Judicial report: SLEEPER AGENT (A Bradshaw) completed a satisfactory trial in accordance with Rule 81.1. This dog completed the trial with a blinker on the outside of its muzzle and is now permitted to race with one blinker. Trainer C Roberts admitted a breach of Rule 88.1.o in that he was negligent in presenting ZULU CHANEL to race instead of ZULU MERCEDES. This matter will now be referred to the JCA. SHEEZA FLOWER (A Bradshaw) which was stood down under Rule 68.25 on 5 September, was represented to vet D Matheson and found not to be in season. Accordingly as per Rule 82.5 the stand down is rescinded. Trainer B Evans was questioned in regard to her not catching HOMEBUSH BUCK in Race 8 as arranged. After hearing from Mrs Evans her explanation was accepted.

Race 1	Super Pets Stakes - C0 - 520	ZULU MERCEDES (3), KNOW ANTERNET (4) and PROTONIC PEDRO (8) were slow to begin. ZULU MERCEDES (3) checked off the heels of MALCY (7) before shifting wider on the track and colliding with KNOW ANTERNET (4) which was forced onto KINLOCH SILVER (6). MALCY (7) and COLDRUM (10) collided racing into the back straight. OPAWA UNO (5) was dragged down by MALCY (7) early in the run home.
Race 2	Happy Birthday Jordan Whall Sprint - C2 - 295	SENORITA TINA (5) shifted inwards at the start hampering OUT BACK BILL (4) and QUE TEE PIX (2). Racing into the bend OUT BACK BILL (4) was checked by TURBO TUNDRA (8) and lost ground. Rounding the bend QUE TEE PIX (2) checked off the heels of CEC DEVINE (1) after CEC DEVINE (1) shifted ground outwards in search of clear running with both dogs losing momentum.
Race 3	Opawa Bowl & Jack Tavern Stakes - C2 - 520	TAKE A TRICK (3) checked off the heels of OPAWA STYLE (6) in the early stages. Approaching the first bend CULVIE SPRITE (1) was checked by OPAWA STYLE (6) which shifted down the track. Shortly after HYPERPARADISE (2) blundered for a stride after making contact with the heels of OPAWA STYLE (6). HYPERPARADISE (2) collided with CULVIE SPRITE (1) early in the run home after CULVIE SPRITE (1) shifted ground outwards to secure clear running. When questioned regarding the improved performance of DREAM ACADEMY (8), co-trainer S Evans advised Stewards that today was the bitch's third run since a spell caused by seasonal problems and that she had been improving with each run. Mr Evans added that DREAM ACADEMY had received no luck in her run at Forbury Park earlier in the week.
Race 4	I Pave Concrete Christchurch Classic Heat 1 - R/Aq - 520 Heat 1	ANOTHER PLANE (5), BLACK CROW (6) and OPAWA KENDAL (7) came together at the start. JESSIE SURFS (2) was tightened by HOMEBUSH ROCKY (4) approaching the first bend. Racing into the first bend ANOTHER PLANE (5) checked off the heels of BLACK CROW (6) and collided with GOLDSTAR ROSIE (8). ANOTHER PLANE (5) and GOLDSTAR ROSIE (8) again came together rounding the first bend. BLACK CROW (6) and OPAWA KENDAL (7) also came together rounding the first bend with the trailing HOMEBUSH ROCKY (4) shifting outwards to avoid both runners heels. HOMEBUSH PAIGE (3) and HOMEBUSH ROCKY (4) bumped rounding the final bend.
Race 5	Amber Cleaning Services Sprint - C0 - 295	HOMEBUSH ZANE (5), CAWBOURNE KITT (4) and SUSAN JEWEL (3) bumped at the start. STARBURST TRACEY (2) checked off the heels of TEE TIME (7) shortly after the start. HOMEBUSH ZANE (5) and CAWBOURNE KITT (4) collided in the early stages and again approaching the bend. CAWBOURNE KITT (4) then shifted inwards and made contact with SUSAN JEWEL (3) with all three dogs losing momentum. HOMEBUSH ZANE (5) and CAWBOURNE KITT (4) again came together rounding the bend.
Race 6	racingdogs.co.nz Stakes - C0 - 520	TRACEY (1) was slow to begin. Racing into the first bend KINLOCH POWER (6) and FALSE ACCUSATION (8) collided. JEWEL APACHE (9) became awkwardly placed close to the rear of YOU'RE SO FREE (5) into the first bend and shifted outwards marginally, making contact onto VERBATIM (3). KINLOCH POWER (6) was also obliged to race wider on the track as a result. YOU'RE SO FREE (5) checked off the heels of OPAWA LACHLAN (7) rounding the first bend. ZAHRA MOON (4) and VERBATIM (3) also came together rounding the first bend.
Race 7	Carol's T.A.B. Dash - C0 - 295	LAST EXPLORER (7) and ROYAL APACHE (6) came together at the start with ROYAL APACHE (6) blundering for a stride. SONNY WILL (5) also shifted inwards at the start checking ANGEL D'OR (3) which then made contact with DARCY BRASCO (4). Racing into the bend TEAR AWAY TEDDY (8) and HOMEBUSH BOUNCE (2) collided with HOMEBUSH BOUNCE (2) losing ground and checking the trailing ROYAL APACHE (6).
Race 8	I Pave Concrete Christchurch Classic Heat 2 - R/Aq - 520 Heat 2	OPAWA MICHELLE (6) was severely checked in the early stages by GOLD VIPA (4) and BOTANY BLAKE (7) which had both shifted ground with OPAWA MICHELLE dropping to the rear and coming together with TRUE BLUE STYLE (2). BOTANY BLAKE (7) and GOLD VIPA (4) bumped racing into the first bend. BOOSTIN' (5) checked off the heels of GOLD VIPA (4) racing along the back straight. HE'S A JESSIE (3) and BOOSTIN' (5) bumped at the end of the back straight. HE'S A JESSIE (3) checked off the heels of BOOSTIN' (5) rounding the final bend. HOMEBUSH BUCK (1) was referred to the vet for assessment.
Race 9	C.T.V. Dash - C3 - 295	ANOTHER COVER (5), CAMPAIGNER (4) and PEDRO FORCE (3) came together in the early stages. Racing into the bend CAMPAIGNER (4) and PEDRO FORCE (3) collided. MIGHTY TWIST (7) and BUGSY BANGLES (8) raced wide rounding the bend.
Race 10	I Pave Concrete Christchurch Classic Heat 3 - R/Aq - 520 Heat 3	HOMEBUSH BRUNO (5) and SHINES BRIGHT (4) collided racing into the first bend with OPAWA ROSIE (6) also checking off the heels of HOMEBUSH BRUNO (5). HOMEBUSH BRUNO (5) lost ground as a result. HOMEBUSH ARIEL (3) came together with TRUST ISSUES (8) into the first bend. TRUST ISSUES then collided with OPAWA RABBIT (7). TRUST ISSUES (8) made heavy contact with the rail rounding the first bend. HOMEBUSH BRUNO (5) and TRUST ISSUES (8) were examined by the vet and cleared of injury.
Race 11	Dave Robbie Photographer Dash - C2 - 295	INCREASING (3) and BUSINESS AFFAIR (2) came together in the early stages. BOTANY ZENVO (6) was tightened for racing room rounding the bend by OHOKA HOPE (7) and lost ground. ABOGADO (1) shifted outwards abruptly across the heels of INCREASING (3) early in the run home.
Race 12	Protexin Sprint - C3 - 295	GOLDSTAR MARIO (5) began awkwardly. STARBURST HANNAH (4) was checked by HOMEBUSH CRAIG (7) racing into the bend. JACK'S A JEWEL (2) and KNOW KNOWING (8) came together late in the run home.
