN was referred to the vet for assessment which revealed no abnormalities. The Kennel representative for K Walsh kennels T Thornton admitted a breach of rule 80.1b in that THRILLING MARVIN did not pursue the lure during the running and throughout the final straight as required. As this is the second offence, THRILLING MARVIN has now been stood down for a period of 3 months and until the completion of a satisfactory trial.
Race 5	Deli's Sports Bar Clendon Inn Stakes - C1 - 527	OPAWA PEARL was a late scratching at 1.05pm on vets advice. Racing into the first turn COME ON MICKEY (8) shifted in tightening RICH LIST (10) who lost ground and was then hampered when THREE RIVERS (2) shifted out with RICH LIST then making solid contact with LARTO (6) who was also hampered and unbalanced losing her chance as a result. COME ON MICKEY raced in restriced room over the concluding stages between THREE RIVERS and IT'S THE DREAM (3). LARTO was referred to the vet for assessment which revealed left fore digit and sesamoid pain with a 10 day stand down imposed.
Race 6	$10,000 Guaranteed Triple Trio Stakes - C2 - 527	ROCKY BOY (8) was slow away. FORTIS FLIER (6) shifted in leaving the boxes checking ELEPHANT TRUNK (5) who lost ground. Entering the first turn THRILLING DYNAMO (7) shifted in onto FORTIS FLIER then became unbalanced and shifted out hampering ROCKY BOY, with TEE KAY YAPPER also hampered and taken very wide as a result. ROCKY BOY shifted out across the heels of RUTH'S RAIDER (9) racing down the back straight. Rounding the bend leaving the back straight DON DRAPER (2) got on the heels of OPAWA MARG (1) who was badly unbalanced almost falling with FORTIS FLIER then going over the top of OPAWA MARG for several strides with both runners badly unbalanced losing their chances. Inconvenienced losing ground as a result were DON DRAPER and RUTH'S RAIDER. OPAWA MARG and DON DRAPER were referred to the vet for assessment with no abnormalities detected.
Race 7	DogZone Stakes - C2/3 - 527	THRILLING REBEL (4) was last to leave the boxes. MRS. PUNTING (7) and ZAMDATO (10) came together racing toward the first turn.
Race 8	Greyhounds As Pets Sprint - C2 - 318	COUGER ALERT (1), MR. DARCI (2) and FLIRT ACADEMY (3) were slow away. HOT POOTIE (5) got on the heels of ADDICTED (6) soon after the start becoming briefly unbalanced then losing ground. MEGA UPLOAD (7) raced wide rounding the bend. FLIRT ACADEMY made contact with the hindquarters of HOT POOTIE rounding the bend then gave ground to finish some distance from the field. A post race veterinary examination of Flirt academy revealed an injury to the right gracilis with a 60 day stand down imposed.
Race 9	Sel's TAB Mangere Series Heat 1 - C5q - 318 Heat 1	Soon after leaving the boxes ROTOVEGAS RARA (6) shifted in making contact with ROTOVEGAS JUNIOR (3) who was taken in onto CALL ME BLUE (2) and FANCY AMIGO (1) with CALL ME BLUE and ROTOVEGAS JUNIOR losing ground. ROTOVEGAS RARA and FANCY AMIGO then came together with FANCY AMIGO losing a length or so then shifting out to make contact with ROTOVEGAS JUNIOR who briefly came together with RASSO (4). FANCY AMIGO then made contact with AQUA WOLF (5). ROTOVEGAS JUNIOR made contact with the hindquarters of FANCY AMIGO rounding the bend.
Race 10	Sel's TAB Mangere Series Heat 2 - C5q - 318 Heat 2	JOSH HART (9) was slow away. BRIGHT STAR (1) made contact with hindquarters of LITTLE RASCAL (2) racing down the back straight before shifting out to make contact with CALAMITY FREE (3) with these runners then jostling for a distance with BRIGHT STAR then losing ground as a result and going back onto DON'T TALK (4) who shifted out getting on the heels of UNO LACHLAN (5) for a stride before shifting wider on the track inconveniencing ROTOVEGAS RAT (6) and JOSH HART who were also taken wider, losing ground. Rounding the final bend BRIGHT STAR was crowded losing momentum before shifting out across the heels of UNO LACHLAN who shifted in slightly. CALAMITY FREE shifted out off the heels of LITTLE RASCAL in the final straight.
Race 11	Plasterboard Ltd Stakes - C4/5 - 527	PREMIER OSTI (7) shifted in leaving the boxes making contact with GOOD RETURN (6) who was taken in onto THRILLING BUTCHA (5) with GOOD RETURN losing ground. CRACKLES APPEAL (9) checked off the heels of PREMIER OSTI rounding the first bend. Racing into the back straight RUSHIN DOLL (1) was tightened and checked losing considerable ground between MULTICAM LAD (10) and JANNIK (4). Inconvenienced as a result was THRILLING BUTCHA who was checked and taken wider on the track by RUSHIN DOLL. PREMIER OSTI was held up rounding the final bend before shifting out in the final straight.
Race 12	Jack's Wholesale Meats Sprint - C4 - 318	HASHTAG JOSH (6) and FANCY MY LUCK (9) were slow away. Racing down the back straight ROTOVEGAS BOSS (4) made contact with the hindquarters of LOOKS ALL GOOD (8) before coming together with ALL IN ALL (3). LOOKS ALL GOOD lost ground entering the first bend when SECTIONED (7) shifted in tightening this runner. SECTIONED then continued to angle in with ROTOVEGAS BOSS then having to shift out across this runners heels inconveniencing LOOKS ALL GOOD who was dictated wider on the track. FANCY MY LUCK made the bend awkwardly coming together with HASHTAG JOSH who then shifted wider on the track.
Race 13	Non Tote Sprint - Tier 2 - 318	MITIGATOR (2) and OUR CROWN JEWEL (3) came together leaving the boxes with MADAM RAZOR (4) then shifting in making contact with these runners. MITIGATOR and OUR CROWN JEWEL continued to jostle for a distance with both runners losing ground. Racing toward the first turn ROSA GALLICA (1) made contact with the hindquarters of MADAM RAZOR who shifted in slightly. As a result ROSA GALLICA then lost ground and shifted out making contact with MITIGATOR who in turn shifted out into the line of OUR CROWN JEWEL who got on this runners heels with both runners becoming unbalanced and losing ground as a result. Rounding the bend MITIGATOR attempted to shift in coming together with OUR CROWN JEWEL for several strides. STUNT DOUBLE (8) was inconvenienced rounding the bend when BON VOGUE (7) shifted out.
