Judicial report: COURT THE BELLE (J Lane and R Wales) which was stood down on 23 September, was re-presented to Veterinary Surgeon L Roberts and found to be free of injury. Therefore under Rule 82.5 the stand down has been rescinded.

Race 1	Super Pets Sprint - C4 - 295	ZOE BRAND (5) began awkwardly and was away slowly in consequence. BELLWAVE (7) was crowded on the final bend when racing between ZOE BRAND and TRANS TASMAN (8) with all three dogs losing ground.
Race 2	Kolorful Kanvas Sprint - C4 - 295	WILL EXCITE (2) was slow in the early stages. PEDRO FORCE (6) lost ground on the bend when the improving STING ME (4) made contact with it's hind quarters.
Race 3	Thursday Place Pick Dash - C5 - 295	FIREMAN'S LEGACY (7) shifted in abruptly at the start and checked GO HOUSIE (6) LITTLE REGUS (5) and MARY MARLOW (4). FIREMAN'S LEGACY shifted down the track racing towards the turn bumping with MARY MARLOW who was dictated down and onto LAREDO (2) with MARY MARLOW losing ground. FIREMAN'S LEGACY and MARY MARLOW came together again leaving the final bend when both dogs were attempting to improve along the rail..
Race 4	C.T.V. Sprint - R/A - 295	PLAGIARISM (4) shifted inwards sharply at the start and collided heavily with CAWBOURNE JELLY (3) who lost ground. In the early stages GOLDSTAR BOMBER (5) was crowded for racing room and then bumped by GOLDSTAR CHUMLEE (7) who shifted the dog inwards to make contact with CAWBOURNE JELLY who was turned outwards. PLAGIARISM ran inwards in the run home and bumped with SLEEPER AGENT (6) on several occasions.
Race 5	The Miller Bar & Cafe Stakes - C3 - 520	JINJA TURTLE (8) was slow to begin. RAMBUNCTIOUS (7) shifted down across the path of CHOLE'S PRODIGY (6) and HIS LORDSHIP (5) and as a result shortened their stride briefly. PUNCH ON JAIME (4) was crowded and buffeted between CHOLE'S PRODIGY and STICH UP (3) racing into the first bend with PUNCH ON JAIME losing ground in consequence. RAMBUNCTIOUS shifted down the track in the back straight causing STICH UP to shift outwards in order to continue to improve.
Race 6	I Pave Concrete Sprint - C5 - 295	SOPHIE'S TERRA (1) was hampered shortly after the start when HETFIELD (2) moved inwards towards the rail. MER DE NOMS (5) moved in and checked ANGEL NOIR (4) who was turned outwards shortly after the start. SPUD GUN (7) shifted down the track in the early stages and checked POPSTAR ROCKET (3), HETFIELD and SOPHIE'S TERRA. HETFIELD then shifted out on the bend and bumped with SPUD GUN who lost ground. Immediately after this SPUD GUN angled back down towards the rail and collided heavily with BOTANY JESSIE (6) who was retired from the race. The trailing MER DE NOMS was inconvenienced at this stage of the race and lost considerable ground as a result. BOTANY JESSIE was referred to the Vet for assessment.
Race 7	Shirley Vet Clinic Stakes - C4 - 520	OPAWA WEBBY (3) was slow to begin. OPAWA ANDREA (1) was bumped in the run to the first bend by UNSHAKEN (2) who was improving towards the rail. CAWBOURNE WITCH (10) was held up on the final bend and had to shift wide to continue to improve.
Race 8	Hampden Tavern Dash - C5 - 295	WANDY GAYLENE (9) was difficult to load and will now be boxed first. QUEDRAGO (3) ran outwards after the jump causing KETUT (4) and MR WHIPPY (5) to bump together. ANGELIC STAR (8) then shifted inwards again causing KETUT and MR WHIPPY to bump. This caused these two dogs to lose momentum which affected the trailing NOBLE FANTASY (6) IRISH BLUE (7) and LIFE'S A LAUGH (1) who were all attempting to improve. QUEDRAGO was sent to be examined by the Vet after falling at the lure.
Race 9	Carol's T.A.B. Stakes - C2d - 645	KNOW AMBITION (1) began awkwardly. HARPER ROSE (9) was squeezed in the early stages between CHILL OUT RALPH (5) and GOLDSTAR BELLA (7). BLUSHING BELLE (2) ran outwards on the second bend which caused OPAWA TANIA (8) to race wider on the track. KNOW AMBITION and HARPER ROSE bumped together on the back straight. When questioned regarding the performance of KNOW AMBITION trainer G Cleeve explained the dog had been unsuited to racing in confined quarters throughout and would be returned the 520m distance next week.
Race 10	Clarkson Sign Studio Stakes - C5 - 520	DOLEUZE (8) was slow to begin. OPAWA STRETCH (4) was dragged down by CAWBOURNE AXE (2) racing into the first turn which caused checks to BOTANY KEVIN (1) OPAWA ZARA (6) and IDOL GIRL (7), costing each dog their momentum. IDOL GIRL had to check outwards off the heels of HOMEBUSH KELSO (5) in the back straight. OPAWA STRETCH and CAWBOURNE AXE were referred to the Vet for post-race examinations
Race 11	Murray@Ray White Merivale Ph.021480250 Dash - C5 - 295	ROQETTE (2) and OPAWA COLIN (3) bumped and jostled in the opening stages. OPAWA COLIN checked outwards off the heels of RODRIGUEZ (4) leaving the back straight. OHOKA COBY (5) lost ground on the bend after becoming awkwardly placed close to the heels of SMASH RUMOUR (7) which was being dictated inwards by STAR DREAMER (8).
Race 12	Livamol Dash - C4 - 295	KNOW ADVANTAGE (1) began slowly. MAKER'S LABEL (2), TOKEN STU (3) TEPIRITA CHARGER (4), TRUMPED UP (5) and LITTLE MIDNIGHT (6) all raced in confined quarters in the first straight. TEPIRITA CHARGER, TRUMPED UP, and LITTLE MIDNIGHT all continued to race in restricted room on the bend with all three dogs losing ground. The trailing KNOW ADVANTAGE was also inconvenienced because of this. When questioned regarding the improved form of winner TERRA ANNIE (8) trainer B Dann explained the dog had taken advantage of tonight's drop back and a preferable box draw. Mr Dann also added the dog had finally returned to optimal fitness subsequent to a freshen up three starts ago.
